Abstract

Un artículo para la higiene personal que incluye una cubierta exterior elásticamente estirable y un panel sujetador sustancialmente no elastomérico unidoa la parte delantera del artículo. La cubierta exterior es elásticamente estirable por lo menos en direccion transversal para amoldarse al cuerpo del usuario.El panel sujetador tiene una rigidez suficiente para permitir al usuario ajustar correctamente un aparato de sujecion sobre una zona de descarga. La rigidezdel panel sujetador es suficientepara evitar el enrollamiento o el arrugamiento de los paneles sujetadores o de la parte delantera del artículo para lahigiene personal. La rigidez del panel sujetador no es demasiado alta como par que la comodidad del usuario esté comprometida. En una realizacion, laestructura absorbente está asegurada a la cubierta exterior por elementos de union extensibles y el revestimiento contacto-cuerpo no está asegurado a lacubierta exterior. En otra realizacion, el revestimiento contacto-cuerpo es extensible por lo menos en direccion transversal y está asegurado alrededor de laperiferia a la cubierta exterior. El centro absorbente se encuentra entre el revestimiento contacto-cuerpo y la cubierta exterior. El aparato de sujecion,cuando está asegurado a una zona de descarga, descansa sobre el centro absorbente de manera que pueden maximizarse el tamano del centro absorbente y lacantidad de exudados capaces de ser contenidos en el mismo. En otra realizacion, el aparato de sujecion puede tener suficiente rigidez Gurley para evitar elenrollamiento o arrugamiento del aparato de sujecion o la parte trasera del artículo para la higiene personal.
