Abstract

Una conexion de deflector para acumulador se usa en un acumulador que incluye un vaso embutido conectado a un taco que tiene un pasaje de admision yun pasaje de salida. El pasaje de salida incluye un contraborne que recibe un manguito cilíndrico en su interior, teniendo el deflector una prolongacioncilíndrica que es recibida dentro del pasaje de la prolongacion cilíndrica del deflector y el manguito cilíndrico es estrechado para crear un amarre mecánico.En una forma de realizacion alternativa, el extremo de salida del tubo de salida incluye un moleteado sobre el mismo y ubicado en el pasaje de laprolongacion cilíndrica del deflector termoplástico y el deflector termoplástico es fundido para formar el moleteado durante el soldado del vasocon el taco. En otra forma de realizacion alternativa, el extremo de salida del pasaje de salida incluye un canal radial dispuesto en el estrechamiento de laconexion, para crear un amarre mecánico más fuerte entre el manguitocilíndrico, el deflector y el tubo de salida.
