この発明は、自転車や自動車等の車両の共同利用およびレンタル又は仲介に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、自転車や自動者等の車両の共同利用の方法としてレンタルを行う業者が存在しているが、これはその事業者が所有する車両のみを貸し出すものであった。

現在、街なかでの違法駐車や駅前の放置自転車の問題を解決するために、車両のレンタルを利用しようとする動きがある。しかし、既に車両を所有している人たちがレンタルを利用する可能性は低く、また、現状に新たに車両を投入することになるため、あまり効果が期待できない。

また、従来の方法で車両のレンタルが行われると、既存の販売店は経営の圧迫を受け車両の在庫を持ちながらも廃業に追い込まれる危険性が高い。

また、休日しか利用の機会がないとか、平日の通勤時だけに利用し、日中は使用しない車両があっても、レンタル業者でない者が自らの車両を貸し出そうとしても、借り手を探すことは困難であり、たとえ借り手が見つかってもその都度いちいち細かい取り決めを当事者間で行うことは面倒である場合が多い。

また、一個人が自らの車両へ広告を掲載し、その報酬を得たいと考えても広告主を探すのは困難であり、また広告主もその車両に広告を掲載する効果が判断し難い。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明はそれらの欠点を除いて、個人や業者が所有する車両を、不特定の相手に貸し出し、また利用するという、共同利用を容易にできるようにしようと考えた。

また、大勢が車両の共同利用に参加しやすくすることで違法駐車や放置自転車の問題を緩和しようと考えた。

また、広告主が、車両に広告掲載を希望する者を容易に探し、その露出度合いを推測することも容易に出来るようにしようと考えた。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため、本発明の車両の共同利用の仲介システムは、コンピュータネットワークに接続されたコンピュータシステムが、車両の共同利用に参加したい任意の車両提供者と任意の車両使用希望者（合わせてシステム利用者と記す）のデータを、システム利用者ＩＤを付与するなどして利用者ごとに記憶するシステム利用者データ記憶部と、提供車両の車種、車両の貸し出し・返却場所、貸し出し可能時間帯、鍵もしくは暗証番号の受け渡し方法など、主に車両使用希望者が車両を選ぶ際に必要となる貸し出し条件を、車両ＩＤを付与するなどして車両ごとに記憶する貸し出し条件記憶部と、車両の場所の詳細や車両の鍵の受け渡し場所や暗証番号など車両の使用に必要となる情報を車両ごとに記憶する貸し出し詳細情報記憶部と、システム利用料金や車両使用料金や車両提供報酬などの精算情報をシステム利用者ごとに記憶する精算情報記憶部を備えることを特徴とする。

また、提供車両の貸し出し状況データを車両ごとに記憶する貸し出し状況記憶部と、前記貸し出し状況記憶部を参照し当該車両が貸し出し可能であるかを判断する貸し出し判断手段と、各部に記憶されたデータを指定の条件のもとに検索・抽出する検索手段と、メールの送受信やウェブページの閲覧要求に対し個別のウェブデータを作成・送信や、ウェブページから送信された情報を受信や、音声認識により音声をデータ変換し受信や、文章自動読み上げ又は予め準備された音声ファイルの再生により音声での情報送信など、を行い情報の窓口となり受信したデータを各部や各手段に振り分け、情報を送信する際には、状況に応じて自動で適切な方法を選び送信するをする、情報通信手段と、を備えることを特徴とする。

なお、提供車両には車両ＩＤが記載されたマークを掲示し、仲介システムへ登録済みであることを示すようにしてもよい。

そして、本発明の車両の共同利用の仲介システムは、以下ａ）からｅ）のステップからなることをも特徴とする仲介システムである。

ａ）車両の提供者から前記コンピュータネットワークに接続可能な任意の端末（以下、任意の端末と記す）より送信された提供車両の貸し出し条件データ及び貸し出し詳細情報を前記コンピュータシステムが前記情報通信手段により受信、貸し出し条件を前記貸し出し条件記憶部に、貸し出し詳細情報を前記貸し出し詳細情報記憶部にそれぞれ記憶するステップ

