<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a software contract supporting system for allowing a software contract agent to form an organization constituted of the optimal managers and programmers for each contracted software, and to flexibly deal with the demands of customers. <P>SOLUTION: This system is provided with a manager data base 6 in which information associated with a plurality of managers is stored and a programmer data base 7 in which information associated with programmers is stored. 本発明は、ソフトウエア請負業者が利用できるソフトウエア請負支援システムに関する。

【従来の技術】
一般に、コンピュータのソフトウエアは、顧客の依頼に基づき会社組織からなるソフトウエア請負業者により作成されている。ソフトウエア請負業者は、顧客との打ち合わせによりソフトウエアの詳細な仕様を決定し、この仕様に基づいて、ソフトウエアの基本設計を行うと共にプログラマの管理を行う管理者と、実際にソフトウエアの作成に従事するプログラマにソフトウエアを作成させる。顧客の要望に適合した高品質のソフトウエアを作成するためには、請負った各ソフトウエア毎に、必要な知識や経験を有する管理者及びプログラマを組み合わせることが望ましいが、従来のソフトウエア請負業者の組織は、管理者は予め定められた技術上の一定分野のソフトウエアの作成を受け持ち、また、特定のプログラマの管理のみを行うことを前提として運営されているため、ソフトウエア毎に適宜担当する管理者及びプログラマを組み合わせることは困難であった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、斯かる従来技術の問題点を解決するべくなされたものであり、ソフトウエア請負業者にとって、請負ったソフトウエア毎に最適の管理者及びプログラマからなる組織を形成することが可能で、顧客の要望に柔軟に対応できることが期待できるソフトウエア請負支援システムを提供することを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記課題を解決するべく、本発明は、通信回線を介して、ソフトウエア作成請負業者の請負業者端末と、ソフトウエアの作成を行うプログラマの管理を行う管理者の管理者端末と、プログラマのプログラマ端末とに接続可能な管理サーバを備えたソフトウエア請負支援システムであって、前記管理サーバは、管理者端末の通知先を含む、複数の前記管理者に関する情報が記憶された管理者データベースと、プログラマ端末の通知先を含む、複数の前記プログラマに関する情報が記憶されたプログラマデータベースと、前記請負業者が制作を請負ったソフトウエアの仕様と、当該ソフトウエアの識別子とが対応付けて記憶されたソフトウエア仕様データベースと、ソフトウエアの作成を受任した受任者の端末の通知先と、当該受任者が作成を受任したソフトウエアの識別子とが対応付けて記憶される受任者データベースとを備え、前記管理サーバは、前記請負業者端末から、前記制作を請負ったソフトウエアの仕様に関連した前記管理者に関する検索用の事項と、前記制作を請負ったソフトウエアの識別子とが送信された際、前記管理者データベースについて前記送信された検索用の事項に適合する管理者を検索し、前記管理者データベースに記憶されている当該管理者の管理者端末の通知先に対し、少なくとも前記ソフトウエアの識別子を送信し、前記管理者端末から、当該管理者端末の通知先と、前記ソフトウエアの識別子とを受信した場合、当該通知先を前記ソフトウエアの識別子と対応付けて前記受任者データベースに記憶させ、前記管理者端末の通知先を送信した管理者端末から、前記ソフトウエアの仕様に関連した前記プログラマに関する検索用の事項が送信された際、前記プログラマデータベースについて前記送信された検索用の事項に適合するプログラマを検索し、前記プログラマデータベースに記憶されている当該プログラマのプログラマ端末の通知先に対し、少なくとも前記ソフトウエアの識別子を送信し、前記プログラマ端末から、当該プログラマ端末の通知先と、前記ソフトウエアの識別子とを受信した場合、当該通知先を前記ソフトウエアの識別子と対応付けて前記受任者データベースに記憶させることを特徴とするソフトウエア請負支援システムを提供するものである。

