Abstract

Un contenedor plegadizo que tiene con un fondo (1) y cuatro paredes laterales (2; 3) plegables hacia adentro alrededor de bisagras de articulación(5). Las bisagras incluyen pernos moldeados a intervalos regulares a lo largo del borde inferior de la pared lateral ancha por medio de dos pestanas (9).Cada perno está recibido dentro de un ojo (10) de articulación que lo abraza y que está partido en dos formaciones ojales (10a, 10b) complementarias, paraformar una superficie de contacto alo ancho del perfil de falda que desvía la transmisión de cargas de bisagras. El mecanismo de bisagra queda aliviadomayormente y resguardado, ya que se presenta una partición en componentes y para transmisión de cargas y para movimientos de rebatimiento. El contenedorplegadizo está protegido contra rebatimientos de las paredes hacia afuera de la posición erecta por tiras de perfil(13) que se acoplan a perfiles de falda (6)formando topes de desplegado. Protuberancias (19) en forma de V o U,de acoplamiento inmediato por presión, formadas sobre la pared lateral angosta,traban con ganchos de tope (20) para bloquear automáticamente todo plegado sin intención para adentro de las paredes laterales, no así el intencional para elcualbasta con ejercer una presión adecuada sobre las protuberancias para comprimirlas para permitir guiarlas hacia adentro y sobrepasar los ganchos detope.
