Claims (13)
- 脈波伝播速度判定システムであって、
-動脈の近位血圧信号を受信し、さらにその動脈の遠位血圧信号を受信するための受信インターフェースと、
-前記近位血圧信号の拡張期血圧と収縮期血圧の間の近位立ち上がりエッジを決定し;
-前記近位立ち上がりエッジの前に近位圧力ピークを決定し;
-前記遠位血圧信号の拡張期血圧と収縮期血圧の間の遠位立ち上がりエッジを決定し、
-前記遠位立ち上がりエッジの前に遠位圧力ピークを決定し、前記遠位圧力ピークが前記近位圧力ピークよりも位相が進んでいることを決定し;
-近位圧力ピークに対する遠位圧力ピークの先行する位相の関数として、後退脈波の伝播速度を決定するように構成された処理装置と、を備える、
システム。 - 前記受信インターフェースが、近位血圧信号及び遠位血圧信号の時間基準を受信するように構成されており、前記処理装置が、遠位圧力ピークと近位圧力ピークとの間の時間差の関数として後退脈波の伝播速度を決定するように構成されている、
請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記受信インターフェースが、前記動脈に接続された心臓の等容性心収縮及び大動脈弁開放から選択されるタイミングイベントの時間的指標を受信するように構成されている、
請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。 - 前記受信インターフェースが、前記動脈に接続された心臓からの心電図信号、音声信号、又は画像信号を受信するように構成されている、
請求項1~3のいずれかに記載のシステム。 - 前記受信インターフェースは、圧力センサーの位置を受信するようにさらに構成されており、処理装置は、後退波が消滅する圧力センサーの基準位置を決定するように構成されている、
請求項1~4のいずれかに記載のシステム。 - 前記処理装置が、遠位圧力ピークの大きさを決定するようにさらに構成されている、
請求項1~5のいずれかに記載のシステム。 - 処理装置は、遠位圧力ピークの振幅が所定の閾値を超えたときに、遠位圧力ピークの存在を判定する、
請求項6に記載のシステム。 - 前記処理装置が、遠位圧力ピークの振幅と遠位立ち上がりエッジの振幅との比を計算するようにさらに構成されており、前記近位立ち上がりエッジの振幅は、近位収縮期圧力から近位拡張期圧力を引いたものと等しく、前記遠位立ち上がりエッジの振幅は、遠位収縮期圧力から遠位拡張期圧力を引いたものと等しい、請求項6又は7に記載のシステム。
- 前記処理装置が:
-近位血圧信号と遠位血圧信号のそれぞれの拡張期圧力の低下段階を特定し;
-特定された拡張期圧力の低下段階を表す直線又は曲線と、遠位及び近位圧力の立ち上がりエッジにそれぞれ対応する直線との間の交点を決定することにより、遠位圧力及び近位圧力の立ち上がりエッジの開始を特定するように構成されている、
請求項1~8のいずれかに記載のシステム。 - 前記処理装置が
-近位血圧信号と遠位血圧信号のそれぞれの拡張期圧力の低下段階を特定し、
-特定された拡張期圧力の低下段階を表す直線又は曲線と、遠位及び近位圧力ピークのそれぞれの圧力上昇に対応する直線との間の交点を決定することにより、遠位及び近位圧力ピークの立ち上がりエッジの開始を特定するように構成されている、
請求項1~9のいずれかに記載のシステム。 - 前記受信インターフェースが、近位血圧測定位置と遠位血圧測定位置との間の距離の値を取得するように構成されており、前記処理装置が、取得された距離の値に基づいて前記後退脈波の伝播速度を決定するように構成されている、
請求項1~10のいずれかに記載のシステム。 - 細長いFFRガイドワイヤをさらに備え、ガイドワイヤの長さに沿って所定の距離だけオフセットされた2つの圧力センサーを有し、前記2つの圧力センサーは、前記受信インターフェースに接続され、前記受信インターフェースは、前記圧力センサーのそれぞれの信号をサンプリングするための回路を備える、
請求項1~11のいずれかに記載のシステム。 - 前記受信インターフェースは、動脈内の前記圧力センサーの位置情報を受信するように構成され、前記処理装置は、前記決定された基準位置から遠い前記圧力センサーの複数の位置に対する後退脈波伝播速度を記憶するように構成され、前記処理装置は、前記決定された基準位置から最も遠い前記圧力センサーの位置に対する後退脈波伝播速度を選択するように構成されている、
請求項5及び12の組み合わせに係るシステム。
