Abstract

Un proceso y un empaque para empaquetar un producto de carne alimentando dicho producto a una bolsa a través de una boca de llenado, permitiendo que lacarne sea empaquetada por medios simples y de congelamiento rápido, permitiendo quela bolsa sea fácilmente cortada para separar su contenidocongelado. La bolsa comprende una primera pared (12) y una segunda pared (14) y por lo menos dos paredes laterales flexibles /16, 18). Cada pared lateral seextiende entre la primera y la segunda pared y está unida en conjunto con ellas. La bolsa tiene una boca de llenado (20) que comunica el interior de labolsa con el exterior, a través de la primer pared (12). La boca de llenado (20) es adecuada para dejar que la carne se bombee dentro de la bolsa y seadapte para el cierre. Las paredes laterales son suficientemente flexibles como para que la bolsa tenga una configuración plegada y una configuraciónexpandida.
