Abstract
Una disposicion de válvula derivadora formada unitariamente para su utilizacion en cromatografía líquida. La disposicion valvular comprende unapluralidad de aberturas de entrada y salida, sistemas de válvula derivadora, cámaras, y una redintrincada de pasajes todos los cuales están dispuestos paradisponer el flujo de fluido en un sistema de cromatografia líquido. La disposicion valvular está configurada de modo tal de direccionar el flujo defluido proveniente de unaabertura de entrada a través del cuerpo de válvula en donde éste puede luego ser direccionado reversiblemente dentro o fuera de lacolunma de cromatografia. Al retornar de la columna, el fluido reingresa a la disposicion valvular en donde esdireccionado a una abertura de salida con elobjeto de salir del sistema. La disposicion valvular puede asimismo ser configurada de modo tal de evitar la columna en su totalidad. Debido a que ladisposicion valvular completa es trabajada amáquina o torno a p artir de un bloque unico de material presenta líquidos continuos, y debido a que todos loscompartimientos de flujo son compartidos y fluyen completamente cuando la válvula está abierta, son virtualmente eliminadas todaslas cargas muertas d elsistema.