ｂ）車両使用希望者から任意の端末により送信された車両検索要求により、その検索要求内に含まれる、使用希望の車種や時間や場所といった車両使用希望条件、又は予め提供車両に付与した車両ＩＤ、に基づき前記コンピュータシステムが前記検索手段により前記貸し出し条件記憶部から適した車両を検索・抽出するステップ

ｃ）抽出されたデータを前記コンピュータシステムが情報通信手段を用いて当該車両使用希望者の端末に送信するステップ

ｄ）その送信されたデータに基づき、当該車両使用希望者が車両を指定し使用申し込みを端末から送信すると、前記コンピュータシステムが前記貸し出し判断手段により判断を行い、当該車両の貸し出しが可能と判断されれば、前記検索手段により前記貸し出し詳細情報記憶部より当該車両の貸し出し詳細情報を抽出し前記通信手段により当該車両利用希望者に提供し、当該車両の貸し出し状況データを更新するステップ

また、上記目的を達成するため、本発明の車両の共同利用の仲介システムは、前記コンピュータシステムにさらに使用希望データ記憶部を設け、前記ｂ）のステップにおいて適する車両が無かった場合にコンピュータシステムが前記使用希望データ記憶部にその車両使用希望情報を記憶し、前記コンピュータシステムが定期的に、記憶された車両使用希望情報を基に前記検索手段により前記貸し出し条件記憶部から適した車両を検索し、自動的に抽出した情報を当該使用希望者に送信する、使用希望予約手段を備えることを特徴とする。

また、上記目的を達成するため、本発明の車両の共同利用の仲介システムは、前記ｄ）のステップにおいて前記コンピュータシステムが、使用申し込みをされた車両の貸し出し詳細情報に当該車両の提供者の連絡先を加えて当該車両利用希望者に前記情報通信手段により送信し、当該車両の提供者にも当該車両利用希望者の連絡先と当該車両使用希望情報を前記情報通信手段により送信し、この段階でシステム利用料を課金するために当該使用希望者又は当該車両提供者又は双方の前記精算情報記憶部内の精算情報を更新し、後は当事者間で取引を任せることで前記ｅ）のステップ及び鍵の受け渡しに関する部分の省略を可能とするを特徴とする。

なお、この簡易化したシステムを実施する場合には、当該車両の貸し出し条件に単位時間当たりの車両の使用金額も加えておくとよい。

また、上記目的を達成するため、本発明の車両の共同利用の仲介システムは、前記コンピュータシステムに、任意の端末により車両の使用者から車両の使用終了予定時刻を超えて延長使用する連絡がなされた場合又は当該車両の使用終了予定時刻になっても終了報告がなされなかった場合に、当該車両の貸し出し状況データ及び貸し出し条件を参照し、当該車両の延長使用により次の使用希望者又は車両の提供者（以下、次の使用者と記す）が当該車両を使用する予定の時間と重なってしまう場合には、当該車両の貸し出し条件の返却場所及び、当該車両の前記次の使用者の使用開始予定時間に基づき前記検索手段により前記貸し出し条件記憶部から適した車両を検索し、抽出したデータを前記情報通信手段により当該車両の前記次の使用者に送信する一連の作業を自動で行う、代車提供手段を備えることを特徴とする。

また、上記目的を達成するため、本発明の車両の共同利用の仲介システムは、前記コンピュータシステムに、車両の修理を請け負う修理店の住所や店名、連絡先、営業時間といった情報を記憶する修理店情報記憶部と、車両故障時に当該車両の使用者が任意の端末により前記コンピュータシステムに現在位置を送信することにより、あらかじめ修理店情報を記憶した前記修理店情報記憶部から当該車両の現在位置に最も近いと判断される、その時点において営業中の修理店を検索・抽出し当該車両の使用者に前記情報通信手段により送信する一連の作業を自動で行う、修理店紹介手段と、を備えることを特徴とする。

