Abstract
【解決手段】体外式超音波プローブ10は、アジマス方向に沿って配置され、超音波を送受する振動素子群と、生体に接触可能な凸面を有し、単一の部材で形成され、前記振動素子群の正面側を全体的に被覆し、前記振動素子群の側面側の少なくとも一部を被覆する被覆材と、を備えた。前記アジマス方向における前記振動素子群の幅を略二等分する断面において、前記凸面の頂点から2[mm]落ち込んだ前記凸面上の2点間の幅は、エレベーション方向における前記振動子群の幅より大きく、前記2点間の幅と前記エレベーション方向における前記振動子群の幅の差は5[mm]以下である。

Claims (12)
- アジマス方向に沿って配置され、超音波を送受する振動素子群と、
生体に接触可能な凸面を有し、単一の部材で形成され、前記振動素子群の正面側を全体的に被覆し、前記振動素子群の側面側の少なくとも一部を被覆する被覆材と、
を備え、
前記アジマス方向における前記振動素子群の幅を略二等分する断面において、前記凸面の頂点から2[mm]落ち込んだ前記凸面上の2点間の幅は、エレベーション方向における前記振動子群の幅より大きく、
前記2点間の幅と前記エレベーション方向における前記振動子群の幅の差は5[mm]以下である、体外式超音波プローブ。 - 前記振動素子の前記第2方向の幅が6〜12[mm]となるように構成された請求項1に記載の体外式超音波プローブ。
- アジマス方向に沿って配置され、超音波を送受する振動素子群と、
生体に接触可能な凸面を有し、単一の部材で形成され、前記振動素子群の正面側を全体的に被覆し、前記振動素子群の側面側の少なくとも一部を被覆する被覆材と、
を備え、
前記エレベーション方向における前記振動素子群の幅は6〜12[mm]である、体外式超音波プローブ。 - 前記被覆材は、合成樹脂を材料として構成された請求項1乃至3のうちいずれか一項に記載の体外式超音波プローブ。
- 前記被覆材は、前記合成樹脂としてのポリメチルペンテンを材料として構成された請求項4に記載の体外式超音波プローブ。
- 前記被覆材は、前記外面に対向する内面が凹面を有する請求項1乃至5のうちいずれか一項に記載の体外式超音波プローブ。
- 前記被覆材と前記振動素子の間に前記被覆材とは異なる充填材が充填され、前記充填材は、音速が前記被覆材より遅くなるような材料によって構成された請求項1乃至6のうちのいずれか一項に記載の体外式超音波プローブ。
- 前記充填材は、シリコーンを材料として構成された請求項7に記載の体外式超音波プローブ。
- 前記被覆材は、前記凸面の一部が円弧面であり、前記円弧面の前記第2方向の幅が音響的有効口径に略一致するように構成された請求項1乃至8のうちいずれか一項に記載の体外式超音波プローブ。
- 前記振動素子は、前記圧電素子群が前記第1方向のみに配列され、前記第2方向の音響的有効口径が6〜12[mm]となるように構成された請求項1乃至9のうちいずれか一項に記載の体外式超音波プローブ。
- 前記振動素子は、前記圧電素子群が前記第1方向及び前記第2方向に配列され、前記第2方向の最大の音響的有効口径が6〜12[mm]となるように構成された請求項1乃至9のうちいずれか一項に記載の体外式超音波プローブ。
- 前記圧電素子群は、発生する超音波の中心周波数が3〜5[MHz]となる超音波を発生し、
前記振動素子は、前記被覆材の中心軸上の厚みが前記超音波の波長の1.5〜3倍となるように構成された請求項1乃至11のうちいずれか一項に記載の体外式超音波プローブ。
