定電圧(Eo)と比較する電圧比較回路(7)とからなる
非標準信号検出回路である。そして、(8)は上記比較回
路(7)の出力を初段のD入力とし垂直同期パルスを各段
のクロック入力とする4段のDフリップ・フロップ回路
(9)(10)(11)(12)からなる遅延回路で、(13)はそれら各
フリップ・フロップの出力を入力とするオア回路であ
る。前記非標準信号検出回路(5)は前述の論文に記載さ
れたものと基本的に同じであり、従って、非標準信号の
入力時には、位相検出回路(2)の出力電圧が大きく変動
することによって電圧比較回路(7)から“ハイ”の信号
が導出され、標準信号のときにはそれとは逆に“ロウ”
の信号が出力されることになる。従って、この比較出力
が4フィールド期間のうち1回でも“ハイ”になる即ち
1回でも非標準信号が検出されると次の4フィールド期
間後まで、オア回路(13)の出力は“ハイ”状態を持続し
非標準信号時であることを示す。即ち、4フィールド期
間に亘って標準信号が入力されなければ、標準信号と判
定〔オア回路(13)の出力が“ロウ”〕しない訳である。
