Description

The present invention relates to a medicine packaging apparatus capable of packaging solid medicines in a non-powder form such as tablets, capsules, and pills in a narrow sense.

Various drug packaging devices are provided for packaging drugs such as tablets and powders for each dose based on a prescription. As this type of medicine packaging device, there is known a device equipped with a tablet supply unit that supplies tablets by so-called manual operation (see, for example, Patent Document 1). Specifically, the tablet supply unit of this system includes a plurality of tablet storage baskets arranged in a matrix on the upper surface side of the medicine packaging device. The operator manually puts the tablets into these tablet housings. After completion of the loading, the shutter that forms the bottom of the tablet container is opened, and the tablets in the individual tablet containers drop onto the corresponding tablet dispenser provided on the movable tablet dispensing member. The tablets in the tablet dispensing basket are sequentially supplied to the packaging unit by the following mechanism.

Referring to FIG. 17, a bottom plate 543 is provided at the lower end opening of each tablet dispensing basket 542. The bottom plate 543 has a base end side through which pins 544 whose both ends are supported by a tablet dispensing member pass. By this pin 544, the bottom plate 543 is rotatably connected to the tablet dispensing member. A cylindrical portion 545 is formed around the shaft portion 544. On the other hand, the front end side of the bottom plate 543 is a free end. The bottom plate 543 closes the lower end opening of the tablet dispensing basket and holds the tablet in the tablet dispensing basket (the lower bottom plate 543 in FIG. 17) and the lower end opening to open the tablets in the tablet dispensing basket 542. It can freely rotate around the pin 544 between an open position (in FIG. 17, the upper bottom plate 543) where it is dropped to the packaging unit. On the lower side of the tablet dispensing member, there is disposed a fixed plate 537 whose upper surface supports the lower surface of the bottom plate 543 and holds it in the closed position, and is provided with step portions 537a and 537b at the tip. A columnar portion 547 is provided at the tip of each stepped portion 537a, 537b. In FIG. 17, step portions 537a and 537b adjacent to each other and a bottom plate 543 corresponding to them are illustrated.

When the step portions 537a and 537b are located behind the shaft portion 544 by the movement of the tablet dispensing member, the bottom plate 543 rotates around the pin 544 from the closed position to the open position. Specifically, as the peripheral surface of the columnar portion 545 on the bottom plate 543 side moves along the peripheral surface of the columnar portion 547 on the fixed plate 537 side, the bottom plate 543 gradually moves from the closed position toward the open position. The bottom plate 543 is completely opened when the center of the columnar portion 545 on the bottom plate 543 side passes through the center of the columnar portion 547 on the fixed plate 537 side.

Positioning of the tablet dispensing member in which one bottom plate 543 is in the open position is performed only by the drive mechanism of the tablet dispensing member, and the step portions 537a and 537b of the bottom plate 543 and the fixing plate 537 do not contribute to this positioning. The positioning accuracy is low. Therefore, when one bottom plate 543 (the upper bottom plate 543 in FIG. 17) is in the open position, the adjacent bottom plate 543, that is, the bottom plate 543 that rotates from the closed position to the open position next (the lower bottom plate 543 in FIG. 17). ), It is necessary to ensure a sufficient distance α between the columnar portion 545 on the bottom plate 543 side and the columnar portion 547 on the fixed plate 537 side. Specifically, since the positioning accuracy of the tablet dispensing member is low, assuming that the interval α is narrow, when one bottom plate 543 (the upper bottom plate 543 in FIG. 17) is in the open position, it is next opened from the closed position. The peripheral surface of the columnar portion 545 on the bottom plate 543 side reaches the peripheral surface of the columnar portion 547 on the fixed plate 537 side on the bottom plate 543 (lower bottom plate 543 in FIG. 17) that rotates to the position. As indicated by β, a downward displacement (so-called dripping) occurs due to its own weight at the free end of the bottom plate 543b, and the bottom plate 543b is slightly opened to form a gap. If the tablet in the tablet dispensing basket 542 falls through this gap, it may cause a problem. In particular, when the tablet is thin, unintentional dropping of the tablet from this gap tends to occur.

