Abstract

Sistema (1) para preparar una cantidad predeterminada de bebida adecuada para el consumo usando un producto extraíble, que comprende: una cápsula intercambiable (2), y un aparato (104) que comprende un receptáculo (106) para contener la cápsula intercambiable (2), y un dispositivo dispensador de fluido (108) para suministrar una cantidad de un fluido, tal como agua, bajo presión a la cápsula intercambiable (2), en donde la cápsula intercambiable (2) comprende una pared circunferencial (10), una parte inferior (12) que cierra la pared circunferencial (10) en un primer extremo (14), y una tapa (16) que cierra la pared circunferencial (10) en un segundo extremo (18) opuesto a la parte inferior (12), en donde la pared (10), la parte inferior (12) y la tapa (16) encierran un espacio interior (20) que comprende el producto extraíble, en donde la cápsula (2) comprende un reborde que se extiende hacia adentro (42) en el primer extremo (14), en donde la parte inferior (12) se une al reborde que se extiende hacia adentro (42). en donde la cápsula (2) comprende un área de entrada y el sistema (1) se dispone para poner el dispositivo dispensador del fluido (108) en conexión de fluidos con el área de entrada para suministrar el fluido al producto extraíble para preparar la bebida, en donde, la cápsula (2) comprende un área de salida y el sistema (1) comprende una salida que, durante el uso, está en comunicación de fluidos con el área de salida para drenar la bebida preparada desde la cápsula (2) y suministrar la bebida a un contenedor tal como una taza, en donde el área de entrada de la cápsula (2) del sistema (1) comprende un filtro de entrada (34) provisto con una pluralidad de aberturas de entrada (24) para suministrar el fluido al producto extraíble a través, caracterizado porque la parte inferior (12) comprnde dicha área de entrada y la tapa (16) comprende dicha área de salida, en donde el receptáculo (106) comprende medios de perforación inferiores (122) destiados para perforar el área de entrada de una cápsula alternativa (102) para crear al menos una abertura de entrada (124) para suministrar el fluido al producto extraíble a través de dicha al menos una abertura de entrada (124), y porque el filtro de entrada (34), en uso, se posiciona a una distancia de los medios de perforación inferiores (122), de manera que la cápsula (2) del sistema (1) no se perfora por los medios de perforación inferiores (122) y la parte inferior (12) se mantiene intacta, y porque las aberturas de entrada (24) son hendiduras, y porque las hendiduras tienen una forma que define una lengüeta en el plano de la parte inferior (12).
