Description
The present invention relates to a technique for presenting an advertisement, and more particularly to a technique effective by applying to a mobile advertising system using a moving body such as an automobile as an advertising medium.
It is widely practiced to use a moving body such as a bus, a truck, or a passenger car as an outdoor advertising medium and move while displaying an advertisement on the outside of the vehicle body. In addition, using digital signage technology that has become widespread in recent years, it is also practiced to display advertisements according to the traveling area, position, etc. by taking advantage of the movement of advertising media.
For example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-21314 (Patent Document 1) describes an electronic advertising body for automobiles and a server system using a private car as an advertising medium. Here, it is described that the electronic advertising body for an automobile is provided with an in-vehicle display that displays information toward the outside of the vehicle, displays an advertisement according to the position of the own vehicle, and records a display history. In addition, it is stated that the server system records advertisements according to the region, receives the position information of the electronic advertisement body for automobiles, delivers the advertisement according to the position information, and acquires the display history information. Has been done.
Further, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2016-143297 (Patent Document 2) describes a content setting device that appropriately obtains a place where a movable digital signage device is installed and sets content to be displayed according to the place. ing. Here, it is described that the current position information is received from the digital signage device every hour, and when it is determined that the received current position information is in the associated area, the content to be displayed is transmitted to the digital signage device. Has been done.
It is considered that various means can be applied as a means for displaying an electronic image or video toward the outside of an automobile. For example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-324239 (Patent Document 3) describes a vehicle window display that can be attached and detached along the inner surface of a vehicle window glass. Further, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2003-58092 (Patent Document 4) describes that a hologram film is attached to one side of a window glass, and an advertisement image is projected and displayed on the hologram film. Further, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2015-72306 (Patent Document 5) describes that the window glass for a vehicle itself is configured by using a transparent display.
Regarding the calculation of the advertising fee paid by the advertiser, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-259841 (Patent Document 6) provides a fee commensurate with the advertising effect in an advertisement using a mobile body whose movement route is not specified. The charge calculation method that can be charged is described. Here, the movement route of the moving body whose advertisement is displayed at a position easily visible on the outer surface is detected based on the position data received by the GPS (Global Positioning System) receiving device provided in the moving body, and for each preset area. It is described that the advertisement fee is calculated based on each area through which the moving object has passed and the transit time for each area based on the advertisement fee per unit time.
According to the prior art, in a moving body such as an automobile, it is possible to display an advertising image according to the traveling area and position toward the outside of the vehicle by digital signage and calculate an advertising fee according to the moving route. .. Therefore, for example, it is possible to realize a mechanism of how to display an advertisement and determine a price after individually concluding a contract between the owner of the automobile which is an advertising medium and the advertiser. be.
Here, for example, when there are a plurality of individuals who want to provide their own automobile as an advertising medium, and there are also a plurality of advertisers who want to flexibly provide advertisements according to the region, among these persons. Therefore, if it is possible to flexibly determine what kind of advertisement is displayed when and how in which car, it is possible to realize more efficient and highly effective digital signage. However, the prior art does not consider such a viewpoint.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a mobile advertising system that realizes digital signage by a mobile body by matching the owner of a mobile body such as an automobile as an advertising medium with an advertiser who wants to advertise using the mobile body. To provide.

そして、図示しないCPU(Central Processing Unit)により、HDD(Hard Disk Drive)等の記録装置からメモリ上に展開したOS(Operating System)やDBMS(DataBase Management System)、Webサーバプログラム等のミドルウェアや、その上で稼働するソフトウェアを実行することで、サービスの提供に係る後述する各種機能を実現する。
<System configuration>
FIG. 1 is a diagram showing an outline of a configuration example of a mobile advertising system according to an embodiment of the present invention. The
The
The advertising
The advertising
Further, the
The advertising
Furthermore, the advertising
The IoT-related
The information related to the pedestrian 9 and the like in the vicinity is not particularly limited, but is, for example, between the peripheral video information taken by the drive recorder (not shown) mounted on the automobile 7 and the mobile terminal (not shown) held by the pedestrian 9. It is conceivable that it is based on the information related to the short-range wireless communication session established in. When using peripheral video information, for example, attribute information such as age group and gender of pedestrians 9 and the like reflected in the video is estimated by a known image recognition process, and the analysis result is obtained as IoT-related
The advertising
The advertising
The
The
The
The
As described above, the portion where the advertisement 8 is displayed in the automobile 7 is not limited to the portion for the outside of the vehicle but may be the portion for the inside of the vehicle. That is, the pedestrian 9 as an unspecified person who is the other party to display the advertisement 8 includes a person who sees the advertisement 8 in the car, such as a passenger of a bus or a taxi.
The matching
Instead of or in addition to maximizing the advertising fee income of the
When the
As a result, the
<Advertising display method>
FIG. 2 is a diagram showing an outline of an example of a method of displaying an advertisement 8 on an automobile 7 in the present embodiment. Here, the situation in which the automobile 7 travels from the left end to the right end destination with the arrow in the figure as the route is schematically displayed in chronological order from the left end to the right end. The route of the arrow is assumed to be set by, for example, a car navigation system (not shown) mounted on the automobile 7.
