Se refiere a compuestos de derivados de indazol tricíclico de formula general (I), en donde: X es un átomo de oxígeno o un grupo metileno, R1 esun átomo de hidrogeno tal como bromo, cloro o fluor, un grupo C1-C4 alcoxilo, o un grupo hiroxiloo amino; R2, R3 y R4, idénticos o diferentes son o bien unátomo de hidrogeno, o bien un grupo C1-C4 alquilo, lineal o ramificado, un grupo fenilo o un grupo bencilo, y R5 es un átomo de hidrogeno, un grupohidroxilo, un grupo amino o un grupo C1-C4, en forma de enantiomero, de diastereoisomero, inclusive de mezcla racémica así como su sal de adicion deácidos farmacéuticamente aceptables.