斯かる発明によれば、管理者に関する情報が、管理サーバが備えている管理者データベースに記憶されている。また、プログラマに関する情報が、同じく管理サーバが備えているプログラマデータベースに記憶されている。ソフトウエア作成請負業者（以下、請負業者という）は、請負業者端末より、これらの内の管理者データベースを利用して、制作を請負ったソフトウエアの仕様に関連した管理者を検索することができる。そして、検索された管理者の管理者端末に、少なくとも、制作を請負ったソフトウエアの識別子を送信すると、管理者は、検索されたことを知るとともに、ソフトウエア仕様データベースに記憶されているソフトウエアの仕様を当該識別子を用いて閲覧してソフトウエアの作成を受任するか否かを判断することができる。管理者は、前記ソフトウエアの作成の受任に同意する場合は、当該管理者端末の通知先と、ソフトウエアの識別子とを管理サーバに送る。管理サーバは、管理者端末の通知先とソフトウエアの識別子とを対応付けて受任者データベースに記憶する。

以上のように、請負業者は、管理者データベースに記憶されている管理者の中から、制作を請負ったソフトウエアの仕様に関連した管理者を検索することにより、請け負ったソフトウエアを作成させるのに適した管理者を選定することが可能になる。また、管理者データベースに、幅広い知識や経験を有する、より多数の管理者を記憶させるようにすれば、顧客の多様な要望に対して更に柔軟に対応できるようになることが期待できる。

また、請負業者により検索され、ソフトウエア制作の受任に同意した管理者は、プログラマを検索することができる。この場合、管理者は、既にソフトウエアの識別子を受信しており、ソフトウエア仕様データベースに記憶されているソフトウエアの仕様を閲覧することができるため、当該仕様に基づいてプログラマを検索することができる。検索されたプログラマに対しても、検索されたことを知らせるために、少なくともソフトウエアの識別子を送信する。

プログラマも、ソフトウエア仕様データベースに記憶されているソフトウエアの仕様を当該識別子を用いて閲覧して、ソフトウエアの作成を受任するか否かを判断することができる。プログラマが前記ソフトウエアの作成の受任に同意する場合は、当該プログラマ端末の通知先と、ソフトウエアの識別子とを管理サーバに送る。管理サーバは、プログラマ端末の通知先と、ソフトウエアの識別子とを対応付けて受任者データベースに記憶する。以上のように、管理者は、プログラマデータベースに記憶されているプログラマの中から、ソフトウエアを作成させるのに最も適したプログラマを選定することが可能になる。なお、本発明において、管理者端末及びプログラマ端末の通知先は、各端末を識別する識別子である。

以上のように、本発明によれば、ソフトウエア請負業者は、請負ったソフトウエアの仕様に基づき、前記ソフトウエアを作成させるべき管理者及びプログラマを検索することができる。従って、請負ったソフトウエア毎に最適の管理者及びプログラマからなる組織を形成することが可能で、顧客の要望に柔軟に対応できることが期待できる。

また、本発明によればプログラマは、常に管理者によって検索される。管理者は、ソフトウエアの作成技術に関する知識を有しており、更に職務上プログラマと日常的に接触しているため、プログラマの業務内容について熟知している。従って、管理者は、プログラマの検索に当たり的確な検索用の事項を使用し、請け負ったソフトウエアの作成に適したプログラマを見出すことができることが期待できる。

