Abstract

Humid air is sucked in by the equipment via the products to be dried to filter it, both equipment and products being accommodated in a closed housing. It is dried by evaporation and then reheated by the calories released by a condenser, so as to maintain a controlled temperature inside the housing. Drying can be effected by condensation of water particles on an evaporator, comprising a finned tube inside which an expanded coolant circulates. The water droplets can be collected in a gutter also allowing ascending air flow to a centrifugal fan (10) at the top of the equipment (A). There can be a thermostat mounted inside the housing or equipment allowing circulation of calories released when the vapour from the compressed coolant is liquefied.
