The display device may send an instruction to the server to acquire the "movie" interface, and after receiving the instruction, the server may acquire various movie assets from the network and generate a corresponding "movie" interface. The server may send a "movie" interface to the display device, which may further display the interface. The user may select a movie asset to play.
In some embodiments, the user may view through the application panel applications that the display device has installed, i.e., functions supported by the display device. For the user interface shown in FIG. 5, the user may select the "My applications" control, thereby triggering the display device to display an application panel. The user may further choose to open one of the applications to implement the functionality of that application. It should be noted that, the application installed in the display device may be a system application or a third party application. FIG. 7 illustrates a schematic diagram of an application panel in some embodiments. As shown in fig. 7, the application panel includes three controls of "network media asset", "cable tv", and "video chat". The user can control the display device to watch the network media asset by clicking on the network media asset control. The user may click on the "cable" control to view some of the media channels, including various media programs offered by the cable provider, using the display device. The user may click on the "video chat" control to conduct video chat using the display device.
In some embodiments, the user may select a particular asset for viewing. When the user selects a target asset, the controller 250 may control the display 260 to display the asset detail page of the target asset. FIG. 8 illustrates a schematic diagram of a media asset detail page in some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 8, which may include a video preview window for displaying a video view of a target media asset; media asset introduction including media asset type and staffing information, etc.; a play list for displaying the number of the media assets; a play control, i.e. "full screen play" in fig. 8; and the related recommendation area is used for displaying other media assets. The user may touch the play control to control the display 260 to display the target media asset in full screen form.
It should be noted that, the network media that can be played by the display device may be obtained by the server in the network and provided to the display device. The server can acquire various media resource resources from each video playing platform in the network. Different playback rights may be set for different assets. For example, the assets in the video playback platform can be classified into free assets and paid assets. The free media assets can be viewed without setting play rights, i.e., all users can view the free media assets without paying. Pay-per-view assets are assets that require a user to pay to purchase a play right before viewing.
For the target media resource, whether the target media resource is a paid media resource or a free media resource can be used as the attribute of the target media resource, and the display equipment can acquire the attribute of the target media resource and display the attribute to the user. The attribute may be presented in a media asset detail page of the target media asset. When the target asset is a paid asset, as shown in fig. 8, the information may be presented in the asset detail page in the form of a control, the "paid" control in fig. 8. When the target media asset is free media asset, the control can display free to prompt the user of free media asset when the target media asset is free media asset. The control may also not be displayed, i.e., when payment or free is not displayed in the media asset detail page, the target media asset is indicated as free media asset.
In some embodiments, pay-per-view video is provided with free viewing segments; the free viewing segment may be any segment in pay video. For example, the pay-per-view video has a duration of 1 hour 50 minutes, and the free viewing segment is the first 6 minutes of the pay-per-view video (i.e., video segments 0:00:00 to 0:06:00).
In some embodiments, the video playback platform is provided with a membership mechanism that can provide membership Services (VIPs) to users. When the user purchases the member service, the member rights of the member service are opened. The users with member rights have play rights of the paid media assets, and can watch the paid media assets. Meanwhile, before the network media asset is played, a section of advertisement is usually required to be played. After purchasing the member service, the user can skip the advertisement played before playing the media asset and directly watch the media asset.
Users who do not purchase member services are not able to view paid media assets. Nor can it skip advertisements that were played before the playback of the asset. For example, for a certain video platform, if the platform account is a video member account of the video platform, when the user views the video by using the platform account, the user can view the pay video and skip the advertisement played before the video is played.
Before purchasing the member service, the user can log in his own user account and use the user account to purchase the member service. The user can select the my control in the user interface, so that the user logs in the user account of the user, and the user without the account can register in advance. Each user account has a unique user ID for distinguishing between different users. After logging in the account, the user can purchase the member service. Considering that a plurality of video playing platforms exist in the network, the member service provided by each video playing platform is independent, i.e. each video playing platform corresponds to one member service. The user can choose to purchase one or several member services corresponding to the video playing platforms.
After purchasing the member service, the user can watch all the media assets corresponding to the member service in the display device. Information such as all member services purchased by the user can be stored in account information of the user, and account information of all users can be uniformly stored in a server.
