BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an image sensor unit having an image sensor that obtains an image signal corresponding to light irradiated on its own photoelectric conversion surface, or a camera equipped with this image sensor unit. The present invention relates to improvements in cameras such as digital cameras.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, a charge coupled device (CCD; Charge Coupled Device) such as a solid-state imaging device in which a subject image formed based on a light flux from a subject that has passed through a photographing optical system (hereinafter referred to as a subject light flux) is disposed at a predetermined position. Hereinafter, the image is formed on a photoelectric conversion surface such as an image sensor, and an electrical image signal representing a desired subject image is generated using the photoelectric conversion function of the image sensor and the like. A signal based on the above is output to a predetermined display device such as a liquid crystal display (LCD) to display an image or the like, or an image signal generated by an image sensor or the like is displayed in a predetermined form. To record data in a predetermined recording area of a predetermined recording medium, read out the image data recorded on the recording medium, and display the image data using a display device A digital camera, such as a so-called digital still camera or digital video camera, configured to display an image corresponding to the processed image signal after the conversion processing so as to obtain an optimum image signal ( Hereinafter, a digital camera or simply a camera) is generally put into practical use and widely used.
[0003]
In general digital cameras, an optical viewfinder device is provided for the purpose of observing a desired subject to be photographed prior to a photographing operation and setting a photographing range including the subject. It is common.
[0004]
This optical viewfinder device uses a reflecting member or the like disposed on the optical axis of the photographic optical system to fold the traveling direction of the subject light beam that has passed through the photographic optical system to form an observation subject image at a predetermined position. On the other hand, during the photographing operation, the reflecting member is retracted from the optical axis of the photographing optical system to guide the subject luminous flux to the light receiving surface of the image sensor, that is, the photoelectric conversion surface, and the subject for photographing on the photoelectric conversion surface. A so-called single-lens reflex finder apparatus or the like configured to form an image is generally used.
[0005]
In recent years, a single-lens reflex type finder device is provided, and a photographic optical system is configured to be detachable with respect to the camera body. A so-called interchangeable lens digital camera that is configured so that a plurality of types of photographing optical systems can be selectively used in a single camera body by attaching and detaching to and from the camera is generally put into practical use.
[0006]
In such a digital camera having a replaceable lens, when the photographing optical system is removed from the camera body, dust or the like floating in the air may enter the camera body. Also, there are various mechanically operated mechanisms such as the shutter / aperture mechanism inside the camera body, so that dust may be generated during the operation from these various mechanisms. There is also.
[0007]
In addition, when the photographic optical system is removed from the camera body, the light receiving surface (also referred to as a photoelectric conversion surface) of the image sensor disposed behind the photographic optical system is exposed to the outside air inside the camera. Therefore, dust or the like may adhere to the photoelectric conversion surface of the image sensor due to factors such as charging.
[0008]
Therefore, in a conventional single-lens reflex digital camera or the like, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-29132 discloses a technique for suppressing dust and the like from adhering to the light receiving surface of an image sensor due to charging action or the like. It is proposed by the gazette.
[0009]
The means disclosed in the above Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-29132 is a single-lens reflex digital camera in which a lens can be exchanged. A transparent electrode is provided on the surface of a cover member that covers a light receiving surface of an image sensor provided in the camera By applying a DC voltage or an AC voltage having a frequency of about several kHz to 20 kHz to this electrode, it is possible to suppress dust and the like from adhering to the light receiving surface of the image sensor due to a charging action. It is.
[0010]
According to the means disclosed in the publication, it is possible to suppress dust and the like from adhering to the light receiving surface of the image sensor due to static electricity or the like by neutralizing the charge generated in the image sensor. It is.
[0011]
However, the means disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-29132 suppresses dust and the like from adhering by neutralizing the charge of the charged image sensor, so that, for example, due to static electricity. Therefore, it is considered that the means for removing dust or the like simply attached or deposited on the photoelectric conversion surface of the image sensor is not optimal.
[0012]
On the other hand, as an image sensor in a conventional digital camera, a so-called packaged image sensor (for example, a package CCD) is widely used. In recent years, apart from such an image sensor, It has been proposed to supply a naked CCD chip called a so-called bare chip CCD to the market.
[0013]
In such a bare chip CCD, since there is a high possibility that dust or the like adheres to the photoelectric conversion surface, a piezoelectric element is provided between the bare chip CCD and a substrate on which the bare chip CCD is placed. For example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-130654 proposes a means for vibrating the bare chip CCD itself by applying a predetermined voltage and thereby shaking off dust or the like adhering to the photoelectric conversion surface. It is disclosed.
