Abstract

Sistema para conectar líneas de la infraestructura de telecomunicaciones a teléfonos, receptoras, computadoras, máquinas de telecopiado y otras interfacesde usuario final o dispositivos electronicos para el usuario en el hogar o en la empresa. Lossistemas, de acuerdo con la presente invencion incluyenUnidades de Control de la Red que forman el centro de una topología con forma de estrella y, las cuales se comunican a través de un enlace de RF con lasUnidades de Acceso Inalámbricas y los receptores. Las Unidades de Acceso Inalámbrico cuentan con la particularidad de una interfaz como, por ejemplo, unjack para teléfonos estándar para conectar un teléfono, un aparato de fax, un modem para computadoras u otro dispositivo. Para poder compensar la pérdida delínea, la falta de correspondencia y otras incompatibilidades entre la red de telecomunicaciones publica por un lado y, los sistemas de acuerdo con lapresente invencion por la otra, las nuevas técnicas de codificacion, deacuerdo con la presente invencion emplean codigos que se codifican y decodificanempleando palabra de codigos de 10 bits, en contraposicion con la codificacion y decodificacion de ley muy convencional que emplea palabras de codigos de 8bits. El desempeno resultante de los 16 bits permite obtener una relacion de senal a ruido de aprox. 90dB en relacion con el enlace de RF de los sistemas dela presente invencion. Tales técnicas de codificacion y los segmentos de codigos de 10 bits pueden ser manejados fácilmente por la capacidad deprocesamiento de la presente y, la cual no se encontraba disponible en la era en la que adopto la codificacion por ley mu.