なお、ある地点から修理店や車両の場所までの距離の測定は、地図データを用意しておき、そこに車両場所や修理店の位置を番地から自動的にプロットあるいは情報送信や登録時に端末の画面上の地図に端末利用者がプロットした位置情報に基づき距離を測定するとよい。

また、任意の広告主からの広告掲載依頼を車両所有者に仲介することを可能にするため、本発明の仲介システムは、前記コンピュータシステムに、任意の広告主から任意の端末により送信された、広告掲載希望の車種や時間帯や場所といった広告条件及び広告サンプルを広告依頼ごとに記憶する広告依頼記憶部と、前記広告依頼記憶部の更新があった場合又は定期的に、各広告依頼の広告条件に基づき前記貸し出し条件記憶部から適した車両を検索・抽出し、前記システム利用者データ記憶部から当該車両の提供者の連絡先を参照し、広告掲載依頼及び広告サンプルを前記情報通信手段により送信する一連の作業を自動で行う、広告掲載依頼手段と、を備えることを特徴とする。

なお、前記貸し出し条件内に広告の掲載依頼の受信を希望するかの項目を加えておき、そこで受信を了承していることを前記広告掲載依頼手段の検索条件に加えておくとよい。

また、広告主が車両に掲載を依頼又は依頼予定の広告の露出度合いを知るために、広告主の依頼に応じて自動的に、当該広告主の広告を掲載済み又は掲載予定の車両の貸し出し状況データを参照し使用頻度や使用場所の履歴など、広告の露出度合いを知るためのデータを前記情報通信手段により送信する、広告露出データ提供手段を備えることを特徴とする。

本発明は以上のような構成であるから、車両を共同利用に提供したい者は前記コンピュータシステムにその情報を登録し、車両を使用したい者は前記コンピュータシステムにアクセスし、使用可能な車両の情報を得、その情報を基に車両の使用希望者は使用したい車両の使用申し込みを行い、その車両が使用可能であれば使用希望者は前記コンピュータシステムからその利用に必要な情報を受ける。

これにより任意の個人又は業者が任意の場所を基点に車両を共同利用することになる。

また、車両が使用されるたびに使用者に車両使用料を課金し、提供者にこれを還元し、その余りを仲介システム運営側が得るというビジネスが成り立つ。また、システム利用料を提供者、使用者双方からとってもよい。また、広告仲介料を広告主から取ってもよい。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明の実施の形態について図面と共に説明する。図１は本発明の車両の共同利用の仲介システムの一実施例を説明するための構成図を示す。同図において、仲介システムは、携帯電話やパソコンやコンビニ端末や固定電話機など複数の端末装置、コンピュータシステムである仲介サービスセンター１、それらの間を回線接続するコンピュータネットワークの一例としてのインターネット２、様々な手続きの受付窓口となるウェブサイトを管理するウェブサーバ３、メールサーバ４、音声による入力を自動で受け自動音声出力も行うボイスサーバ５とより概略構成されている。

図示の便宜上、端末装置は携帯電話６、パソコン７、コンビニ端末８、電話９の４つを代表として図示している。端末装置はそれぞれインターネットやボイスサーバに接続可能であるなど、何らかの方法で仲介サービスセンターにアクセスが可能な任意の装置である。

