Abstract

Un nuevo método para identificar loci de características utilizando loci de marcadores genéticos y el uso de loci de marcadores genéticos como métodode seleccion en un programa de fitomejoramiento. El método comprende la comparacion de losdatos de un estudio genotípico con los datos fenotípicosrecogidos para las mismas entradas que se emplearon en la creacion del estudio genotípico y la identificacion de loci de marcadores genéticos que estánasociados con características. El métodopermite identificar y seleccionar plantas nuevas y superiores en un programa de fitomejoramiento por mediode la determinacion del genotipo con loci de marcadores genéticos identificados .