なお、以上のソフトウエア作成請負業者、管理者及びプログラマは、それぞれ個人であってもソフトハウスのような組織であってもよい。

また、本発明は、通信回線を介して、ソフトウエア作成請負業者の請負業者端末と、ソフトウエアの作成を行うプログラマの管理を行う管理者の管理者端末と、プログラマのプログラマ端末とに接続可能な管理サーバを備えたソフトウエア請負支援システムであって、前記管理サーバは、管理者端末の通知先を含む複数の管理者に関する情報が記憶された管理者データベースと、プログラマ端末の通知先を含む複数のプログラマに関する情報が記憶されたプログラマデータベースと、前記請負業者が制作を請負ったソフトウエアの仕様と、当該ソフトウエアの識別子とが対応付けて記憶されたソフトウエア仕様データベースと、ソフトウエアの作成の受任を希望する受任希望者の端末の通知先と、前記ソフトウエアの識別子とが対応付けて記憶される受任希望者データベースと、ソフトウエアの作成を受任した受任者の端末の通知先と、当該受任者が作成を受任したソフトウエアの識別子とが対応付けて記憶される受任者データベースとを備え、前記管理サーバは、前記請負業者端末から、前記ソフトウエアの識別子が送信された際、前記管理者データベース及びプログラマデータベースに記憶されている管理者端末及びプログラマ端末の通知先に対し、少なくとも当該ソフトウエアの識別子を送信し、前記管理者端末及びプログラマ端末から、前記管理者端末及びプログラム端末の通知先と、前記ソフトウエアの識別子とを受信した場合、当該通知を送信した管理者端末及びプログラマ端末の通知先と、当該ソフトウエアの識別子とを対応付けて前記受任希望者データベースに記憶させ、前記請負業者端末から、前記ソフトウエアの仕様に関連した前記管理者に関する検索用の事項と、前記ソフトウエアの識別子とが送信された際、前記管理者データベースについて前記送信された検索用の事項に適合し、かつ前記受任希望者データベースに、通知先が前記ソフトウエアの識別子と対応付けて記憶されている管理者を検索し、前記管理者データベースに記憶されている当該管理者の管理者端末の通知先に対し、少なくとも前記ソフトウエアの識別子を送信し、前記検索された管理者の管理者端末の通知先を、前記ソフトウエアの識別子と対応付けて前記受任者データベースに記憶させ、前記管理者端末から、前記ソフトウエアの仕様に関連した前記プログラマに関する検索用の事項と、前記ソフトウエアの識別子とが送信された際、前記プログラマデータベースについて前記送信された検索用の事項に適合し、かつ前記受任希望者データベースに、通知先が前記ソフトウエアの識別子と対応付けて記憶されているプログラマを検索し、前記プログラマデータベースに記憶されている当該プログラマのプログラマ端末の通知先に対し、少なくとも前記ソフトウエアの識別子を送信し、前記検索されたプログラマのプログラマ端末の通知先を、前記ソフトウエアの識別子と対応付けて前記受任者データベースに記憶させることを特徴とするソフトウエア請負支援システムを提供するものである。

斯かる発明によれば、管理者及びプログラマの検索に先立ち、管理者データベース及びプログラマデータベースに通知先が記憶されている管理者端末及びプログラム端末に対して、少なくとも請負業者が制作を請負ったソフトウエアの識別子が送信される。管理者とプログラマは、ソフトウエア仕様データベースに記憶されているソフトウエアの仕様を当該識別子を用いて閲覧してソフトウエアの作成を受任を希望するか否かを検討することができる。受任を希望する場合は、管理サーバに対して、それぞれ管理者端末及びプログラマ端末の通知先と、前記ソフトウエアの識別子とを送信する。管理サーバは、受信したそれぞれ管理者端末及びプログラマ端末の通知先と、ソフトウエアの識別子とを対応付けて受任希望データベースに記憶させる。

請負業者は請負業者端末より、管理者データベースと、受任希望データベースとの双方に記憶されている管理者を対象にして検索を行う。請負業者により検索された管理者は、次に、プログラマデータベースと、受任希望データベースとの双方に記憶されているプログラマを対象に検索を行う。このように、請負業者による管理者の検索及び管理者によるプログラマの検索は、ソフトウエア作成の受任を希望する管理者及びプログラマが対象になる。従って、請負業者は、請け負ったソフトウエア作成のためのよりふさわしい人材からなる組織を形成することが可能となる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、添付図面を参照しつつ、本発明の実施形態について説明する。
図１は、本発明の第１の実施形態に係るソフトウエア請負支援システム１００の概略構成図である。図１に示すように、本実施形態のソフトウエア請負支援システム１００は、インターネット１を介して、請負業者端末２と、管理者端末３と、プログラマ端末４とに接続可能とされた管理サーバ５を備えている。