The interval α corresponds to the pitch between the step portions 537a and 537b of the bottom plate 543. Therefore, in order to prevent an unintended drop of the tablet due to the sagging of the bottom plate 543b, the pitch between the step portions 537a and 537b must be set large. As a result, the moving distance of the tablet dispensing member necessary for opening all the bottom plates 543 increases, and the apparatus becomes large.

Further, in this type of conventional medicine packaging device, the tablet may adhere to the upper surface of the bottom plate 543 of the tablet dispensing basket or the above-mentioned shutter due to static electricity, which may cause problems.

Referring to FIGS. 3A to 3C and FIG. 6, the tablet dispensing unit 23 of the tablet supply unit 2 is superposed on the upper shutter plate 34 disposed below the tablet storage unit 22 and below the upper shutter plate 34. A lower shutter plate 35 disposed in a state, a movable tablet dispensing member 36 disposed below the lower shutter plate 35, and a fixed plate 37 disposed below the tablet dispensing member 36 (relative to the tablet dispensing member 36). It is fixed.)

The upper and lower shutter plates 34 and 35 are movable in the row direction of the arrangement of the tablet storage baskets 21 while maintaining a state where they are overlapped with each other. The upper and lower shutter plates 34 and 35 are partitioned by a first partition 38 that extends in the column direction of the tablet container 21 and a second partition 39 that extends in the row direction of the tablet container 21. In addition, a total of 28 tablet passage holes 41 are formed in 4 columns and 7 rows corresponding to the tablet storage bowls 21 respectively. 3A to 3C of the upper and lower shutter plates 34 and 35 are provided with locking portions 34a and 35a bent downward. Further, the upper shutter plate 34 is connected to the tablet housing portion 22 by a spring (not shown), and is elastically biased rightward in FIGS. 3A to 3C. Furthermore, the lower shutter plate 35 is connected to the upper shutter plate 34 by a spring (not shown), and is elastically biased rightward in FIGS. 3A to 3C.

In an initial state in which no external force is applied to the upper and lower shutter plates 34 and 35, the upper and lower shutter plates 34 and 35 are connected to the first partition portion 38 of the upper shutter plate 34 and the lower side as shown in FIG. 3A. The first partition portion 38 of the shutter plate 35 is in the closed position for closing the lower end opening 21b of each tablet container 21. In other words, the upper surfaces of the first partition portions 38 of the upper shutter plate 34 and the lower shutter plate 35 constitute a bottom portion that closes the lower end opening 21b of the tablet container 21. As shown in FIG. 7, on the upper surfaces of the first partition portions 38 of the upper shutter plate 34 and the lower shutter plate 35, a flat oval spherical bulge portion is formed by embossing as a process for increasing the surface roughness. A plurality of 130 are formed. By providing these bulging portions 130, it is possible to prevent the tablets put into the tablet container 21 from adhering to the upper surfaces of the first partition portions 38 and 39 of the upper shutter plate 34 and the lower shutter plate 35 due to static electricity. it can. As a principle of this adhesion prevention, since the tablet comes into contact with the tip of the bulging portion 130, the contact area between the tablet and the upper shutter plate 34 or the lower shutter plate 35 is reduced, and the tablet is reduced along with the reduction of the contact area. It is assumed that a minute gap is formed between the upper shutter plate 34 and the lower shutter plate 35 and corona discharge is generated in this gap.

As an alternative to processing for increasing the surface roughness of the upper surfaces of the first partition portions 38 of the upper shutter plate 34 and the lower shutter plate 35, as shown in FIGS. 8A to 8C, Regular irregularities may be formed by providing a plurality of rectangular parallelepiped protrusions 131 in a matrix at a predetermined portion 38a on the upper surface. As another alternative, as shown in FIG. 9, irregular irregularities 132 may be formed in the aforementioned portion 38a by etching or the like.

