Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a screen display method for performing an operation for displaying and controlling the operating state of plant equipment in a plant monitoring and control apparatus that monitors and controls a plant.
Conventionally, operation screens in monitoring and control devices such as power plants are divided into system units, device units, etc., due to physical space limitations of display devices (displays, etc.), and the entire plant is divided into a plurality of individual screens. It was provided. In addition, a summary screen for displaying the entire plant was prepared as a separate screen and displayed by switching the screen. Therefore, in the case of a large-scale plant monitoring and control device such as a power plant, the number of screens increases, and when the plant operator displays the screen and operates the plant, the screen is switched while considering the relationship between the screens. Had gone.
Basically, the display contents of the screen are fixed, and piping information, equipment information such as valves and pumps, and plant measurement information such as pressure, flow rate, and water level are defined on each screen as in-screen information. Have been placed. While the information on these screens displays the information necessary for plant operation, in order to avoid the screen from becoming complicated, the main parts are displayed by omitting detailed piping and equipment information. ing. For this reason, the screens were constructed by individually examining the details of the system diagrams such as piping to be displayed, the details of the equipment and equipment configuration diagrams, and the display information in the screens.
These equipment information and measurement information are input to the monitoring and control device as electrical or electronic information from sensors installed at the site, and the status of the plant is updated and displayed on the operation screen in a short cycle. Is monitored in real time. In addition, devices such as valves and pumps can be operated by touching the display on the screen with the touch panel or by selecting with a mouse, etc. By giving a “stop” instruction, field devices can be controlled by screen operations. However, when equipment is controlled from the screen in this way, in order to check the influence of the control, when checking the status of a wide range of equipment and equipment, it is necessary to check by switching the display of the related screen was there.
As described above, in the case of the conventional screen display method, the amount of information in one screen is limited due to the physical restriction of the screen display range. Therefore, a plurality of screens are configured to cover information necessary for plant operation. There was a need. Therefore, in the case of a large-scale plant such as a power plant, the number of screens tends to increase. If the number of screens increases, there will be a lot of connections between screens on screens that have a wide area such as pipes. It was necessary to grasp information while switching.
The conventional screen display method for switching and displaying the fixed screen has the following characteristics.
(A) Since a certain amount of information is aggregated in the screen, a great amount of design time is required for selecting the amount of information in the screen and examining the arrangement when designing the screen.
(B) Since there are a large number of screens, there are many screen-to-screen connections, and screen switching operations are frequent. In addition, in order to recognize the contact portion with the contact destination screen, it is necessary to devise (color change, blinking, etc.) for improving the visibility.
(C) In response to the operator's request to confirm the operation status and measurement information of the device locally, or to grasp the entire contents of a wide range of main information, multiple fixed screens can be displayed. It is necessary to display and confirm while switching. In addition, it is necessary to take measures such as displaying the same information in duplicate on a plurality of screens.
(4) In order to confirm a wide range of main information, summary screens (summary screens) are often prepared separately as individual screens, and there are many summary screens in large-scale plants. There may be a hierarchical screen system, such as a summary screen.
As described above, the screen display method for switching and displaying the fixed screen requires a large number of screen design man-hours at the design stage. Further, since the number of screens is large and the screen configuration is complicated, there is a problem that the screen operation becomes complicated in the operation stage.
In order to solve these problems, a screen enlargement / reduction display function is provided, and the display size of symbols such as plant equipment displayed at the time of screen enlargement / reduction is adjusted to an appropriate size, or an integrated display function is provided. A display method having a function of automatically selecting and displaying device information and measurement information to be displayed on a screen has been proposed. Thereby, the screen operation for confirming the detailed situation of the plant locally or grasping a wide range of situation becomes easy.
By the way, the conventional screen enlargement / reduction display function basically enlarges / reduces based on a fixed screen that is divided into facilities, devices, and systems within a specific range. Screen operation is necessary. For this reason, it does not sufficiently solve the problems such as the complexity of the screen switching operation and the time required for designing the screen.
In addition, a method has been proposed in which the facility system diagram of the entire plant is drawn on a virtual screen and the entire system diagram is displayed as a single screen. However, since there is no function for monitoring or controlling the plant, It was necessary to display a block window divided into blocks from the figure, and to perform monitoring and operation. Therefore, the complexity of screen operation cannot be solved sufficiently.
The present invention has been made in view of such a point, and by continuously displaying the entire plant and realizing functions of screen display and enlargement / reduction display of an arbitrary range, the operation of switching the fixed screen is further reduced. An object of the present invention is to provide a screen display method for improving the operability of an operator during plant operation and improving the plant monitoring function.
The present invention, in the plant monitoring control device, a screen operation input processing means for accepting an operation instruction input from an input / output device by an operator, a screen display processing means for displaying a screen in response to a request from the screen operation input processing means, A screen data base for displaying the screen, the screen data created in the screen data database is a virtual area screen larger than the display frame of the display device, the equipment system diagram of the entire plant as one screen data, and the screen data For each drawn display item, display level data that defines how to change the screen display contents associated with the enlarged / reduced display is provided, and the screen data is displayed according to the screen display range and display level specified by the operator by the screen display processing means. The facility system diagram is displayed based on the display level data.
