Abstract

El método para reproducir plantas endogenas y las plantas producidas por este método comprende el uso de marcadores moleculares unidos con posicionesque accionan recíprocamente sobre características de valor agronomico. El método permite identificarun primer marcador molecular unido con una posicionde característica cuantitativa (QTL) y un segundo marcador molecular unido con una posicion modificadora de efecto epistático en combinacion con la QTL. Luegose pueden usar etapas de reproduccion convencionales para hacer entrar las posiciones de accion recíproca en otras variedades de plantas.