管理サーバ５は、ＣＰＵ等の制御手段、メモリやハードディスク等の記憶手段、モニタ等の表示手段、キーボードやマウス等からなる入力手段及びプリンタ等の出力手段を備えた汎用のパーソナルコンピュータやワークステーションを利用して構成されている。前記記憶手段は、管理者データベース６と、プログラマデータベース７と、ソフトウエア仕様データベース８と、受任者データベース９とを備えており、また、以下に述べるような動作を前記制御手段に行わせるためのプログラムが記憶され、当該プログラムが適宜読み出され起動するように構成されている。つまり、管理サーバの５の制御手段は、管理サーバ５から各端末に所定の情報を送信する他、請負業者端末２と、管理者端末３と、プログラマ端末４とがインターネット１を介して管理サーバ５が提供する登録サイトにアクセスしたとき、管理者データベース６等に、管理者情報等の情報を記憶させる動作を行うように構成されている。また、請負業者端末２と、管理者端末３とがインターネット１を介して管理サーバ５が提供する検索サイトにアクセスしたとき、上記登録サイトで記憶させた情報を検索する動作を行うように構成されている。

なお、本実施形態においては、管理サーバ５と、請負業者端末２と、管理者端末３と、プログラマ端末４とをインターネット１を介して接続する構成としているが、本発明はこれに限るものではなく、管理サーバ５と、各端末との間の通信を可能にする通信回線である限りにおいて、ＬＡＮやＷＡＮなど種々の形態とすることが可能である。また、顧客の端末（図示せず）と請負業者端末２もインターネット１の他、ＬＡＮやＷＡＮなどの通信回線で接続してもよい。

次に、斯かる構成を有するソフトウエア請負支援システム１００の動作について説明する。ソフトウエア請負支援システム１００の動作は、（１）管理サーバ５の備えている管理者データベース６と、プログラマデータベース７と、ソフトウエア仕様データベース８とに情報を記憶させる際の動作（登録動作）と、（２）請負業者が管理者を選任する際の動作（管理者選任動作）と、（３）管理者がプログラマを選任する際の動作（プログラマ選任動作）とに大別される。以下これらの動作について順次説明する。

（１）登録動作
（ａ）管理者データベース６及びプログラマデータベース７への登録
管理者データベース６及びプログラマデータベース７への管理者及びプログラマに関する情報の登録に当たっては、まず、登録を希望する管理者及びプログラマが、請負業者に登録を希望する旨を申し出る。請負業者は、管理者及びプログラマと面接をしてデータベースへ登録するか否かを決定する。管理者及びプログラマに関する情報は、管理者及びプログラマから情報の提供を受けた請負業者又は請負業者の許可を得た管理者及びプログラマが、管理者に関する情報を管理者データベース６に、プログラマに関する情報をプログラマデータベース７に登録する。

図２に示すように、請負業者が管理者及びプログラマに関する情報を登録するときは、初めに、請負業者端末２から管理者及びプログラマに関する情報が管理サーバ５に送信される（図２の（１））。管理者が請負業者から許可を得ている場合は、管理者端末３から管理者に関する情報が管理サーバ５に送信される（図２の（２））。また、同様にプログラマが請負業者から許可を得ている場合は、プログラマ端末４からプログラマに関する情報が管理サーバ５に送信される（図２の（３））。次に、管理サーバ５は、管理者に関する情報を管理者データベース６に記憶させ（図２の（４））、プログラマに関する情報をプログラマデータベース７に記憶させる（図２の（５））。

具体的には、前記請負業者端末２等を、管理サーバ５が提供する登録サイトにおける管理者等に関する情報を登録するための登録用ページ（図示せず）にアクセスさせる。前記登録用ページには、所定の情報を入力するための入力欄が設けられており、当該入力欄に所定事項を入力後、所定のキーをクリックすれば、入力した事項が管理者等に関する情報として管理者データベース６等に記憶される。