First, in the

After that, when arriving at the rightmost destination, as described above, the advertisement fee is calculated according to the performance of displaying the advertisement 8 (
FIG. 3 is a diagram showing an outline of another example of the method of displaying the advertisement 8 on the automobile 7 in the present embodiment. In the above example of FIG. 2, the route to the destination is specified and fixed, and then the display pattern of the advertisement 8 to be displayed on the route is such that the advertisement fee income of the
For example, when selecting a route to a destination with a car navigation system (not shown) of the automobile 7, when a linear route and an arc-shaped roundabout route as shown in the figure are extracted as candidates, in each of them, As candidates for the display pattern of the advertisement 8 to be displayed on the route to the destination, those having a high advertising fee income of the
In the example of FIG. 3, the pedestrian 9 who may have seen / may have seen the advertisement 8 (
4 and 5 are diagrams showing an outline of another example of the method of displaying the advertisement 8 on the automobile 7 in the present embodiment. In the examples of FIGS. 2 and 3 described above, the display pattern of the advertisement 8 to be displayed for the specific automobile 7 is selected. On the other hand, in the examples of FIGS. 4 and 5, the display pattern of the advertisement 8 can be set for a plurality of automobiles 7.
For example, as shown in FIG. 4, when three automobiles 7 are traveling in a platoon in the direction of the arrow with a short inter-vehicle distance in the order of
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, when three automobiles 7 are traveling in a platoon in the direction of the arrow in the order of the
In this case, if the
Therefore, the
FIG. 6 is a flow chart showing an outline of an example of a processing flow for realizing the display method (multi-unit advertisement) of the advertisement 8 shown in FIG. First, the
After that, the
Then, a plurality of target advertisements are assigned one by one from the beginning to each of the automobiles 7 forming each formation (S03). Then, for each of the assigned automobiles 7, it is determined whether or not the assigned plurality of vehicle advertisements can be displayed by referring to the
After that, when the reservation conditions are met, that is, the display of the advertisement for a plurality of vehicles is started for the automobiles 7 existing in the area A at the time T (S05). In the example of FIG. 6, as shown in the figure on the right side of the process of step S05, a state in which a plurality of target advertisements are displayed for each of the automobiles 7 forming the
In the example of FIG. 6, as shown in the figure on the right side of the process of step S06, since the car 7 at the head of the
Similarly, FIG. 7 is a flow chart showing an outline of an example of a processing flow for realizing the display method (continuous advertisement) of the advertisement 8 shown in FIG. First, the
After that, the
Then, one target continuous advertisement is assigned from the beginning to each of the automobiles 7 forming each formation (S13). Then, for each of the assigned automobiles 7, it is possible to determine whether or not the assigned continuous advertisement can be displayed by referring to the
After that, when the reservation conditions are met, that is, the continuous advertisement is started to be displayed for the automobile 7 that has reached the point P in the time zone TZ (S15). In the example of FIG. 7, as shown in the figure on the right side of the process of step S15, a state in which the target continuous advertisement is displayed for each of the automobiles 7 forming the
It should be noted that the reservation for the display of the advertisement 8 in units of time zones and areas by the
The conditions and methods for displaying a series of advertisements 8 on a plurality of automobiles 7 are not limited to the reservation for displaying the advertisement 8 as described above, and other conditions and methods can be flexibly used. For example, the
As a result, for example, when a plurality of other vehicles 7 are traveling in a platoon in the same direction with the reference vehicle 7 at the head on a certain road, conditions such as the required number of vehicles and the inter-vehicle distance specified by the
Furthermore, a series of advertisements may be displayed for a plurality of continuously traveling vehicles 7 that simply satisfy the conditions such as the required number of vehicles and the inter-vehicle distance, without designating the reference vehicle 7. .. In addition to this condition, conditions such as running speed, color and shape of the vehicle body may be included. When the conditions are met, the fact that a series of advertisements have been displayed is displayed on the
Further, after a series of advertisements are displayed for a certain period of time, a series of advertisements composed of a combination of another plurality of advertisements may be displayed in a platoon composed of the same plurality of automobiles 7.
As described above, according to the
Although the invention made by the present inventor has been specifically described above based on the embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments and can be variously modified without departing from the gist thereof. Needless to say. For example, the above-described embodiment has been described in detail in order to explain the present invention in an easy-to-understand manner, and is not necessarily limited to the one including all the described configurations. Further, it is possible to add / delete / replace a part of the configuration of the above-described embodiment with another configuration.
For example, in the above embodiment, the advertisement 8 is displayed on the automobile 7, but the content to be displayed is not limited to the advertisement 8, and may be content that transmits various information such as a notification from the local government. .. Further, the content of information transmission is not limited to practical information related to daily life, and may be artistic information (art). For example, in the example shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 described above, a series of different advertisements 8 are displayed simultaneously or in chronological order on a plurality of automobiles 7, but this is applied. Therefore, it is also possible to display partial contents having different contents in a plurality of automobiles 7 traveling in a platoon, and to realize digital art by a moving body so that the contents become one in the entire platoon.
For example, as a specific target person who is interested in art, a moving object may be used to display content such as a so-called flip book for a customer who sits on a terrace seat of a restaurant or the like attached to a museum or the like. good. Specifically, the
