Abstract
Description
The invention relates to feed production and poultry farming, in particular to methods for producing a biologically active feed additive for birds containing dry biomass of preculture flies of a black lion cub Hermetia illucens and intended to enrich the feed of young birds.
It is known that flies of Hermetia illucens L. from the family Diptera Muscidae can be used as producers of feed protein [1]. The biomass obtained from fly larvae is used, as a rule, in dried form. Flour from dried larvae contains 48-52% protein and up to 27% fat. Additive to the feed of dry larval biomass effectively affects the growth rate of chickens.
[2-6].Scientific studies conducted in different countries on a number of farm animals also show the possibility and validity of the use of feed additives from biomass Hermetia illucens in their diet. These objects contain ~ 40% protein and ~ 30% fat, and when developed on some nutrient substrates, the fat content in the larvae exceeds 45% and biomass is enriched with calcium, phosphorus, and iron [2-6].
При развитии на кукурузной крупе личинки имели меньше протеина - 36,5%, но больше жира - 45,5% [7].Known use as a nutrient substrate for biomass larvae of Hermetia illucens wheat bran and corn grits. The density of planting of larvae on the substrate is 5 copies per 1 cm 2 . The room temperature was maintained at 28 ° C. The bioconversion process was considered complete if the proportion of pre-pupae was at least 50%. At the end of the experiment, the larvae were sieved. Larvae and substrate were dried at a temperature of 70 ° C. Dry matter conversion of corn grits was 90%, while bran - 64%. The larvae developing on bran contained 45% protein, 20% fat; they were enriched with calcium and phosphorus. When developing on corn grits, the larvae had less protein - 36.5%, but more fat - 45.5% [7].
[8].As the closest analogue of the invention, a method for producing a biologically active feed additive for farm animals and birds with a probiotic and insect protein is considered, according to which 1 mass part of the biomass of Hermetia illucens larvae grown on wheat grain and pre-washed with tap water, with a protein content in the biomass of not less than 36 mass. %, mixed with 1 mass part of the crude probiotic product obtained by solid-phase fermentation of the strain Bacillus subtilis VKPM B-8130 on a sterile carrier, which is beet pulp, impregnated with a nutrient medium containing molasses, potassium disubstituted phosphate, magnesium sulfate, yeast autolysate and water to autolysate yeast not more than 35%, the mixture is homogenized to obtain particles with a size of 1-2 mm and a combined solid-state fermentation-drying process is carried out at a temperature of the heating agent of not higher than 55 ° C until reaching finite humidity not more than 10 wt. %, the number of viable cells of Bacillus subtilis VKPM B-8130 is not less than 10 7 CFU / g [8].
The disadvantages of the method include the duration (multi-stage) and the difficulty of preparing a biologically active feed additive, the need to include in its composition a probiotic product obtained by solid-phase fermentation of bacterial strains under given conditions, as well as a rather high cost of the nutrient substrate for larvae (wheat grain) compared to agricultural waste.
An object of the claimed invention is to develop a method for producing a biologically active feed additive for broiler chickens based on the biomass of Hermetia illucens pre-pups dried by a thermo-vacuum-pulsed method while maintaining its biological effectiveness.
The technical result from the implementation of the invention is to simplify the method of producing biologically active feed additives, use agricultural waste to increase the growth rate and preserve the number of broiler chickens, improve their other livestock (feed costs per 1 kg of body weight gain) and physiological parameters.
%.The technical result is achieved by the fact that they build (in relation to the initially taken 6-day larvae) biomass of the pre-pupae of Hermetia illucens using milk whey with wheat bran as a nutrient substrate (at the rate of 5 l of milk whey per 2 kg of wheat bran), set the height substrate layer 5-8 cm, planting density of 7 copies of 6-day-old larvae per 1 cm 2 of nutrient substrate, ambient temperature is maintained in the range of 27-30 ° C, substrate humidity is 58-60 mass. %, the duration of the build-up process for 14 days, the obtained biomass of raw ancestors with a protein content of 46-47 wt. % dried at a temperature of 45 ° C thermo-vacuum-pulse method for 4 hours to a final moisture content of 7-8 mass. %
%.The invention is illustrated by an example implementation of the method. As a nutrient substrate, a mixture of whey with wheat bran is used at the rate of 5 l of whey per 2 kg of wheat bran. The ambient temperature is maintained in the range of 27-30 ° C, the humidity of the substrate is 60 mass. % Set the height of the substrate layer - 7 cm, the density of planting 7 copies of 6-day-old larvae of Hermetia illucens per 1 cm 2 of nutrient substrate and the duration of the process of building the larvae and obtaining pre-pupae for 14 days. Get the biomass of raw ancilli with a protein content of 46.5 mass. % The raw biomass of the pre-pupae is dried at a temperature of 45 ° C using a thermo-vacuum-pulsed method using a food drying plant manufactured by Twin Technology Company, Russia for 4 hours to a final moisture content of 8 mass. %
1.Studies of the biological effectiveness of introducing the obtained biologically active feed additive into the diet of broiler chickens (experimental batch) showed an increase in bird body weight gain and improved feed utilization compared to the 1st control group of broiler chickens, in the diet of which a biologically active feed additive was introduced for farm animals and birds with a probiotic and insect protein (the closest patent analogue), and with the 2nd control group, without the use of these additives in the feed. The experiment was conducted on broiler chickens from daily to 37 days of age. The broilers of the experimental and 1st control group were fed compound feed with the introduction of 1.0 kg / ton of compound feed of the corresponding biologically active feed additive. The following indicators were taken into account: livestock safety, live body weight, determined by individual weighing, feed consumption, feed costs per kg of growth, as well as the content of calcium and phosphorus in the femur in broiler chickens. The results of zootechnical indicators of chickens of the experimental and control groups are shown in table 1.
The experimental group received an increase in livestock safety by 3%, an increase in live weight of 21-day-old broiler chickens by 16.3%, 37-day-old broiler chickens by 8.0%, an increase in average daily gain by 8.5% with a decrease in consumption feed per 1 kg of growth by 2.8% compared with similar indicators of broilers 2 of the control group. The discussed parameters of the experimental group of broiler chickens in terms of live weight and daily average growth also exceeded the indicators of the 1st control group receiving a complex preparation with probiotic and insect protein. Feed consumption per unit of increase in live weight in the experimental group was less than in both control groups.
2.The data on the determination of physiological indicators generally accepted in poultry farming (the content of calcium and phosphorus in the femur in broiler chickens) are shown in table 2.
The chickens of the experimental group had a higher content of calcium and phosphorus in the femur compared to control chickens. Therefore, the obtained biologically active feed additive improved the physiological parameters of broiler chickens.
