Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a piezoelectric vibrator of any desired thickness by increasing an electric input and output and then by stacking layers. CONSTITUTION:Long piezoelectric sheet 1 is wound around spool 5 of desired size twice or more and cut in its diameter direction at least one point or more, and electrode 2 on the outermost surface and electrode 3 on the innermost surface are provided with terminals 2' and 3' respectively to constitute a piezoelectric vibrator. Next, electrodes 2 and 3 are formed on both the sides of piezoelectric sheet. This piezoelectric sheet 1 with formed electrodes 2 and 3 is wound twice or more by bonding or mechanical holding so that respective layers will come in contact with spool 5 at least partially. This wound piezoelectric sheet 1 is cut at least one point in its winding diameter direction and the cutting point is connected by an insulating adhesive. Consequently, hardness of its work is eliminated and its required time can be shortened.