次に図２において仲介サービスセンターの一構成例を説明するための概略図を示す。仲介サービスセンターには共同利用に提供する車両の所有者（以下、提供者）及び車両の使用希望者（以下、使用者）の個人情報を記憶する会員情報記憶部Ｔ１（システム利用者データ記憶部）と、提供者が共同利用に貸し出し提供する車両（以下、提供車両）の貸し出し条件を記憶する貸し出し条件記憶部Ｔ２と、貸し出し詳細情報を記憶する貸し出し詳細情報記憶部Ｔ３と、車両の検索や修理店舗の検索に使用する地図データを記憶した地図データ記憶部Ｔ４と、提供車両の貸し出し提供や使用に応じて会員ごとに（提供者と使用者を合わせて会員と称す）精算情報を記憶及び管理する精算情報記憶部Ｔ５と、車両の修理を依頼する修理店の住所、地図データ上の位置情報、店名、連絡先、営業時間、取り扱い車種、修理できる内容を記憶する修理店情報記憶部Ｔ６と、車両の貸し出し状況を記憶する貸し出し状況記憶部Ｔ７と、広告依頼を記憶する広告依頼記憶部Ｔ８と、を備え、それぞれの部が同一の装置内もしくはネットワークでつながっている複数の装置に分かれて設置されている。

さらに、仲介サービスセンターは、ウェブサーバやメールサーバー、ボイスサーバとそれぞれの部の情報の振り分け・伝達を行いそれぞれの部を制御し情報通信手段の中核をなす制御プログラムＰ１と、貸し出し判断手段である貸し出し判断プログラムＰ２と、検索手段である検索プログラムＰ３と、使用希望予約手段である使用予約プログラムＰ４と、修理店紹介手段である修理店紹介プログラムＰ５と、広告掲載依頼手段である広告依頼プログラムＰ６と、広告露出提供手段である広告露出データ提供プログラムＰ７と、地図データをもとに地図を表示し、その地図上で任意の位置をプロットする地図データ上の位置情報を算出したり、逆に地図データ上の位置情報から地図上にその位置を示したり、任意の地図データ上の位置から距離測定の計算を行い、指定の範囲内にある車両や修理店舗を抽出したり、最も近い車両や修理店を抽出したりする位置情報プログラムＰ８を備える。

システム運営者側はあらかじめ修理店記憶部に修理店舗の情報を記憶し、また必要に応じて随時これを更新する。システム運営に協賛する修理店が任意の端末より登録・更新できるようにしてもよい。

地図データ上の位置情報は位置情報プログラムを用いて、情報を登録・更新する端末画面上に、地図データ記憶部の地図データをグラフィカルに表示し、その端末画面上の地図に位置をプロットすることで自動的に地図データ上の位置情報を修理店記憶部に記憶するようにする。もしくは、位置情報プログラムが修理店の住所入力時にその番地から自動的に地図上の位置を割り出し記憶するようにしてもよい。

共同利用に貸し出し提供したい車両の所有者は仲介システムにアクセスし提供者として会員登録を行う。また、車両の提供ではなく使用のみ希望する者は仲介システムにアクセスし使用者として会員登録を行う。提供者は同時に使用者としての権利も有することとする。

会員登録の際は住所、氏名、電話番号、電子メールアドレス等の他に身元の確認と決済手段に用いるクレジットカード番号または銀行口座の情報または代金代理収納を行う携帯電話会社に加入していればその携帯電話番号、を登録する。

会員には会員ＩＤとパスワードを発行し、それを会員情報記憶部に記憶すると共に、当該会員の電子メールアドレスへ送信される。

なお、会員登録の際や会員が仲介サービスセンターへ情報送信等のアクセスをする際は、会員の所有するパソコンや携帯電話、コンビニに備え付けの端末など、インターネットへ接続可能な任意の端末からインターネット上に設けた仲介システムのウェブサイトにアクセスすることでこれを行う。また、ウェブサイトへアクセスする代わりに、必要情報を特定の形式で記述した電子メールを任意の端末から送信することでこれを可能にしても良い。また、携帯電話や固定電話より音声にてボイスサーバによるデータ変換を経たアクセスを可能にしても良い。

会員から送られた情報は仲介システムの制御プログラムへ送られ、そこから各部へ振り分けられ、また各部からの情報は制御プログラムを介して各通信網から会員に送られる。

なお、制御プログラムによる端末への情報送信は、会員の使用する端末から仲介サービスセンターへのアクセスがインターネットのウェブサイトを介するものであり、当該端末がウェブサーバからの返信を待機している状態の場合にはウェブサーバからウェブデータとしてインターネット経由の送信、電話によるボイスサーバを介したものであり持続して回線が接続中であればボイスサーバからの自動音声出力としての送信、それ以外の場合は電子メールで当該会員の指定のアドレスに送信するように自動で選択される。