Referring to FIGS. 3A to 3C, 6, and 10 </ b> A to 10 </ b> C, the tablet dispensing member 36 can be reciprocated in the row direction of the arrangement of the tablet container 21 by a driving device including a pinion rack mechanism and a motor. The tablet dispensing member 36 is provided with a total of 28 tablet dispensing baskets 42 in 4 columns and 7 rows corresponding to the tablet storage baskets 21 of the tablet storage unit 22. The tablet dispensing basket 42 is open at both upper and lower ends. A bottom plate 43 that can be opened and closed is disposed at the lower end opening of each tablet dispensing basket 42.

Referring to FIGS. 11 to 12F together, the bottom plate 43 provided at the lower end opening of each tablet dispensing basket 42 is supported by the pin (shaft portion) 44 so as to be rotatable with respect to the tablet dispensing member 36 at the base end side. ing. Specifically, a pair of generally cylindrical bearing portions 43 e that allow the pins 44 to pass therethrough are provided on the base end side of the bottom plate 43. An opening weight 45 is attached to the lower surface of the bottom plate 43. The front end side of the bottom plate 43 is a free end. The bottom plate 43 closes the lower end opening of the tablet dispensing basket 42 and holds the tablet in the tablet dispensing basket 42 (bottom plate 43a in FIG. 11), and opens the lower end opening of the tablet dispensing basket 42 to release the tablet dispensing basket. Between the open position where the tablet in 42 is dropped to the packaging unit 4, it can freely rotate around the pin 44.

As shown most clearly in FIGS. 12A to 12C, the upper surface of the bottom plate 43 that holds the tablet when in the closed position has a bulge that bulges upward with a central portion as a process for increasing the surface roughness. A plurality of rib portions 43b are provided on the upper surfaces of the protruding portion 43a and the bulging portion 43a. By providing the bulging portion 43a and the rib-like portion 43b, it is possible to prevent the tablet from adhering to the upper surface of the bottom plate 43 due to static electricity. The principle of this adhesion prevention is that the tablet comes into contact with the tip of the bulging portion 43a, so that the contact area between the tablet and the bottom plate 43 decreases, and the fine contact between the tablet and the bottom plate 43 as the contact area decreases. It is surmised that a large gap is formed and corona discharge occurs in this gap.

As an alternative to processing to increase the surface roughness of the upper surface of the bottom plate 43, as shown in FIG. 13, a plate body 133 provided with a plurality of semi-elliptical spherical bulging portions 133 a by embossing or the like is used. You may attach to. Further, as shown in FIG. 14, a plate body 134 provided with irregular irregularities 134 a may be attached to the upper surface of the bottom plate 43 by etching or the like.

On the lower surface of the bottom plate 43, an opening recess 43c is provided in the pin 44 rather than an intermediate position between the pin 44 (base end side) and the free end (tip end side). Specifically, a pair of rib-like portions 43 d and 43 d are provided on the lower surface of the bottom plate 43, one end of the rib-like portions 43 d and 43 d (the end portion on the base end side of the bottom plate 43), and the lower surface of the bottom plate 43. And the opening 43c is defined by the bearing 43e.

The bottom plate 43 of the tablet dispensing basket 42 is placed on the upper surface of the fixed plate 37, whereby the bottom plate 43 is held in the closed position. Referring to FIG. 6, the right end of the fixed plate 37 is provided with step portions 37 a to 37 d having the same number as the number of rows of the tablet storage basket 21 and the tablet dispensing basket 42 (four rows in this embodiment). It has been. The pitch P between the adjacent step portions 37a to 37d (the interval in the row direction between the adjacent step portions 37a to 37d in the column direction) is the formation pitch in the row direction of the tablet storage basket 21 and the tablet discharge basket 42. 21 and the value divided by the number of rows of tablet dispensing baskets 42.

