Abstract
<B>MéTODO PARA ACESSAR UMA MICROCéLULA UTILIZANDO CANAIS DE CONTROLE ANALóGICO<D>O processo da presente invenção monitora um canal de controle de macrocélula utilizando uma microcélula tendo um canal de controle sintonizado na mesma freq³ência de código de cor digital. Tanto a microcélula como a macrocélula têm o mesmo controlador que espera uma mensagem de acesso. Quando a mensagem de acesso é recebida, o controlador espera uma mensagem de acesso duplicata em um período de tempo predeterminado. Se a mensagem de acesso duplicata for recebida da microcélula, o RSSI do canal de controle de microcélula do radiotelefone é medido (RSSIm) para determinar se é maior do que ou igual ao limite exigido para comunicação adequada com a microcélula. Both the microcell and the macrocell have the same controller that expects an access message. When the access message is received, the controller expects a duplicate access message within a predetermined period of time. If the duplicate access message is received from the microcell, the RSSI of the microcell control channel of the radiotelephone is measured (RSSIm) to determine whether it is greater than or equal to the threshold required for proper communication with the microcell. If the RSSIm is greater than or equal to the limit, the radiotelephone is assigned to the microcell. Otherwise, the radiotelephone is assigned to the macrocell.