以下、車両の貸し出し条件の登録から車両の一回の使用終了までの主な手順を示す。

（Ａ）まず提供者が提供車両の情報を仲介サービスセンターに送信し、それが貸し出し条件記憶部及び貸し出し詳細情報記憶部に記憶される。その際制御プログラムにより振り分けられ、車両の車種、車両の貸し出し・返却場所、貸し出し可能時間帯、鍵の受け渡しは実物鍵であるか暗証番号送信であるのか、実物鍵であればその受け渡し場所、車両への広告掲載依頼受信の可否、直接取引きの希望の有無種類や外観、車両ナンバー等、車両を持っている場合は車両ＩＤ、が貸し出し条件記憶部に記憶される。もし、その車両に車両ＩＤが無ければ自動的に車両ＩＤが付与され、一緒に記憶される。

提供開始時の車両の詳細な位置、外観、自動車または原付の場合は車両ナンバー、車両ＩＤ、車両の返却方法または返却場所の詳細、使用時間帯、車両のロックを解除する暗証番号もしくは鍵の受け渡し方法の詳細は貸し出し詳細情報記憶部に記憶される。

（Ｂ）つぎに使用者から任意の端末により仲介サービスセンターに車両検索要求を送信し、その検索要求内に含まれる、使用希望の車種や使用希望時間帯や使用開始場所の車両使用希望条件に基づき、検索プログラムが貸し出し条件記憶部から適した車両を検索・抽出する。車両希望条件の代わりに使用したい車両の車両ＩＤがわかればその車両ＩＤを送信することで検索プログラムがその車両の抽出を行う。

（Ｃ）抽出されたデータは自動的に制御プログラムに送られ、適切な通信網を用いて当該車両使用希望者の端末に送信される。

（Ｄ）使用者はその中から任意の車両を選び、仲介サービスセンターに使用申し込み手続き情報を送信する。使用申し込み手続き情報は当該車両の詳細な使用希望時間と貸し出し提供条件への同意が主である。

仲介サービスセンターは貸し出し判断プログラムにより貸し出し状況記憶部を参照し当該車両が当該使用者の使用希望時間に使用可能であるかを調べ、貸し出し条件の範囲外の時間帯や使用者が指定した車両が既に他の使用者が使用予定であるなどで使用希望の時間帯に使用不可能であれば、必要なだけ前段階に戻るよう指示を出す。

貸し出し判断プログラムにより使用が可能と判断されれば、検索プログラムにより貸し出し詳細情報記憶部から当該車両の貸し出し詳細情報が抽出され制御プログラムにより当該使用者に送信される。それと共に当該車両の貸し出し状況データに当該使用者指定の時間帯において当該使用者が使用予定である旨の情報を追加・更新する。

そして、使用時間開始時に仲介サービスセンターから制御プログラムの動作により、当該使用者へ当該車両の貸し出し詳細情報が送信される。それと同時に貸し出し状況記憶部の当該車両の項目および精算情報記憶部の当該使用者の項目にその時間に当該使用者が当該車両の使用を開始した旨の情報が追加・更新される。

（Ｅ）車両を使用した後に貸し出し詳細情報に基づいた返却場所に車両を置き、施錠し、鍵を受け取っていた場合はこれを貸し出し詳細情報にて指定の方法で返却し、終了報告を仲介サービスセンターに送信する。貸し出し詳細情報内で返却の際の詳細な車両場所が決められていない場合は車両を置いた詳細な場所を仲介サービスセンターに送信する。終了報告を仲介サービスセンターが受信した時点で貸し出し状況記憶部では当該車両の使用中を示す記憶が使用終了を示すものに書き換えられ、精算情報記憶部の当該車両の提供者と使用者の双方の項目に貸し出し状況データから算出した使用時間と車両ＩＤが記憶される。

