Claims (9)

입고 요청 차량을 감지하는 출입 감지 장치;
상기 입고 요청 차량의 운전자에게 관리자 연락처로의 전화 또는 문자 메시지 전송을 요청하는 출력 장치;
상기 입고 요청 차량의 차량번호를 획득하는 차량번호 획득 장치; 및
상기 관리자 연락처로 수신된 전화 또는 문자 메시지에 기초하여 상기 입고 요청 차량의 운전자 연락처를 수집하고 입고를 허가하는 관리 서버를 포함하고,
상기 서버는
상기 입고 요청 차량이 감지되면 출입 코드를 생성하는 출입 코드 생성부;
생성된 상기 출입 코드를 출력하도록 상기 출력 장치를 제어하고, 출력한 상기 출입 코드를 전화 또는 문자 메시지를 이용하여 상기 관리자 연락처로 전송하길 요청하는 요청 문구를 출력하도록 상기 출력 장치를 제어하는 출력 제어부;
상기 관리자 연락처로 수신된 전화 또는 문자 메시지에서 상기 출입 코드를 추출하는 출입 코드 추출부;
상기 출입 코드 추출부에서 추출한 상기 출입 코드가 상기 출입 코드 생성부에서 최근 생성한 상기 출입 코드와 동일한지 비교하여, 추출한 상기 출입 코드를 검증하는 출입 코드 검증부;
상기 관리자 연락처로 수신된 전화 또는 문자 메시지에서 발신 전화번호를 추출하고, 추출한 상기 발신 전화번호를 상기 운전자 연락처로 판단하여 상기 운전자 연락처를 수집하는 운전자 연락처 수집부; 및
상기 출입 코드를 이용하여, 상기 차량번호 획득 장치에서 획득한 상기 차량번호와 수집한 상기 운전자 연락처를 서로 간에 매핑하는 매핑부를 포함하고,
상기 매핑부는,
상기 출입 코드 생성부에서 생성한 상기 출입 코드와 획득한 상기 차량번호를 서로 간에 매핑하는 제1 매핑부;
상기 출입 코드 추출부에서 추출한 상기 출입 코드와 수집된 상기 운전자 연락처를 서로 간에 매핑하는 제2 매핑부; 및
동일한 상기 출입 코드에 매핑된 상기 차량번호와 상기 운전자 연락처를 서로 간에 매핑하는 제3 매핑부를 포함하며,
상기 서버는 상기 출입 코드가 검증되면 상기 입고 요청 차량의 입고를 허가하고, 상기 제3 매핑부에서의 매핑이 완료되면 상기 제3 매핑부에서 매핑한 상기 차량번호와 상기 운전자 연락처는 저장하고 상기 출입 코드 생성부에서 생성한 상기 출입 코드와 상기 출입 코드 추출부에서 추출한 상기 출입 코드에 관한 정보는 삭제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주차장 관리 시스템.
