Description
Claims (34)
- 回転シャフト用の軸受アセンブリであって、
シャフトが配置される軸受と、
該軸受の周囲に備え付けられ、該軸受を径方向に支持する軸受支持体であって、軸受アセンブリのスクイズフィルム環を少なくとも部分的に画定する軸受支持体と、
前記軸受及び軸受支持体に結合され、軸受をスクイズフィルム環の中心に位置させるよう機能する少なくとも1つのセンタリング要素と、を備え、
該少なくとも1つのセンタリング要素は、前記軸受の周囲に径方向に間隔をおいた位置に設けられる複数のロードセルスプリングを備える回転シャフト用の軸受アセンブリ。 - 前記少なくとも1つのセンタリング要素は、少なくとも1つのウェーブスプリングを備える請求項1に記載の回転シャフト用の軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記少なくとも1つのウェーブスプリングは、実質的に軸受支持体を取り囲む請求項2に記載の回転シャフト用の軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記少なくとも1つのセンタリング要素は、軸受支持体の周囲に間隔をおいた位置に配置される複数のビームスプリングを備える請求項1に記載の回転シャフト用の軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記軸受支持体を取り囲むハウジングをさらに備え、各ビームスプリングは、前記ハウジングに対して設置される盛り上がった支持パッドを両端部に備えるとともに、前記軸受支持体に対して設置される盛り上がった反作用パッドを概ね中心に備える請求項4に記載の回転シャフト用の軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記ビームスプリングは、前記軸受支持体の周囲に均一に分配される請求項4に記載の回転シャフト用の軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記少なくとも1つのセンタリング要素は、前記軸受の周囲に径方向に間隔をおいた位置に設けられる複数のシリンダスプリングを備える請求項1に記載の回転シャフト用の軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記シリンダスプリングは、前記軸受支持体の周囲に均一に分配される請求項7に記載の回転シャフト用の軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記シリンダスプリングは、少なくとも一方の軸方向端部がテーパー状を有する請求項7に記載の回転シャフト用の軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記各ロードセルスプリングは、少なくとも1つのビームスプリング要素を備える請求項1に記載の回転シャフト用の軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記ビームスプリング要素は、その中に少なくとも1つの内部空間を画定する請求項10に記載の回転シャフト用の軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記各ロードセルスプリングは、重なり合う複数のビームスプリング要素を備える請求項1に記載の回転シャフト用の軸受アセンブリ。
- 重なり合うビームスプリング要素の少なくとも1つは、その中に内部空間を画定する請求項12に記載の回転シャフト用の軸受アセンブリ。
- 重なり合うビームスプリング要素は、各ビームスプリング要素の間に中間空間を画定する請求項12に記載の回転シャフト用の軸受アセンブリ。
- 各ロードセルスプリングは、その中に少なくとも1つの内部空間を画定する本体を備える請求項1に記載の回転シャフト用の軸受アセンブリ。
- 回転シャフト用の軸受アセンブリであって、
シャフトが配置される軸受と、
該軸受の周囲に備え付けられ、該軸受を径方向に支持する軸受支持体であって、軸受アセンブリのスクイズフィルム環を少なくとも部分的に画定する軸受支持体と、
前記軸受支持体に結合され、軸受をスクイズフィルム環の中心に位置させるように軸受支持体を作用する複数のセンタリングスプリング要素であって、前記軸受支持体の周囲に間隔をおいた位置に配置される複数のセンタリングスプリング要素と、を備え、
少なくとも一つの前記センタリング要素は、前記軸受の周囲に径方向に間隔をおいた位置に設けられる複数のロードセルスプリングを備える回転シャフト用の軸受アセンブリ。 - 前記センタリングスプリング要素は、前記軸受支持体の周囲に均一な間隔をおいた位置に配置される複数のシリンダスプリングを備える請求項16に記載の回転シャフト用の軸受アセンブリ。
- 各ロードセルスプリングは、少なくとも1つのビームスプリング要素を備える請求項16に記載の回転シャフト用の軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記ビームスプリング要素は、その中に少なくとも1つの内部空間を画定する請求項18に記載の回転シャフト用の軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記各ロードセルスプリングは、重なり合う複数のビームスプリング要素を備える請求項16に記載の回転シャフト用の軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記重なり合うビームスプリング要素の少なくとも1つは、その中に内部空間を画定する請求項20に記載の回転シャフト用の軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記重なり合うビームスプリング要素は、各ビームスプリング要素の間に中間空間を画定する請求項20に記載の回転シャフト用の軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記各ロードセルスプリングは、その中に少なくとも1つの内部空間を画定する本体を備える請求項16に記載の回転シャフト用の軸受アセンブリ。
- スクイズフィルム環の中にターボ機関の軸受を配置する軸受配置方法であって、
回転シャフトが配置される軸受と、該軸受の周囲に設置されて該軸受を径方向に支持し、スクイズフィルム環を少なくとも部分的に画定する軸受支持体とを提供するステップと、
前記軸受支持体に結合され、軸受をスクイズフィルム環の中心に位置させるように軸受支持体を作用する複数のセンタリング要素であって、軸受支持体の周囲に間隔をおいた位置に配置される複数のセンタリング要素を提供するステップと、
スクイズフィルム環の中の軸受の位置を調整すべく、前記センタリング要素を個々に加工する又はシムするステップと、を備える軸受配置方法。 - 前記センタリング要素は、複数のロードセルスプリングを備える請求項24に記載の軸受配置方法。
- 複数のセンタリング要素を与えるステップには、前記軸受支持体の周囲に均一な間隔をおいてロードセルスプリングを与えることを含む、請求項25に記載の軸受配置方法。
- 各ロードセルスプリングは、少なくとも1つのビームスプリング要素を備える請求項25に記載の軸受配置方法。
- 前記ビームスプリング要素は、その中に少なくとも1つの内部空間を画定する請求項27に記載の軸受配置方法。
- 各ロードセルスプリングは、重なり合う複数のビームスプリング要素を備える請求項25に記載の軸受配置方法。
- 重なり合うビームスプリング要素の少なくとも1つは、その中に内部空間を画定する請求項29に記載の軸受配置方法。
- 重なり合うビームスプリング要素は、各ビームスプリング要素の間に中間空間を画定する請求項29に記載の軸受配置方法。
- 各ロードセルスプリングは、その中に少なくとも1つの内部空間を画定する本体を備える請求項25に記載の軸受配置方法。
- 前記センタリング要素は、複数のシリンダスプリングを備える請求項24に記載の軸受配置方法。
- 前記センタリング要素はセンタリングスプリング要素を備え、前記軸受の周囲に径方向に間隔をおいて配置された位置のセンタリングスプリング要素に予荷重をかけることをさらに含む、請求項24に記載の軸受配置方法。
