Abstract

Proporciona además unprocedimiento que comprende el paso de tratar las superficies de la vajilla conuna composicion como la descripta. It further provides a procedure comprising the step of treating the tableware surfaces with a composition as described. The oil soluble hydrophobic side chains of the polymer are believed to divide into oil droplets, while the hydrophilic backbone remains in the water phase, to stabilize the droplets against coalescence, through a combination of steric hindrance and electrostatic repulsion.
