Abstract

Una unidad de válvula obturadora para controlar el flujo de fluido a través de un pasaje definido por la superficie interior de una cubierta tubular quecomprende un cuerpo de válvula con un eje longitudinal y un diámetro interior en la misma. Elcu erpo de la válvula se conforma para su conexion libre a lacubierta tubular cuando el cuerpo de la válvula se introduce longidudinalmente en el pasaje de la cubierta tubular. Un asiento de válvula se dispone en elcuerpo de la válvula. Un conjuntoobt urador comprende un dispositivo obturador adaptado para conectarse con el asiento de vávlvula. El dispositivo obturadores movil con respecto al asiento de válvula desde una posicion de obturacion cerrada, en la cual el dispositivo obturadorse co necta con el asiento deválvula para bloquear el flujo de fluido a través del diámetro interior en el cuerpo de la válvula hacia una posicion abierta, en la cual el dispositivoobturador se separa del asiento de válvula para permitir el flujode flui do por el diámetro interior. Un elemento de filtro se dispone adyacente delextremo interno de la unidad de vávlula obturadora y se configura para evitar, esencialmente, el paso de material en partículas de tamano tal que lespermiteinterferir co n el movimiento del dispositivo obturador a su posicion de obturacion cerrada. El cuerpo de la válvula, el conjunto obturador y elelemento de filtro están fabricados de tal manera que se sostienen entre sí,independientes del vástago de la válvula, de manera tal que se los puedeinstalar y retirar simultáneamente del pasaje de la cubierta tubular como una sola unidad.
