Abstract

Procedimiento de preparacion de cuerpos huecos de material plástico espumado, en particular de polietileno o polipropileno en un procedimiento deextrusion y soplado con una extrusora de tornillo y una herramienta de soplado, siendo espumado el material plástico mediante un espumante químico y siendosoplada una preforma de manga constituida por dicho material plástico espumado en una herramienta de soplado, presentando la herramienta de soplado unatemperatura de superficie de trabajo deal menos 35°C, siendo empleado un espumante que se disocia en forma endotérmica con efecto de nucleacion enforma de una mezcla madre a base de polietileno de alta densidad, presentando la mezcla madre una granulometría media aproximadamente 1mm, siendo lapreforma de manga soplada con una presion comprendida entre 0,5 y 2,0 bar.