[0014]
However, since the means disclosed in the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-130654 is a means devised with the bare chip CCD in mind, a package CCD generally used in a conventional digital camera. Therefore, it cannot be said that it is an optimum means for applying to an image pickup device having such a form.
[0015]
In other words, when the means disclosed in the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-130654 is applied to a general form of package CCD or the like, for example, vibration is applied to the image sensor itself or its package. Therefore, there is a possibility that adverse effects such as mechanical deterioration and deviation will be exerted on the image pickup device and various mechanisms disposed in the vicinity thereof due to this excitation action.
[0016]
On the other hand, the applicant of the present application previously described in Japanese Patent Application No. 2000-401291 is provided with a dustproof member that seals or protects the photoelectric conversion surface side of the image sensor, so that dust or the like adheres to the photoelectric conversion surface of the image sensor. Proposes a means for removing dust by adhering to the dust-proof member with a predetermined amplitude by a predetermined vibration means against dust attached to the outer surface of the dust-proof member. Yes.
[0017]
According to this means, it is possible to suppress dust and the like from adhering to the photoelectric conversion surface of the image sensor with a small and simple mechanism and to easily remove relatively large dust and the like adhering to the outer surface side of the dust-proof member. An imaging device unit is configured, and this can be applied to a digital camera having a lens exchangeable form.
[0018]
In addition, in a conventional digital camera or the like in which the lens can be exchanged, a proposal for removing dust attached to the surface of an optical member such as a low-pass filter disposed on the front side of the image sensor is disclosed in, for example, 2001-298640 and the like.
[0019]
The camera disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-298640 includes a wiper member as means for removing dust and the like attached to the surface of an optical member disposed on the front side of the image sensor.
[0020]
This wiper member sweeps and wipes the surface of the optical member by moving while rubbing the surface of the optical member such as a low-pass filter, thereby removing dust and the like attached on the surface of the optical member. The dust or the like that has been swept away by the wiper is configured to enter the groove portion of the camera body formed in the vicinity of the optical member.
[0021]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, according to the means disclosed in the above Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-298640, the dust and the like swept away by the wiper enter the groove formed in the vicinity of the optical member. Dust that has entered the groove drifts into the internal space of the camera body again and adheres to the internal components of the camera body, such as the mirror section, shutter section, and distance measuring lens section, and again to the optical member. There is also a possibility of doing.
[0022]
In such a case, it can be considered that dust or the like adhering to each component is reflected in an acquired image or causes a malfunction in the operation of the digital camera.
[0023]
In particular, in a single-lens reflex digital camera or the like in which the photographic lens can be replaced, suppressing the entry of dust into the inside of the camera main body can obtain a good photographic result (acquired image). It is a necessary measure.
[0024]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a camera having means for removing dust and the like adhering to the surface of an optical member or the like provided in the camera. Therefore, it is possible to prevent dust or the like that has been swept away from the surface of the optical member or the like from adhering to the surface of the optical member or the like again, or to other internal components, and always perform a good photographing operation. The camera can be maintained and can always obtain good shooting results.LaIs to provide.
[0025]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a camera according to a first aspect of the present invention is an image sensor that obtains an image signal corresponding to light irradiated on its own photoelectric conversion surface, and an object image on the photoelectric conversion surface of the image sensor. Between the photographing lens to be incident and the imaging element and the imaging lens. The image pickup device is disposed via an elastic receiving member.A low-pass filter,A first opening through which the speed of light of the subject passes is formed, and has a step portion that holds the front side peripheral edge of the low-pass filter substantially airtight. An image sensor storage case;Corresponding to the first opening. As a whole, a circular or polygonal plate shape is formed, and at least a region having a predetermined spread in the radial direction from the center of the self forms a transparent portion, and this transparent portion is the front side of the image sensor. In the low-pass filter through the stepA dust-proof filter receiving member for holding a dust-proof member disposed opposite to each other with a predetermined interval; a vibration-exposing member disposed on a peripheral portion of the dust-proof member for applying vibration to the dust-proof member; and the low-pass filter And the dustproof memberThrough the stepA sealing structure portion configured to seal the space portion with the imaging element storage case and the dustproof filter receiving member so as to form a substantially sealed space portion in a portion formed to be opposed, and An image signal processing circuit for converting an image signal obtained from the image sensor into a signal suitable for recording as corresponding to an image formed on the photoelectric conversion surface of the image sensor; It is characterized by.