According to the present invention, the facility system diagram of the entire plant is continuously displayed and the screen in an arbitrary range can be enlarged / reduced to improve the operability by reducing the switching operation of the individual screens. In addition, the visibility of the screen can be improved by changing the display presence / absence, display color, size, etc. of the device or piping based on the display level data in accordance with the enlargement / reduction. In addition, on the facility system diagram screen, it is possible to monitor the operation state of the display target device and perform a control operation.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In FIG. 1, the structural example of the plant monitoring control apparatus by this example is shown. With reference to FIG. 1, the structural example of the plant monitoring control apparatus by this example is demonstrated.
The plant monitoring and control device monitors the state of the

Next, an example of screen display processing by the screen display processing means 12 of this example will be described. When the operator operates the input /
Next, the configuration of the
The basic
The
Note that the grid is a grid divided at equal intervals in the vertical and horizontal directions as a base for arranging symbols and piping lines. The minimum unit of the grid is a dot that is the minimum resolution of the screen. For example, a grid of 2, 4, 8, 16, or 32 dots is set according to the layout of the screen or the details of the drawing. In this example, the minimum grid in the drawing is 1 grid = 2 dots, which is called a basic grid, and drawing is performed on the basis of the basic grid in the drawing of the equipment system diagram screen representing the entire plant.
Next, the
In this example, a case where the level is divided into five levels will be described as an example. The standard for each level is as follows. The display level is not limited to this, and may be set according to the characteristics of the plant to be monitored.
Level 5: The most detailed display level. As an example of a nuclear power plant, the level is described in the piping instrumentation diagram which is a design drawing, and basically all devices such as valves and pumps are displayed. Measurement information such as flow rate and pressure basically displays all measurement points.
Level 4: Display level according to the level of detail between
Level 3: Display level used as a general operation screen. In the plant operation, displays the devices that are narrowed down to the main valves and pumps to be controlled. For the measurement information, items narrowed down to the main monitoring information are displayed.
Level 2: A display level for the purpose of monitoring the entire system over a wide area. Display items such as equipment and measurement information are further narrowed down from
Level 1: A display level that displays the main equipment and measurement information of the entire plant. As an example of a nuclear power plant, information levels to be displayed on a large display panel provided in a central control room of a plant, such as a main steam flow rate, a feed water flow rate, a feed water temperature, and a reactor pressure.
In this example, the color and line type when displaying symbols and piping lines for each display level, and the character size and font related to the character information displayed on the screen are changed. The method is different. For this reason, setting information of a plurality of patterns having different settings for the display level is defined for display attributes such as color and line type, and this is called display level data. For each display item such as a symbol, a pattern to be used is set for each attribute such as a color and a line type, and this is defined as display level setting information of the
FIG. 3 shows an example of the
As described above, display level setting information is defined for all elements such as symbols to be displayed on the screen by combinations of display levels and setting patterns as shown in FIG. 3 for display attributes such as color and size. As display attributes, line types (line thickness, line type such as solid line / dotted line / dashed line), symbol size, character size, character font, and the like are defined. Also for the measurement information, a display method for each display level is defined in the same manner as “color”. In general, the measurement information expresses numerical values of process values such as flow rate and pressure as digital values, but some main information may be expressed as a bar chart. Therefore, for the measurement information, the display method for each display level (numerical value display / bar chart display) is set, and as auxiliary information, in the case of numerical value display, the character size, character font, color, etc. of the numerical value to be displayed In the case of, types such as vertical / horizontal and size are defined as setting patterns.
Next, a screen display method by the screen display processing means 12 will be described based on the
In this example, two methods are possible as a method for changing the display level of the screen. The first method is to change the display level for the current screen display range. The operator uses the input device such as a mouse, a keyboard, or an operation button to select and display the display level to be displayed. The display level is changed around the center of the screen. The second method is a method of changing a display level by designating a screen range to be displayed in order to display a specific part in detail. In this case, an arbitrary range is designated as a display range (start point / end point) on the screen being displayed by the operator, and the display level is changed with the center of the designated display range as the center point.
The display level and screen display range specified by the operator are input via the input /
The display of each level is such that the basic monitoring range is assumed in advance, such as
As a result, symbols in the screen are unnecessarily large in simple proportional enlargement and are not suitable as a display for enlarging the monitoring range. However, as shown in this example, a basic grid is set for each display level. In addition, the monitoring range can be enlarged / reduced by enlarging / reducing based on the basic grid, and a symbol display having a size corresponding to the level or selective display can be made to make the screen display easier to see. .
As for the screen display in this example, the function of proportionally expanding / reducing the operation screen and the function of moving the screen in any direction, up, down, left, and right, which are conventionally performed, are realized in the same manner as in the past.
Further, in this example, a function for saving the display state of the screen displayed as described above and saving it as the
Moreover, in this example, not only the above-mentioned equipment system diagram screen is displayed on the display device of the console that the operator individually displays and operates during plant operation, but also on the
In this example, a display panel using a large display can display the same screen as the display device of the console. As a result, during normal operation, the
FIG. 6 shows a display example of the screen and the display panel of the
FIG. 6B is a display example of the facility system diagram of the entire plant displayed on the display panel. A
In this example, the same screen as that displayed on the display device of the console is displayed on the display panel, so that the operator can confirm the contents that the operator used to switch between the individual screens using a general-purpose monitor. Everyone can share it, and it can be expected to improve the operation quality in plant operation.
