Abstract

Se refiere a un proceso para la fabricación de un componente activador de blanqueador en partículas que comprende los siguientes pasos: (i) prepararuna mezcla de sólidos, y optativamente líquidos, que comprende el activador de blanqueador; (ii)extruir la mezcla a través de una matriz bajo presión paraformar un extruido, la presión es inferior a 25 bares; (iii) quebrar el extruido para formar el componente en partículas; en donde el componenteactivador de blanqueador en partículases esencialmente libre de polvo y aun se dispersa y libera perácido rápidamente en contacto con y una vez sumergidoen una solución de lavado que contiene blanqueador de peroxiácido a temperaturas de lavado en el hogar típicas.
