In other words, powder-type denture stabilizers that are mainly composed of natural (water-soluble) polymers have weak adhesive strength and short duration of effect, and when the denture is removed, the polymer remains in the oral cavity. Paste-type products, which are made by adding hydrocarbon-based non-aqueous solvents such as liquid paraffin and white petrolatum to natural (water-soluble) polymers, have the disadvantage of being slimy and giving a very unpleasant feeling. Although the duration of the effect is better than that of the powder type, it is still not fully satisfactory, and when the denture is taken, deposits remain in the oral cavity and on the denture, and the removal of these deposits is difficult. It had drawbacks such as being difficult. In addition, paste-type denture stabilizers whose main components are synthetic resins mainly consist of vinyl acetate resin, water, and alcohol, and pinyl acetate resins with a low polymerization degree of 1000 or less are used as the main components. However, conventional paste-like denture stabilizers based on low-polymerized vinyl acetate resins are superior to the former two in terms of usability and functionality, but they are difficult to use in dentures. The intraoral temperature at which the paste is applied is around 37q0, and in order to have good adhesion at this temperature, the viscosity of the paste at room temperature (15 to 2p0) must be increased, which makes it difficult to extrude from the tube. There's a problem.

Furthermore, there is a slight problem with releasability from the denture base (among the requirements mentioned above, adhesion to dentures and releasability are rather contradictory requirements, and conventional denture adhesives are not sufficient for this... There is room for improvement in the duration of the effect due to the loss of flexibility caused by resin saliva, and depending on the type of plasticizer added to improve this (for example, phthalate (When using ester) It has drawbacks such as safety issues.
The present inventors conducted various studies to improve the above situation, and as a result, they blended a high polymerization degree vinyl acetate resin with an average polymerization degree of 3000 to 7000 to a low polymerization degree vinyl acetate resin with an average polymerization degree of 400 to 1000. When vinyl acetate resin is used as the main component, the paste-like denture stabilizer obtained has good properties without necessarily adding a plasticizer, is easy to extrude from a tube, and has excellent adhesive properties. It not only has good durability but also has good releasability from dentures, satisfies the contradictory requirements of adhesion and releasability at the same time, and is easy to attach to dentures. It has an excellent cushioning effect, is tasteless, odorless, harmless, does not irritate the oral mucosa, and has a good feeling of use.
The present invention has been made based on the finding that the requirements of (1) to (2) can be reliably satisfied.

In the present invention, a high polymerization degree vinyl acetate resin having an average polymerization degree of 3000 to 7000 is blended with this low degree of polymerization vinyl acetate resin. By using resin together,
It facilitates extrusion from a tube and simultaneously satisfies the conflicting demands of adhesion and releasability, and it is possible to use low-polymerization vinyl acetate resin or high-polymerization vinyl acetate resin alone, and These effects cannot be obtained when a medium polymerization degree vinyl acetate resin having a slightly higher polymerization degree than the low polymerization degree vinyl acetate resin is used alone. In addition,
The highly polymerized vinyl acetate resin is usually obtained by a pearl polymerization method. The total blending amount of the vinyl acetate resin, which is the combination of the low polymerization degree vinyl acetate resin and the high polymerization degree vinyl acetate resin, is 45 to 7% by weight, and the combination of the low polymerization degree vinyl acetate resin and the high polymerization degree vinyl acetate resin. The ratio is low polymerization degree vinyl acetate resin: high polymerization degree vinyl acetate resin = 9:1 to 7:3.

When the amount of vinyl acetate resin blended, and especially the blending ratio of vinyl acetate resins with low polymerization degree and high polymerization degree, is within the above range, the viscosity and plasticity of the paste are definitely improved, and the ease of extrusion from the tube is improved. Also, in terms of usability, the adhesion and removability of the denture during installation are reliably improved. In contrast,
If the amount of highly polymerized vinyl acetate resin is too small,
There is no cushioning effect, and the attachment to the denture becomes worse, and the removability from the denture may decrease, and the adhesion stability may not necessarily be good. Also,
If the amount of high polymerization degree vinyl acetate resin blended is too large, it will be difficult to extrude it from the tube, and the paste will also be difficult to tear, making it difficult to apply it evenly to the dentures. The blending ratio of vinyl acetate resin is preferably maintained within the above range. In addition, in the present invention, the viscosity and plasticity are improved as described above by using a low polymerization degree vinyl acetate resin and a high polymerization degree vinyl acetate resin in combination, so it is not necessarily necessary to mix a plasticizer. This eliminates the use of non-toxic oil waxes such as beeswax, wood wax, candelilla wax, and carnauba wax.
~1% by weight can be blended. Further, emulsifiers such as stearic acid monoglyceride and sorbitan monostearate are usually added in an amount of 0.5 to 5% by weight, water-insoluble powders such as calcium carbonate, calcium phosphate, and plastic powder are added in an amount of usually 3 to 1% by weight, or calcium stearate, etc. Other known additives such as metal soap, polybutene, polysoptylene, fragrances, colorants, plaque-degrading enzymes, etc. can be blended. Further, in the present invention, water and ethanol are used as a solvent (viscosity modifier), and glycerin, propylene glycol, etc. are used in combination in some cases.

説明する。
In this case, the viscosity of the denture adhesive is approximately 8.
000 to 25,000 poise. Therefore, the total amount of water and ethanol should be 2% of the total.
5 to 45% by weight, and the weight ratio of ethanol to water is 7:3 to 4:6. If the viscosity is too low, the ease of attachment to dentures and the cushioning effect may be poor, while if the viscosity is too high, the ease of extrusion from the tube and the ease of attachment to dentures may decrease. In addition, when a low polymerization degree and a high polymerization degree vinyl acetate resin are used together, and preferably the blending ratio of these vinyl acetate resins is within the above-mentioned range, the plasticity will be good in the above-mentioned viscosity range, and it will be easy to extrude from the tube. However, it is possible to reliably improve various properties such as adhesion and peelability, but it is possible to increase the viscosity simply by blending powder etc. without using vinyl acetate resins with a low degree of polymerization and a vinyl acetate resin with a high degree of polymerization, or to increase the viscosity. Even if it is adjusted within this range, the effect of simultaneously satisfying the conflicting properties of adhesion and releasability cannot be obtained. Furthermore, in the viscosity adjustment using water and ethanol, if the amount of ethanol is too large, the oral viscosity may be irritated, so the total amount of ethanol is preferably 2% by weight or less. The paste-like denture stabilizer according to the present invention is produced according to a conventional method from the above-mentioned components, including a vinyl acetate resin with an average polymerization degree of 400 to 100 M degrees and a high polymerization degree acetic acid resin with an average polymerization degree of 3000 to 7000 degrees. By using vinyl resin as the main component, its plasticity and viscosity can be improved without necessarily adding a plasticizer.
It is easy to extrude from the tube, has excellent adhesion and durability during use, has great adhesion when reattached after the denture has been removed for a short time, and is extremely easy to peel from the denture. Therefore, it is possible to simultaneously satisfy the contradictory requirements of adhesion and releasability, which have been problems in the past. Furthermore, the present invention uses a combination of vinyl acetate resins with a low degree of polymerization and a high degree of polymerization, which improves the fit on dentures, provides a good cushioning effect, and provides excellent usability.
In addition, it is tasteless, odorless, and harmless, does not irritate the oral mucosa, and has excellent storage stability. EXAMPLES The present invention will be specifically explained below with reference to Examples.
