Abstract

Poliamidas estables a la intemperie y procedimientos para su elaboración, efectuándose la polimerización o policondensación de los componentes formadoresde poliamida (I) en presencia de 0,02 a 0,7% por peso de 4-amino2,2,6,6- tetraalquilpiperidina (II), 0 a 5% por peso de una diamina alifática ocicloalifática (III) que lleva un grupo amino primario y uno terciario, y 0,02 a 0,7% por peso de un 2,6-dialquilfenol (IV) funcionalizado en posición algrupo OH, de la fórmula (I) donde R1 yR2 son radicales alquilo iguales o diferentes con 1 a 6 átomos de carbono, R3 es ya sea un átomo de hidrógeno o ungrupo metilo, representando el grupo funcional A ya sea un grupo carboxilo libre o un grupo carboxilo esterificado conalcohole s C1 - C4 o un grupo aminoprimario, siendo posibles para x e y, en el caso del grupo amino, las combinaciones de valores(x=2/y=1); (x=2/y=0); (x=1/y=0) y (x=0/y=1) y, en elcaso del grupo carboxilo libre o esterificado, x e ypueden ser adic ionalmente, ambos, iguales a 0, complementándose las cantidades de los componentes I a IVhasta 100% por peso, siendo la suma de los componentes II, III, y IV de 0,05 a 1,3% por peso, y estando los componentes II, III, y IV ligados alas cadenaspolím eras a través de compuestos amido.
