Abstract

Se provee un digestor contínuo con zonas de aireacion autocontenidas de manera tal que la circulacion de aire quede confinada a cada una de las zonasa fin de evitar transmision de bacterias a través del tunel de proceso de abono. Se incluyeun ventilador de entrada y otro de extraccion para cada zona,siendo la succion a través del ventilador de extraccion mayor que la presion de entrada, de manera que los gases no circulen a lo largo del tunel. Del mismomodo, el agua y la colada son extraídas del sistema sin contacto con la basura en proceso de la zona posterior. Cualquier recirculacion de gas y colada tienelugar solamente en la zona de cual proviene.
