Abstract
Un telefono movil y un método para conmutar entre una macrocélula vecina, es decir entre una disposicion telefonica macrocelular publica y unadisposicion telefonica microcelular privada, dende un conjunto de circuitos inspecciona la calidad desenal de las senales provenientes de la macrocélula yde las microcélulas vecinas. El conjunto de circuitos de reseleccion reselecciona el teléfono desde una microcélula actual hasta la macrocélulavecina, sobre la base de un estado de vecindad preferido de la microcélula. La reseleccion se basa, por lo menos en parte, en la calidad de senal asociada conla macromolecula que excede la calidad de senal asociada con la microcélula actual por una desviacion distinta de cero. La reseleccion también puedebasarse, por lo menos en parte, en la calidad de senal asociada con la microcélula actual que queda por debajo de un umbral en la calidad de senalasociada con la macrocélula que excede el umbral predeterminado.