Referring to FIGS. 10B and 10C together, an opening member 144 is attached to each of the step portions 37a to 37d. Referring also to FIGS. 15A to 15C, the opening member 144 includes a mounting portion 144 a to the lower surface of the step portions 37 a to 37 d of the fixing plate 37 on the base end side, and includes an opening protrusion 144 b that protrudes upward. The opening protrusions may be formed integrally with the step portions 37 a to 37 d of the fixing plate 37. Referring to FIG. 11, the opening protrusion 144b includes an upper surface 144d extending downward from the tip 144c at an angle θ1 (in this embodiment, 7.8 degrees and preferably about 0 to 10 degrees) with respect to the horizontal direction, and a tip An angle θ2 larger than the angle θ1 with respect to the horizontal direction from 144c (in the present embodiment, 45 degrees and preferably about 0 to 90 degrees) is provided.

Referring to the upper bottom plate 43 in FIG. 11, the wall surface 43f on the front end side (the free end side of the bottom plate 43) of the opening recess 43c of the bottom plate 43 is in surface contact with the lower surface 144e of the opening projection 144b when the bottom plate 43 is in the open position. It is set to the inclined surface of the angle.

The tablet dispensing member 36 moves in the row direction of the arrangement of the tablet dispensing basket 42 with respect to the fixed plate 37, and the tip 43c of the opening projection 144b projecting upward on the side of the step portions 37a to 37d supports the lower surface of the bottom plate 43. However, when the tablet dispensing basket 42 reaches the corresponding stepped portions 37a to 37d, the opening projections 144b on the side of the stepped portions 37a to 37d are removably fitted into the opening depressions 43c on the lower surface of the bottom plate 43, and thereby the bottom plate 43 Is rotated to the open position, and the lower end opening of the tablet dispensing basket 42 is opened (the upper bottom plate 43 in FIG. 11). By adopting this configuration, once the opening depression 43c of the bottom plate 43 reaches the opening protrusion 144b by the movement of the tablet dispensing member 36, the tip 144c of the opening protrusion 144b immediately fits into the opening depression 43c. The bottom plate 43 immediately turns by itself from the closed position to the open position with the pin 44 as a fulcrum. In other words, the bottom plate 43 does not gradually rotate from the closed position to the open position, but when it reaches a predetermined position, the bottom plate 43 suddenly and reliably rotates from the closed position to the open position. Furthermore, in other words, the posture or position of the bottom plate 43 is generally only two positions, a closed position and an open position, and an intermediate state that is neither the closed position nor the open position (so-called sagging state or half-open state) is Virtually no. Therefore, before reaching the tips of the stepped portions 37a to 37d, the free end of the bottom plate 43 is not displaced downward (so-called dripping) due to its own weight, thereby generating a gap at the lower end of the tablet dispensing basket 42. It is possible to prevent unintended drop of the tablet and occurrence of defects on the packaging due to it.

In addition, when the opening protrusions 144b are fitted into the opening depressions 43c of the bottom plate 43, the tablet dispensing member 36 is positioned with high accuracy. Therefore, when one bottom plate 43 is in the open position, the adjacent bottom plate 43, that is, the bottom plate 43 that is next rotated from the closed position to the open position (the lower bottom plate 43 in FIG. 11) and the open recess 43c are opened. The clearance α between the projections 144b can be set narrow. And since this clearance gap alpha can be set narrowly, the pitch P between the step parts 37a-37d of the stationary plate 37 can be made small. As a result, the moving distance of the tablet dispensing member 36 necessary for opening all the bottom plates 43 can be shortened, and the apparatus can be reduced in size (reduction in dimension in the row direction of the arrangement of the tablet accommodating basket 21 and the tablet dispensing basket 42). Can be planned.

Furthermore, since the opening protrusion 144b fits into the opening recess 43c of the bottom plate 43, the tablet dispensing member 36 is positioned with high accuracy, and therefore the tablet dispensing member 36 can be moved at high speed, and the tablet dispensing The dispensing speed of the tablet from the unit 23 to the packaging unit 4 can be increased, and the packaging speed can be increased.

