Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a system for recording returns with a conveyor belt on which the occasional returns are stored, in which the returns with the conveyor belt by a first station for recognizing a marking of the Returns and then to a second station to attach another marker, which are in this second station is created.
A plant of a comparable type is, for example, out EP-A-0 645 322.
Returns, i.e. returned by the buyer for various reasons Goods are in many areas, especially in mail order a big problem. Here the share of goods, which will be returned after purchase, in individual areas, z. B. in clothing up to 50%. It is known to automate shipping more or less by that the goods to be shipped are marked, z. B. labels with barcodes, which are then read be able to bring the goods together for a customer and make it ready for dispatch. With the large number of returns So far, however, automation is not possible, even if, as is often the case, the goods original marking still bears. Rather, it has to be different Criteria that still apply when shipping the goods different handling could not be known respectively. Will an item be in perfect working order sent back by the customer because he doesn't like it, so he has to of course, a different handling than when the object z. B. was faulty. With the large number of returns is for the collection and return of the Returns to the right place a very large personnel expense required.
In a known method (DE 33 06 175 A1) the origin communicated by objects of an evaluation device and the objects then each in a certain subject Transport belt inserted. The appearance of the items is then determined in a reading station, and the items are sorted according to this criterion and sorting criteria automatically removed.
In a similar process (EP 0 646 685 A1) with which also primarily to sort magazines, the origin data are entered into a computer and the objects because of their external appearance (For example, cover picture of the magazine) optoelectronically recorded and then sorted.
In a known device for sorting piece goods, especially reusable bottle crates the bottle crates sorted according to certain characteristics. you will be transported by a continuous conveyor, which due to the nature of the general cargo, no subdivisions has or requires (EP 0 195 966 A2).
US 5 299 139 A).In a known system, the objects are identified and sorted based on this identification (US 5 299 139 A).
In a method of the type mentioned at the beginning (EP 0 645 322 A1) the objects are identified in a second station with a mark in the form of for humans provided legible characters so that they can be used again later can be found. For this purpose, the objects in storage containers also provided with identifications accommodated.
The invention is based on the knowledge that returns are due different criteria treated differently Need to become.
The object of the invention is to create a system, with the collection and further processing of the returns can be greatly simplified and accelerated.
The solution according to the invention is that the conveyor belt is divided into identifiable sections, facilities to assign the further marking to the section of the conveyor belt are provided on which the return and that means for directing the return to one corresponding to the information on the second marker Place are provided.
Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der abhängigen Ansprüche.Advantageous developments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.
B. Transponder) erfolgen. The sections can be identified by the fact that they are divided and numbered by lines. A section can also be identified by the fact that it is separate is illuminated with light. The capture of which section it can also be done by electronic counting, Path or distance measurements and in other ways (e.g. Transponder).
The returns, some of which are several in one Package will be sent back together first isolated and then placed individually on the conveyor belt. This conveyor belt is divided into recognizable sections, a return is placed on each section so that their markings can be read from above the conveyor belt can. The returns are then made using the conveyor belt through the first station to recognize the marking of the returns guided. The marking is read and simultaneously also noted the section on which the return located. Then the return becomes one led to the second station for making a further marking, which is created in this second station. This is a re-identification of the return, in particular the information contains the form in which the further processing takes place or where the return should go.
This happens when the marker is the original Identification of the goods allowed, while still legible. Is this original marking no longer available or if it cannot be read, the second mark will appear Contain instructions for further processing in that that the marking has not been read, the return has not been identified could be and therefore a manual processing is required. This mark that in the second Station has been created will then be at the appropriate Returned, which is identified by the fact that the further marking assigned to the section of the conveyor belt on which the return in question is located.
According to an advantageous embodiment, the individual Sections numbered consecutively on the conveyor belt, see above the next mark is given the same number, which allows the operator to mark this further to be attached to the correct return. Although an automatic Attachment of the markings is conceivable, this becomes normally done by operators to take care of the returns of very different shapes are certainly the second Make a mark.
A scanner or is advantageously in the first station arranged a camera system that can read the markings. At this point, the identification must also be mentioned of the section can be read, which is also by optical Means or electronic means, e.g. B. attached to the section Transponders or microchips or the like happen can.
The second station with a printer is expedient for printing self-adhesive labels provided on the Returns can be attached. This allows it to be done very quickly and reliably place the additional mark on the return. It then only needs the identification (number) the self-adhesive label with the identification (number) of the Section of the conveyor belt are compared so that the Self-adhesive label is stuck to the correct return.
This process can still be facilitated and still be made safer that e.g. B. the moment that Self-adhesive label is removed from the printer that corresponding section of the conveyor belt briefly illuminated on which the return in question is located.
The conveyor belt can possibly run at a very high speed be moved so that a person is unable is to put the other markings on the returns. In this case it can be provided that several second stations are arranged one behind the other. The instruction, Printing a self-adhesive label alternates sent to the different stations. The timing is so that the marking at that moment is printed where the corresponding section of the Conveyor belt is located at the corresponding second station. Appropriately, this becomes like at the moment Illuminated above, where the corresponding marking of the Printer is removed.
It is expediently provided that the devices for Recognize the marking in the first station facilities to recognize manually attached characters. It corresponds namely the experience that about 80% of customers return the goods, based on these goods the reason check why the goods have been returned.
After the returned goods with the further marking is provided, it is moved on the conveyor belt and according to the information on the second marker (and possibly also the first marker) to the right place, where they checked or z. B. again for the next one Sales process to be stored.
The invention is based on an advantageous Embodiment with reference to the accompanying drawings described, which schematically shows a plant of the invention.
The system of the invention has a separation and