管理者に関する情報及びプログラマに関する情報の具体的な内容は、共に、氏名（組織の場合は組織名）、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、管理者及びプログラマがホームページを有するときはそのＵＲＬ、過去に作成したソフトウエア、得意な応用分野（例えば、経理、販売管理、技術計算など）、得意な技術分野（例えば、セキュリティ技術、画像技術、ネットワーク技術など）、対応可能な業種（例えば、建築、金融、医療など）、言語及びＯＳ、等である。これらの情報の内、例えばＵＲＬなどは、本発明において管理者やプログラマの検索には使用されないが、別途、請負業者や管理者が管理者やプログラマについての情報を得るために用いることができる。

（ｂ）ソフトウエア仕様データベース８への登録
ソフトウエア仕様データベース８に記憶させる仕様は、顧客と請負業者が打ち合わせにより決定する。具体的には、ソフトウエアに要求される機能の他、ソフトウエアの分野、言語、ＯＳ等である。請負業者は、請負ったソフトウエアに、他のソフトウエアと識別するために、文字や記号の組合せからなる識別子を付与する。ソフトウエアの仕様は、前記識別子と共に請負業者端末２から管理サーバ５に送信される（図２の（６））。管理サーバ５は、ソフトウエア仕様データベース８に前記送信されたソフトウエアの仕様と、当該ソフトウエアの識別子とを対応付けて記憶する（図２の（７））。

（２）管理者選任動作
（ａ）検索動作
管理サーバ５は、請負業者端末２から、製作を請負ったソフトウエアの仕様に関連した前記管理者に関する検索用の事項と、製作を請負ったソフトウエアの識別子とが送信された際（図３の（８））、管理者データベース６について前記検索用の事項に適合する管理者を検索する（図３の（９））。具体的には、上記検索は請負業者端末２を、管理サーバ５が提供する検索サイトにおける検索用ページにアクセスさせて行う。図８に管理者を検索するための検索用ページを示す。図８に示すように、本ページには、検索用の所定事項として対応可能な業種、得意な応用分野、対応可能な言語を入力するための入力欄が設けられている。各入力欄はプルダウンメニューにより検索語が選定可能とされている。管理者の実務的な技術面での要求水準は、業務の性質上、プログラマに比して低いため検索は、管理者データベースに記憶されている情報の内、前記３つの情報について実施される。管理者データベースに記憶されている他の情報は、本発明において管理者の検索には使用されないが、請負業者が管理者についての情報を得るために用いることができる。請負業者端末２から、所定事項を入力した後、画面中央下の検索ボタンをクリックすれば、管理サーバ５へ、入力した事項が送信され、管理サーバ５は、管理者データベース６に記憶された管理者の内、入力した事項に適合する管理者を検索する。なお、検索方法としては、入力した全ての事項に適合するように検索する方法や、いずれか一つの事項に適合すれば検索結果として全て抽出する方法の他、特定事項との適合を優先（例えば、キーワードを優先する等）して検索する方法等、種々の方法が適用可能である。

（ｂ）選択通知動作
管理サーバ５は、管理者を検索すると管理者データベース６に記憶されている当該検索された管理者の管理者端末３の通知先としてのメールアドレスに対し、前記ソフトウエアの識別子を記載した電子メールを送信する（図３の（１０））。これにより管理者は、請負業者によって検索されたことを知ることができる。また、前記ソフトウエアの識別子を用いてソフトウエア仕様データベース８に記憶されている前記ソフトウエアの仕様を閲覧することができる。管理者が前記ソフトウエアの作成を受任する場合は、管理者端末３から、管理者端末３のメールアドレスと、前記ソフトウエアの識別子とを管理サーバ５に送信する（図３の（１１））。具体的には、管理サーバ５から送信された前記識別子が記載されたメールを管理サーバ５に単純に返信する操作を行えばよい。これにより、管理者端末３のメールアドレスは、返信メールの送信元として管理サーバ５に認識され、前記識別子は、返信メールに記載されているため、管理サーバ５で認識することが可能である。
管理サーバ５は、受信した文字列の中の予め定められた位置に配置されている管理者端末３のメールアドレスと、前記識別子とを読み出すことができる。
（ｃ）記憶動作
管理サーバ５は、前記管理者端末３のメールアドレスを前記ソフトウエアの識別子と対応付けて受任者データベースに記憶させる（図３の（１２））。

