Claims (3)
- 生体管腔の断層画像を取得するための画像診断用カテーテルであって、
ルーメンを備える長尺状のシースと、
前記シースの前記ルーメンに配置される回転可能な長尺部材と、
前記長尺部材の先端部に配置されたハウジングと、
前記ハウジングにおいて保持された光送受信部および超音波送受信部と、を有し、
前記光送受信部は、前記長尺部材の軸方向に伝播する光を反射する反射コートが施された反射面を備え、
前記光送受信部の中心位置は、前記長尺部材の軸方向と直交する断面上において、前記長尺部材の中心位置から離れた位置に配置されており、
前記ハウジングは、前記光送受信部の少なくとも前記反射面を覆うように配置される側壁部を有する、画像診断用カテーテル。 - 前記光送受信部は、球面および前記球面よりも放射方向の内方に配置される平面を備え、
前記反射コートは、前記平面に施されており、
前記側壁部は、前記平面を覆うとともに、前記球面を露出させる、請求項1に記載の画像診断用カテーテル。 - 前記側壁部は、前記ハウジングと一体的に形成している、請求項1または請求項2に記載の画像診断用カテーテル。
