Un compuesto derivado de 4-aminoalcoxi-1,3-dihidrobenzoimidazol-2-onas que tiene la formula (I), en la cual R1 es hidrogeno o alquilo C1-C6; R2 esseleccionada entre hidrogeno, alquilo C1-C10 de cadena recta y ramificada, ciclohexilmetilo o-(CH2)mAr, donde Ar es fenilo, naftilo, tienilo, furaniloo piridinilo, cada uno de ellos optativamente sustituido por uno o dos sustituyentes seleccionados independientemente entre alquilo C1-C6, halogeno,alcoxi C1-C6, y trifluorometilo; oN R1R2 es 1,2,3,4-tetrahidroquinolin-1-ilo o 1,2,3,4-tetrahidroisoquinolin-1-ilo; m es 1 - 5; n es 1 o 2; R3 es hidrogenoo alquilo C1-C6; Y es hidrogeno, halogeno, alquilo C1-C6; y alcoxi C1-C6, o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable del mismo.Estos compuestos son agentesdopaminérgicos D2 utiles en el tratamiento de esquizofrenia, enfermedad de Parkinson, síndrome de Tourette, y adicion de drogas o alcohol. Ademés sedescribe una composicion farmacéutica y el uso de dichos compuestospara la manufactura de un medicamento.A compound derived from 4-aminoalkoxy-1,3-dihydrobenzoimidazol-2-ones having formula (I), in which R1 is hydrogen or C1-C6 alkyl; R2 is selected from hydrogen, branched and straight-chain C1-C10 alkyl, cyclohexylmethyl or- (CH2) mAr, where Ar is phenyl, naphthyl, thienyl, furanyl or pyridinyl, each optionally substituted by one or two substituents independently selected from alkyl C1-C6, halogen, C1-C6 alkoxy, and trifluoromethyl; ON R1R2 is 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinolin-1-yl or 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinolin-1-yl; m is 1-5; n is 1 or 2; R3 is hydrogen or C1-C6 alkyl; Y is hydrogen, halogen, C1-C6 alkyl; and C1-C6 alkoxy, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. These compounds are D2 dopaminergic agents useful in the treatment of schizophrenia, Parkinson's disease, Tourette's syndrome, and drug or alcohol addition. In addition, a pharmaceutical composition and the use of such compounds for the manufacture of a drug are described.