（３）プログラマ選任動作
（ａ）検索動作
管理サーバ５は、前記管理者端末３のメールアドレスを送信した管理者端末３から、前記ソフトウエアの仕様に関連した前記プログラマに関する検索用の事項が送信された際（図４の（１３））、プログラマデータベース７について前記検索用の事項に適合するプログラマを検索する（図４の（１４））。プログラマの検索用の事項
としては、プログラマデータベース７に記憶されている事項の内、過去に作成したソフトウエア、得意な応用分野、得意な技術分野、対応可能な言語及びＯＳ、等が使用される。プログラマを検索する管理者は、ソフトウエアに関する技術的知識を有し、プログラマの業務内容について深い知識を持っている。従って、検索用の事項として前記プログラマの得意な技術分野を使用すれば、制作するソフトウエアの仕様から求められる技術内容と、前記プログラマの得意な技術分野とを一致させることが容易にできるため、前記ソフトウエアの作成に適したプログラマを検索することが可能となる。
（ｂ）選任通知動作
管理サーバ５は、プログラマを検索するとプログラマデータベース７に記憶されている当該検索されたプログラマのプログラマ端末４のメールアドレスに対し、前記ソフトウエアの識別子を送信する（図４の（１５））。これによりプログラマは、管理者によって検索されたことを知ることができる。また、前記ソフトウエアの識別子を用いてソフトウエア仕様データベース８に記憶されている前記ソフトウエアの仕様を閲覧することができる。プログラマが前記ソフトウエアの作成を受任する場合は、プログラマ端末４から、プログラマ端末４のメールアドレスと、前記ソフトウエアの識別子を管理サーバ５に送信する（図４の（１６））。
（ｃ）記憶動作
管理サーバ５は、前記プログラマ端末４のメールアドレスを前記ソフトウエアの識別子と対応付けて受任者データベースに記憶させる（図４の（１７））。

なお、本実施形態において、ソフトウエア作成を受任した管理者及びプログラマのメールアドレスと、ソフトウエアの識別子を記憶させるために受任者データベース９を管理サーバ５に備えた場合について説明したが、本発明はこれに限るものではなく、管理者及びプログラマがソフトウエア作成を受任したときに、当該ソフトウエアの識別子を、前記管理者及びプログラマと対応付けて管理者データベース６及びプログラマデータベース７に記憶させるなど種々の構成を採用することができる。

次に、本発明の第２の実施形態について説明する。

本発明の第２の実施形態に係るソフトウエア請負支援システム２００の構成は、第１の実施形態のものと略同一であるので略同一の構成には同一の符号を付し、その説明は省略する。なお、第２の実施形態に係るソフトウエア請負支援システム２００において、管理サーバ５の記憶手段は、第１の実施形態と同様に管理者データベース６と、プログラマデータベース７と、ソフトウエア仕様データベース８と、受任者データベース９とを備えている他、受任希望者データベース１０を備えている。

次に、斯かる構成を有するソフトウエア請負支援システムの動作について説明する。ソフトウエア請負支援システムの動作は、１．管理サーバ５の備えている管理者データベース６と、プログラマデータベース７と、ソフトウエア仕様データベース８とに情報を登録する際の動作（登録動作）と、２．請負業者が管理者とプログラマに作成を請負ったソフトウエアの識別子を送信し、当該ソフトウエアの制作の受任を希望する管理者とプログラマのメールアドレスと、前記識別子とを対応付けて受任希望者データベース１０に記憶させる際の動作（事前通知・記憶動作）と、３．請負業者が管理者を選任する際の動作（管理者選任動作）と、３．管理者がプログラマを選任する際の動作（プログラマ選任動作）とに大別される。以下これらの動作について順次説明する。

（ａ）事前通知動作
