Una suela para calzado, en especial calzado deportivo, que incluye una parte anterior (3) y una parte posterior (4) destinadas a recibirrespectivamente la parte anterior del pié y el talón y una parte intermedia (5) de ancho (1) reducido entre las partes anterior (3) y posterior (4).Incluye además una parte arqueada (2) que está destinada a estar en contacto con el arco plantal interno del usuario, y que presenta una elevaciónprogresiva a partir de las partes intermedia (4), anterior(3) y posterior (4) hasta una altura (h) dada, por encima del plano de las caras inferiores delas mencionadas partes (5, 3, 4); las partes arqueadas (2) e intermedia (5) están confeccionadas con materiales deformables de manera tal que unaplastamiento de la parte arqueada, que disminuye la altura (h)de la elevación de ésta, provoca un giro externo de la parte anterior (3) y porqueun giro interno (6) de la parte anterior (3) provoca una sobreelevación de la parte arqueada
