Description

Rolloanordnung für ein Fahrzeug Roller blind arrangement for a vehicle
The present invention relates to a roller blind arrangement for a vehicle according to the preamble of claim 1.
Roller blind arrangements for use in vehicle construction are known from numerous publications. They serve, for example, as a sunscreen under a transparent vehicle body surface or as a cover for a trunk in a combination vehicle. Often such blind arrangements consist of a single roller blind, which is fastened at its one end to a winding tube and which is tensioned against a restoring force of the winding tube. The other end of the roller blind is usually attached to a pull bar, by means of which the roller blind can be pulled out by an electric drive or by hand.
However, there are also roller blind arrangements for vehicles known in which several roller blinds are provided. For example, DE 38 13 153 A1 and DE 199 10 949 A1 disclose respective roller blind arrangements for windshields of motor vehicles with two roller blind webs arranged at a distance from one another. A disadvantage of these embodiments, however, is the use of two separate winding tubes for the two roller blinds, which increases material and installation costs.
In der DE 197 50 713 C1 ist eine Rolloanordnung für ein Fahrzeugdach offenbart, bei der zwei Rollobahnen auf ein gemeinsames Wickelrohr aufwickelbar sind, wobei die beiden Rollobahnen hier in entgegengesetzteIn DE 197 50 713 C1, a roller blind arrangement for a vehicle roof is disclosed in which two roller blind webs can be wound onto a common winding tube, wherein the two roller blinds are here in opposite directions

However, here again for each individual roller blind on one of the two common

It is an object of the present invention to provide a roller blind assembly for a vehicle in which at least two roller blinds arranged side by side are provided, and in which the number of components and thus the manufacturing and assembly costs are reduced. This object is achieved by a roller blind arrangement according to claim 1. In the inventive solution of the problem, the various roller blinds are wound at one end to a biased in the winding single, common winding tube. Thus, a roller blind arrangement for a vehicle can be provided in which at least two roller blind webs arranged next to one another are provided and in which the number of elements used for the entire roller blind arrangement is reduced compared to known arrangements.
Further preferred embodiments of the invention will become apparent from the dependent claims.
Dabei zeigt:In the following the invention will be described by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings. Showing:

Fig. 1 shows a roller blind arrangement according to the invention for a vehicle with two roller blinds 10a and 10b arranged next to one another, to each of which a draw bar 14a and 14b is assigned, on which the roller blind in question is fastened. According to the invention, the two roller blind webs 10a and 10b with their end facing away from the tension bow 14a or 14b can now be wound onto a single, common winding tube 12 which is pretensioned in the winding direction. The winding tube 12 is rotatably mounted in a vehicle body, not shown here, and the two Zugspriegel 14a and 14b are guided in here also not shown in the body-mounted guides for extending the two blind sheets 10a and 10b slidably. A Rolloanoardnung as shown here is preferably used as a sunshade in a vehicle roof, in which in the region of the two extended roller blinds 10a and 10b a roof glazing is inserted into a roof and in the area between the two blinds the roof skin is made unglazed and / or, for example, has a center console , Since now the two roller blinds 10a and 10b are wound on a common winding tube 12, on the one hand, the advantage that the number of installed parts is reduced compared to solutions with separate winding tubes, since, for example, less pivot bearings are necessary. On the other hand, complexity and effort for installation are reduced.
In further preferred embodiments of the invention, the roller blinds 10a and 10b may be made of an elastic material so that, despite possibly different extension lengths of the individual roller blinds, a tension in both roller blinds is maintained and sagging of a single roller blind can be avoided. Such differences in the extension lengths arise, for example, when a cable offset occurs in a drive train with two drive cables for the two blind sheets 10a and 10b. Furthermore, manufacturing tolerances in the length of the Roliobahnen 14a and b can be compensated to a certain extent so.
Ein solcher Verstellmechanismus kann beispielsweise einen Schraubmechanismus beinhalten.2 shows a cross section through a pull bar 14 of a roller blind arrangement according to the invention for a vehicle. The Zugspriegel 14 in this case has an insertion gap 18, in which a roller blind 10 is fixed at its (a winding tube facing away) end by being guided around a keder wire 16, wherein the keder wire is inserted together with the folded roller blind in the insertion gap. The roller blind 10 is guided, starting from the Zugspriegel 14 to a deflecting element 22 and extends after an integrally formed on the deflecting deflecting edge 28 in the direction of winding tube. Along the Zugspriegel 14 she is doing at the abutment surface 20 at. The deflecting element 22 is connected to the tension bow 14 in that it is displaceably guided, on the one hand, in a guide channel 26 of the tension bow and, on the other hand, is prestressed away by means of spring elements 24 from the tension bow and from the winding tube not shown here. Due to the spring tension of the spring elements 24, the roller blind 10 is now stretched away from the tension bow 14 and the winding tube via the deflection element 22. Thus, it is ensured that even with different extension lengths of the various Zugspriegel 14a, b of several roller blinds 14a, b remain curious for the reasons mentioned above these roller blinds. Differences in the lengths of the roller blinds 14a, 14b can also be compensated, and sagging of individual roller blinds 14a, 14b is thus avoided altogether. In alternative embodiments of the invention, a deflecting element is not biased by spring elements, as shown in Fig. 2, away from a drawbar, but the position of the deflecting relative to the drawbar can be adjusted via an adjustment so that in turn a sagging of individual blinds is avoided. Such an adjustment mechanism may include, for example, a screw mechanism.
An alternative to FIG. 2 embodiment of Zugspriegels 14 with a deflecting element 22 is shown in Fig. 3 also in a cross-sectional view schematically. Similar to FIG. 2, a roller blind 10 is also fixed here by means of a keder wire 16 on the tension bow 14 and is guided around the deflection element 22 around a deflection edge 28 integrally formed on this deflection element in the direction of a winding tube likewise not shown here. In contrast to FIG. 2, however, the deflecting element 22 of FIG. 3 is not displaceably guided in the tension bow 14, but is a separate non-deflecting element which, due to its circumference, influences the tension of the associated roller blind web 10. The correspondingly dimensioned deflecting element 22 is connected to the tension bow 14 by being inserted into a groove 32 of the tension bow between tension bow and roller blind web 10. Different voltages of different roller blinds 10 of a roller blind arrangement according to the invention can now be compensated for by inserting differently dimensioned deflection elements 22 into the various tension hoops 14. For example, in the case of the different deflection elements 22, the distance between the deflection edge 28 and the end position of the keder wire 16 in the tension bow 14 may be different or alternatively or additionally the circumference of the deflection element. But it can also be dispensed with a deflection 22 completely to reduce the tension of a particular shade 10, whereby this roller blind is then deflected by a Zugspriegelkante 30, which is formed on the tension bow 14, in the direction of winding shaft.
Preferably deflecting element 22 and tension bow 14 or its groove 32 are thus formed so that the deflecting element can be inserted transversely to the withdrawal direction of the roller blind 10 in the pull bar. Thus, for example, during assembly, when the blind sheet 10 is already performed around the tension bow 14, subsequently a deflection element 22 is introduced or even replaced if necessary. Also, a roller blind according to the invention can thus be designed so that voltage differences in the different roller blinds 10 can be compensated for by a maintenance of a roller blind later by replacing deflecting elements 22.
