  4. Process according to one of claims 1 to 3, in which the end (23) of the fastener guide (30) and the base are fastened to each other by clamping.
  5. Tool for implementation of the process of claim 1, comprising a fastener guide arranged to be fastened to the fixing base, characterised by the fact that, the base forming a male piece for the fastening to the end of the fastener guide, the fastener guide provides a lateral and axial slot for passage of the base.
  6.   8. Tool according to claim 7, in which the outer annular groove (24) includes a wall inclined to the axis of the fastener guide (30).
