Abstract

The present invention provides a log-in authentication method with which the troublesome input operation can be lessened and a log-in can be performed quickly. In the log-in authentication method, a server generates a password associated with device information according to the device information that is unique to a log-in input operation device which is received with a log-in request from the log-in input operation device, transmits the password to the log-in input operation device, receives the password with terminal information of a mobile terminal from the mobile terminal, judges whether or not the received terminal information is coincident with terminal information registered in advance, judges whether or not the received password is coincident with the generated password, and notifies the log-in input operation device specified by the device information associated with the generated password of an authentication result indicating an authentication success when the received password is coincident with the generated password.
