Claims (15)
- 遠端部及び近端部を備える長尺な本体であって、第1遠端面と、該第1遠端面より遠位側に位置する第2遠端面とを有する撮像装置サポートを前記遠端部に有する本体と、
前記第2遠端面の近位側において、前記撮像装置サポートに配置される、血管構造内の箇所を撮像する撮像装置と、
前記撮像装置サポートの近位側から延び、該撮像装置サポートの前記第1遠端面に配置された第1出口ポートを備える第1ガイドワイヤルーメンと、
前記本体の少なくとも前記遠端部において前記第1ガイドワイヤルーメンと実質的に平行であって、前記撮像装置サポートの近位側から延び、該撮像装置サポートの前記第2遠端面に配置された第2出口ポートを備える第2ガイドワイヤルーメンと、
を有する、血管内治療カテーテルであって、
前記第1出口ポート及び前記第2出口ポートは互いにオフセットされ、前記第1出口ポートは前記撮像装置の近端側にある一方、前記第2出口ポートは前記撮像装置の遠端側にある、血管内治療カテーテル。 - 前記撮像装置が超音波トランスジューサを有する、請求項1に記載の血管内治療カテーテル。
- 前記撮像装置が血管内超音波(IVUS)撮像装置を有する、請求項2に記載の血管内治療カテーテル。
- 前記IVUS撮像装置が微細加工超音波トランスジューサを有する、請求項3に記載の血管内治療カテーテル。
- 前記撮像装置が光干渉トモグラフィ(OCT)撮像装置を有する、請求項1に記載の血管内治療カテーテル。
- 前記本体の前記遠端部に配置された機能測定センサを更に有し、前記機能測定センサが、圧力センサ、速度センサ、ドプラ速度センサ及び光センサのうちの少なくとも1つを有する、請求項1に記載の血管内治療カテーテル。
- 前記第1ガイドワイヤルーメンがオーバーザワイヤ・ガイドワイヤルーメンを有し、前記第2ガイドワイヤルーメンが迅速交換ガイドワイヤルーメンを有する、請求項1に記載の血管内治療カテーテル。
- 前記第1出口ポート及び前記第2出口ポートが、前記本体の前記遠端部において前記撮像装置から5cm以内に配置される、請求項1に記載の血管内治療カテーテル。
- 前記第1出口ポート及び前記第2出口ポートのうちの少なくとも一方が、前記長尺な本体の前記遠端部の接線に対して鈍角をなす、請求項1に記載の血管内治療カテーテル。
- 前記撮像装置が前記第1出口ポートの遠端側にある、請求項1に記載の血管内治療カテーテル。
- 前記本体の前記近端部に印加される軸トルクを前記本体の前記遠端部に伝達する、請求項1に記載の血管内治療カテーテル。
- 軸トルク伝達のためにシャフト、編み込み材料又はコイル巻き材料を更に有する、請求項11に記載の血管内治療カテーテル。
- 前記撮像装置が前記第2ガイドワイヤルーメンの周囲に配置される、請求項1に記載の血管内治療カテーテル。
- 前記本体の前記遠端部にパターンを更に有し、該パターンがX線撮像の下で前記本体の前記遠端部の向きを示す、請求項1に記載の血管内治療カテーテル。
- 第3ルーメン及び該第3ルーメンを通して配置されたマイクロケーブルを更に有し、該マイクロケーブルは前記撮像装置から当該カテーテルの前記遠端部まで延在すると共に前記撮像装置と電気的に通じる、請求項1に記載の血管内治療カテーテル。