(Powder supply unit)
The powder supply unit 3 is manually supplied with powder, and the powder is automatically divided into one package and supplied to the packaging unit 4 sequentially.

Referring to FIG. 1, the powder supply unit 3 includes an elongated ridge (V 枡 51) having a substantially V-shaped cross section opened on the upper surface of the housing 6. The bottom of the V collar 51 can be opened and closed. In addition, a plurality of divided containers (not shown) are disposed below the V collar 51. When the bottom is opened, the powder charged in the V tub 51 falls into the dividing container and is divided into a predetermined amount. The bottom of the split container can also be opened and closed. By sequentially opening the bottoms of the divided containers, the powder in each divided container falls to the hopper 67 and is supplied to the packaging unit 4 for each package. In addition, a movable partition plate 52 for adjusting the number of divided powders is arranged in the V collar 51.

The configuration of the powder supply unit 3 is not particularly limited as long as powder can be supplied to the packaging unit 4 one by one. For example, the powder supply unit 3 may supply powder that has been put into the hopper to the outer peripheral annular groove of the distribution tray, and sequentially supply the powder that has been scraped from the outer peripheral annular groove one by one by the scraping device to the packaging unit 4. Good.

(Packaging unit)
Referring to FIG. 16, the packaging unit 4 includes a sheet supply unit 63, a deployment guide 65, a hopper 67, a heat seal unit 68, and a printing unit 69 on a holding frame 71 accommodated in the housing 6. The sheet supply unit 63 unwinds and supplies the packaging sheet 61 from a roll 62 around which a long and narrow packaging sheet 61 folded in advance along the longitudinal direction is wound. The unfolding guide 65 unfolds and opens the bi-fold packaging sheet 61 supplied by the sheet supply unit 63. The hopper 67 has a nozzle opening 67b at the upper end from the tablet supply unit 2 and the powder supply unit 3 and functions as an inlet for introducing the drug into the opening of the folded folded packaging sheet 61 at the base end. 67a is provided at the lower end. The heat seal part 68 seals the packaging sheet 61 so as to confine the introduced medicine, thereby creating a continuous medicine package. The printing unit 69 is disposed between the sheet supply unit 63 and the deployment guide 65 in the path of the packaging sheet 61, and prints information such as a patient name, a drug name, and usage on the packaging sheet 61.

Hereinafter, the operation of the medicine packaging apparatus 1 will be described. When the tablet is inserted from the upper end opening 21a by manual operation and stored in the individual tablet storage basket 21, and the start button of the control panel 9 is selected, the tablet dispensing unit 23 operates and is supplied from the tablet storage unit 22. The tablets to be fed are sent one by one to the hopper 67 of the packaging unit 4 through a conveyance path (not shown), and the packaging unit 4 executes the packaging process.

First, before the start button is selected, that is, when the tablet is not activated, the tablet dispensing unit 23 is in the state shown in FIG. 3A. That is, the upper and lower shutter plates 34, 35 have the lower end openings 21 b of the individual tablet storage bowls 21 formed by the first partition portion 38 of the upper shutter plate 34 and the first partition portion 38 of the lower shutter plate 35. Closed position to close. When the start button is selected, as shown in FIG. 3B, the tablet dispensing member 36 moves leftward (row direction) in the drawing. One end of the tablet dispensing member 36 is caught by the engaging portion 35 a of the lower shutter plate 35, and as a result, the lower shutter plate 35 moves leftward together with the tablet dispensing member 36. When the tablet dispensing member 36 further moves leftward in the drawing, one end of the tablet dispensing member 36 is caught by the latching portion 34a of the upper shutter plate 34 via the latching portion 35a of the lower shutter plate 35, and as a result, the upper shutter. The plate 34 also moves leftward together with the tablet dispensing member 36.