返却時の車両位置が使用開始時の車両位置と違う場合は返却後の車両位置の詳細が提供開始時の車両の詳細な位置として当該車両の貸し出し詳細情報記憶部内のデータが更新される。

返却方法の中で車両のロックの暗証番号を変更するように求められていた場合は変更後の新しい暗証番号を終了報告と共に送信し、仲介センターが新しい暗証番号を受信した場合は制御プログラムが感知し、貸し出し詳細情報記憶部内の当該車両の暗証番号データが新しい暗証番号に更新される。

以上（Ａ）から（Ｅ）までの手続きを一使用者と一提供者に代表して示した略図が図３である。

一定期間ごとに、精算情報記憶部の精算情報を基に料金を算出し、使用者にシステム利用料及び車両使用料を請求し、提供者にはその他に規定の車両提供報酬が支払われ、その請求額と報酬額の差額は仲介システム運営者の収益となる形で一ビジネス手法が成り立つ。

前記（Ａ）から（Ｅ）の各段階において、会員がウェブサイトによるアクセスをしていれば未ログインの場合には会員ＩＤとパスワードを入力するログインを要求し、ログイン後に各情報をやり取りする際に自動的に会員ＩＤが付加されて送信されるようにすることにより会員を特定する手段となる。

電子メールによるアクセスの場合は会員登録の際に登録済みのアドレスから送受信するように限定することで会員特定の手段となる。

電話によるアクセスの場合は通話の最初に会員ＩＤとパスワードを用いてログインすることでその通話が持続している間の会員特定の手段となる。

上記（Ｂ）に関して、仲介サービスセンターに使用希望データ記憶部を設けて、上記（Ｂ）のステップにおいて適する車両が無かった場合に検索要求の中に車両使用希望予約をする要求が含まれていれば自動的に車両使用希望条件を使用希望データ記憶部に記憶し、貸し出し条件記憶部の情報が更新された場合に記憶された車両使用希望情報を基に検索手段により貸し出し条件記憶部から適した車両を検索し、適した車両があれば自動的に当該車両使用希望条件を送信していた使用者に抽出された車両の貸し出し条件データを送信する車両使用希望予約検索プログラムを設けるとなお便利である。

上記（Ｂ）の車両の検索に関して、街頭で見かけた車両が仲介システムに参加していること及びその車両ＩＤがわかるように、仲介システム運営側から当該車両ＩＤを印刷したステッカーを提供者に送付し、提供者は提供車両にそのステッカーをはるようにすればよい。あらかじめ車両ＩＤを印刷したステッカーをコンビニなどの提携店舗で配布し、提供車両の登録時にその車両ＩＤを登録しても良い。

上記（Ｄ）において、車両の提供者が貸し出し条件内で、使用者が車両の検索要求内で、双方とも直接取引きも希望していれば、自動的に貸し出し詳細情報に会員情報記録部から抽出した提供者の連絡先を加えて使用者に送信し、同時に提供者にも使用者の車両使用希望条件と同じく連絡先を自動で送信するよう機能付けておくと提供者と使用者が直接取引きすることも出来、なお便利である。その際は貸し出し条件内に単位時間あたりの使用金額を加えておき、申し込み手続き前に使用者が参照できるすると良い。

上記（Ｅ）において、車両の使用前と使用後（施錠後）にカメラ付き携帯電話を用いて指定の枚数、指定の角度から車両を撮影し、仲介センターに送信することでそれらの画像と画像送信時刻が貸し出し情報記憶部に記憶されるようにしても良い。この方法によれば車両の損傷などが起こった場合の責任の所在を確認する証拠となるため、使用者、提供者双方にとって安心である。画像の撮影時刻が画像に保存される形式のカメラ付き携帯電話を使うようにすればより一層証拠力が増すのでよい。
