Защитный элемент для носителя информации, имеющий просвечивающую основу, прежде всего прозрачный пленочный элемент, которая имеет первый отдельный участок с первым красочным слоем и второй отдельный участок с отличным от первого красочного слоя вторым красочным слоем, при этом при рассматривании в отраженном свете первый и второй отдельные участки образуют сплошной общий участок и создают в основном одинаковое визуальное впечатление, а при рассматривании на просвет первый отдельный участок создает визуальное впечатление, которое светлее по сравнению с визуальным впечатлением, создаваемым вторым отдельным участком.1.
