Abstract

El proceso permite preparar dichos ácidos que poseen la formula I, en donde R es hidrogeno o alquilo C1-C6, A es un grupo alquilo C1-C4 o sustituyentesarilo, ariloxi, o aroílo sustituído optativamente con uno o más sustituyentes alquilo, hidroxi, amino, ciano, nitro, alcoxi, haloalquilo, haloalcoxi;caracterizado porque comprende: a) la transposicion de claisen de los compuestos de la formula II; en donde A es un grupo alquilo-C1-C4 o bencilo,arilo, ariloxi o aroílo sustituído optativamente por uno o más sustituyentes alquilo, hidroxi, amino, ciano, nitro, alcoxi, haloalcoxi y R es como sedefinio recién, X es O, S o NH y el grupo A se encuentra en la posicion orto o para con respecto al grupo X-alquileno, para obtener un compuesto de la formulaIII, en donde A y R son como se definieron anteriormente, XR1 se encuentra en la posicion orto con respecto a la cadena alilo y es un grupo OH, NH2 oS-acilo(C3-C10); b) eliminacion optativa del grupo -XR1 por medio de una reaccion de deshidroxilacion, desaminacion o desulfuracion; c)clivaje oxidativodel compuesto (III); d) eliminacion de los grupos -XR1, OH o NH2 por medio de reacciones de deshidroxilacion o desaminacion, si no llevaron a cabo ya en elpaso (c).
