コーダにおいて、再生色信号或いは該再生信号をＩＨ遅
延した信号を切換えて出力する切換手段と、ＩＨ毎の位
相順序が正しい再挿入用バースト信号を作成する手段と
、該再生挿入用バースト信号を、前記切換手段出力中の
バースト信号に代えて挿入する手段と、前記再挿入用バ
ースト信号とは逆の位相順序を有する信号を作成する手
段と、該信号作成手段出力と前記切換手段出力中のバー
スト信号とを位相比較し一致したとき出力を発する位相
比較手段と、該位相比較手段出力を波形整形する手段と
から成り、該波形整形手段出力により前記切換手段を切
