     順番待ちの登録のための操作が進行中の受付端末の数に基づいて、登録見込み組数を算出する登録見込み組数算出部と、
     前記利用者に提示する予想待ち時間を算出する予想待ち時間算出部と、を備え、
     前記予想待ち時間算出部は、
     前記順番待ちリストに登録されている順番待ち組数と、前記登録見込み組数に基づいて予想待ち時間を算出する、順番管理システム。
