PURPOSE:To eliminate the soldering of an output terminal and increase the shock resistance, by setting th diameter of an outer electrode provided on a bimorph piezoelectric sheet smaller than the piezoelectric sheet and unifying an electricity extracting terminal with the outer electrode. CONSTITUTION:Outer electrodes 17 and 18 plus inner electrodes 19 an 20 are provided on piezoelectric sheets 15 and 16 of a flexible high polymer material. The diameter of each outer electrode is set smaller than that of each piezoelectric sheet, and plus and minus electricity extractig terminals 22a and 22b plus 23a and 23b are formed in one body on the same surface as the outer electrode. Such constitutions eliminate the soldering of the electricity extracting terminal. Thus an electroacoustic transducer is obtained with a thin-gage structure and an excellent shock resistance.
