[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, a charge coupled device (CCD; Charge Coupled Device) such as a solid-state imaging device in which a subject image formed based on a light flux from a subject that has passed through a photographing optical system (hereinafter referred to as a subject light flux) is disposed at a predetermined position. Hereinafter, the image is formed on a photoelectric conversion surface such as an image sensor, and an electrical image signal representing a desired subject image is generated using the photoelectric conversion function of the image sensor and the like. A signal based on the above is output to a predetermined display device such as a liquid crystal display (LCD) to display an image or the like, or an image signal generated by an image sensor or the like is displayed in a predetermined form. To record data in a predetermined recording area of a predetermined recording medium, read out the image data recorded on the recording medium, and display the image data using a display device A digital camera, such as a so-called digital still camera or digital video camera, configured to display an image corresponding to the processed image signal after the conversion processing so as to obtain an optimum image signal ( Hereinafter, a digital camera or simply a camera) is generally put into practical use and widely used.
[0003]
In general digital cameras, an optical viewfinder device is provided for the purpose of observing a desired subject to be photographed prior to a photographing operation and setting a photographing range including the subject. It is common.
[0004]
This optical viewfinder device uses a reflecting member or the like disposed on the optical axis of the photographic optical system to fold the traveling direction of the subject light beam that has passed through the photographic optical system to form an observation subject image at a predetermined position. On the other hand, during the photographing operation, the reflecting member is retracted from the optical axis of the photographing optical system to guide the subject luminous flux to the light receiving surface of the image sensor, that is, the photoelectric conversion surface, and the subject for photographing on the photoelectric conversion surface. A so-called single-lens reflex finder apparatus or the like configured to form an image is generally used.
[0005]
In recent years, a single-lens reflex type finder device is provided, and a photographic optical system is configured to be detachable with respect to the camera body. A so-called interchangeable lens digital camera that is configured so that a plurality of types of photographing optical systems can be selectively used in a single camera body by attaching and detaching to and from the camera is generally put into practical use.
[0006]
In such a digital camera having a replaceable lens, when the photographing optical system is removed from the camera body, dust or the like floating in the air may enter the camera body. Also, there are various mechanically operated mechanisms such as a shutter / aperture mechanism inside the camera body, so that dust or the like is generated during the operation from these various mechanisms. There is also.
[0007]
On the other hand, when the photographic optical system is removed from the camera body, the light receiving surface (also referred to as a photoelectric conversion surface) of the image sensor disposed behind the photographic optical system is exposed to the outside air inside the camera. Therefore, dust or the like may adhere to the photoelectric conversion surface of the image sensor due to factors such as charging.
[0008]
Therefore, in a conventional single-lens reflex digital camera or the like, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-29132 discloses a technique for suppressing dust and the like from adhering to the light receiving surface of an image sensor due to charging action or the like. It is proposed by the gazette.
[0009]
The means disclosed in the above Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-29132 is a single-lens reflex digital camera in which a lens can be exchanged. A transparent electrode is provided on the surface of a cover member that covers a light receiving surface of an image sensor provided inside the camera. By applying a DC voltage or an AC voltage having a frequency of about several kHz to 20 kHz to this electrode, it is possible to suppress dust and the like from adhering to the light receiving surface of the image sensor due to a charging action. It is.
[0010]
According to the means disclosed in the publication, it is possible to suppress dust and the like from adhering to the light receiving surface of the image sensor due to static electricity or the like by neutralizing the charge generated in the image sensor. It is.
[0011]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the means disclosed in the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-29132 suppresses dust and the like from adhering by neutralizing the charge of the charged image sensor, so that for example, static electricity Regardless, it is considered that the means for removing dust or the like simply attached or deposited on the photoelectric conversion surface of the image sensor is not optimal.
[0012]
On the other hand, the applicant of the present application previously described in Japanese Patent Application No. 2000-401291 is provided with a dustproof member that seals or protects the photoelectric conversion surface side of the image sensor, so that dust or the like adheres to the photoelectric conversion surface of the image sensor. Proposes a means for removing dust by adhering to the dust-proof member with a predetermined amplitude by a predetermined vibration means against dust attached to the outer surface of the dust-proof member. Yes.
[0013]
According to this means, it is possible to replace a lens that can prevent dust and the like from adhering to the photoelectric conversion surface of the image sensor with a small and simple mechanism and can easily remove dust and the like adhering to the outer surface side of the dust-proof member. It is possible to configure a digital camera of a different form.
[0014]
By the way, various adhesion factors such as dust adhering due to static electricity and those adhering regardless of static electricity are conceivable, and the size of the adhering dust varies in size.
[0015]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described points, and an object of the present invention is to include a vibrating means for removing dust or the like adhering to the surface of a dustproof member or the like provided inside the camera. It is a camera, and it makes it difficult to attach dust etc. to dustproof members etc. regardless of the cause and size of dust etc., and even if it adheres, it can be removed by slight vibration by the above vibration means Another object of the present invention is to provide a camera and an image sensor unit used therefor.