When the upper and lower shutter plates 34 and 35 move together with the tablet dispensing member 36, the tablet dispensing section 23 is in the state shown in FIG. 3C. That is, the upper and lower shutter plates 34 and 35 are configured such that the first partition portion 38 of the upper shutter plate 34 is retracted to the lower surface side of the first partition wall 24a of the tablet housing portion 22 and the lower shutter plate 35 One partition 38 is retracted to the lower surface side of the first partition 38 of the upper shutter plate 34, and the tablet passage holes 41, 42 of the upper and lower shutter plates 34, 35 are opened at the lower ends of the individual tablet storage bowls 21. It becomes an open position which respectively opposes 21b. When the upper and lower shutter plates 34 and 35 are in the open position, the opening on the upper end side of the tablet dispensing rod 42 of the tablet dispensing member 36 is in a state of facing the respective lower end openings 21b. Therefore, one tablet of the tablets stored in each tablet storage basket 21 is stored in the tablet discharge basket 42 of the tablet discharge member 36 through the lower end opening 21b and the tablet passage holes 41, 41. As described above, the upper surfaces of the upper and lower shutter plates 34 and 35 are processed to increase the surface roughness, so that no static electricity adheres to the upper and outer shutter plates 34 and 35 due to the tablet. It surely falls from the tablet container 21 to the tablet dispensing basket 42.

Next, when the tablet dispensing member 36 moves rightward in the figure, the bottom plate 43 of the tablet dispensing basket 42 reaches the stepped portions 37a to 37d in order from the front side in the movement direction. When the opening protrusion 144b fits into the opening recess 43c, the bottom plate 43 rotates from the closed position to the open position. As a result, the tablets in the individual tablet dispensing baskets 42 are dropped and supplied to the hopper 67. Since the opening projection 144b fits into the opening recess 43c, the bottom plate 43 is opened, so that the bottom plate 43 is reliably maintained in the closed position until the corresponding stepped portions 37a to 37d are reached. Unintentional tablet dropping does not occur. Further, as described above, since the surface of the bottom plate 43 is processed to increase the surface roughness, the tablet does not adhere to the bottom plate 43 due to static electricity, and if the bottom plate 43 rotates to the open position, the tablet The tablet surely falls from the dispensing basket 42. The tablets dropped from the tablet dispensing basket 42 to the hopper 67 are packaged one by one by the packaging unit 4.

After the tablet dispensing member 36 is moved to the rightward movement limit in FIGS. 3A to 3C and the bottom plates 43 of all the tablet storage baskets 42 are opened (the tablets in all the tablet storage baskets 42 are transferred to the packaging unit 4. After the dispensing, the tablet dispensing member 36 moves leftward in FIGS. 3A to 3C (returning operation). By this returning operation of the tablet dispensing member 36, the bottom plate 43 is rotated around the pin 44 from the open position where the opening protrusions 144b are fitted in the opening depressions 43c like the upper bottom plate 43 in FIG. Like the bottom plate 43 on the lower side, the lower surface is supported by the tip 144c of the opening projection 144b that has come out of the opening recess 43c. As described above, the wall 43f on the distal end side of the opening depression 43c is an inclined surface that comes into surface contact with the lower surface 144e of the opening projection 144b when the bottom plate 43 is in the opening position, so that the tablet dispensing member 36 returns. When (leftward movement in FIGS. 3A to 3C and FIG. 11) is performed, the lower surface 144e and the distal end 144c of the opening projection 144b smoothly and reliably push up the lower surface of the opening recess 43c of the bottom plate 43. Accordingly, the individual bottom plates 43 sequentially and surely return to the closed position as the tablet dispensing member 36 returns. As described above, the combination of the opening depression 43c and the opening protrusion 144b in the present embodiment not only guarantees quick rotation of the bottom plate 43 from the closed position to the open position, but also opens the bottom plate 43 after dispensing the tablet. It also ensures a reliable and quick turn from the position to the closed position.
