Abstract

Cada miembro planetario 50 estáapoyado sobr e un pasador de manivela 51 de unciguenal 40 y está formado por un engranaje planetario engranado con un engranaje planetario de corona circular 50 centrado en el eje del ciguenal. Partially toroidal operating chambers are formed between the pistons 47 at which is compressed a flammable mixture of air and fuel and then ignited into a minimum volume of the operating chamber then driving active pistons 47 and rotor assemblies 45 to accelerate them. The rotor assemblies drive a planetary member 50 to rotate about its axis through a sliding bolt connection 56. Each planet member 50 is supported on a crankshaft crank pin 51 and is formed by a planetary gear meshed with an annulus planetary gear 50 centered on the crankshaft axis. The crankshaft 40 may be arranged to relative counter-rotating the rotor assemblies 45 by meshing the gear of the planet member 52 with an annulus gear 53 or in the same direction by meshing it with a planet gear.