It should be noted that, the user may log in to a display device through a plurality of different user accounts. For example, each person in a user's home may register a user account and log in to the display device separately. Alternatively, one user may register a plurality of user accounts, and log in the display device respectively. The member service purchased by each user account may be different for all user accounts logged in to the display device. For example, user account a purchases a member service provided by two different video playing platforms, including a member service a provided by video playing platform a and a member service b provided by video playing platform b. The user account B purchases a member service c provided by another video playing platform c.
When the user wants to view the pay media provided by the video playing platform c, the user is required to purchase the member service c. When the user account numbers logged in the display device are different, the user also has different playing rights. If the current user account of the display device is the user account A, the user only has the playing authority of the paid media assets in the video playing platform a and the video playing platform b, but does not have the playing authority of the paid media assets in the video playing platform c because the user account A purchases the member service a and the member service b. If the user wants to view pay-per-view in video playback platform c, member service c can be purchased using current user account a, thereby viewing pay-per-view in video playback platform c.
However, for the user account B that the user has logged in before, since the member service c has been purchased, the user can directly view the paid media asset in the video playing platform c when using the user account B. On the basis that the user account A is currently logged in the display device, the user may forget the user account B logged in. At this time, if the user continues to use the user account a and purchases the member service c, the user account a and the user account B may all purchase the member service c, i.e. the user repeatedly purchases the same member service, thereby causing unnecessary economic expenditure and affecting the user experience of the user.
In order to solve the above problem, the display device provided in the embodiment of the present application may have an account switching prompt function. When a user logs in a certain user account in the display device and the user currently has the requirement of purchasing the member service, the display device can detect all historical user accounts logged in by the user and judge whether the historical user accounts already purchase the member service, namely the member rights and interests of the member service are opened. When the historical user account meeting the conditions is detected, the user can be prompted to switch the user account, so that the user is prevented from repeatedly purchasing the same member service by using different user accounts, unnecessary economic expenditure is reduced, and the use experience of the user is improved.
The display device can be provided with an account switching prompt mode, and when the display device is in the account switching prompt mode, the display device starts an account switching prompt function.
In some embodiments, the user may send an account number switching prompt mode instruction to the display device by operating a designated key of the remote control. And pre-binding the corresponding relation between the account switching prompt mode instruction and the remote controller key in the actual application process. For example, an account number switching prompt mode key is set on the remote controller, when the user touches the key, the remote controller sends an account number switching prompt mode instruction to the controller 250, and at this time, the controller 250 controls the display device to enter the account number switching prompt mode. When the user touches the key again, the controller 250 may control the display device to exit the account switching prompt mode.
In some embodiments, the user may send an account switching prompt mode instruction to the display device by using a sound collector of the display device, such as a microphone, through a voice input manner, so as to control the display device to enter an account switching prompt mode. The display device can be provided with an intelligent voice system, and the intelligent voice system can recognize the voice of the user so as to extract instruction content input by the user. The user may input a preset wake word through the microphone to activate the intelligent voice system so that the controller 250 may respond to the instruction input by the user. And inputting an account switching prompt mode instruction within a certain time, so that the display equipment enters an account switching prompt mode. For example, the user may enter "certain classmates" to activate the intelligent speech system. And then inputting an account switching prompt mode, so as to send an account switching prompt mode instruction to the display equipment.
In some embodiments, the user may also send an account number switching prompt mode instruction to the display device through a preset gesture. The display device may detect the behavior of the user through an image collector, such as a camera. When the user makes a preset gesture, the user can be considered to send an account switching prompt mode instruction to the display device. For example, it may be set to: when the user is detected to scratch the V-shaped character, the user is judged to input an account switching prompt mode instruction to the display device. The user can also send an account switching prompt mode instruction to the display device through a preset action. For example, it may be set to: when the user is detected to lift the left foot and the right hand at the same time, the user is judged to input an account switching prompt mode instruction to the display device.
In some embodiments, when the user controls the display device using the smart device, for example, using a mobile phone, an account number switching prompt mode instruction may also be sent to the display device. In the practical application process, a control can be set in the mobile phone, whether the mobile phone enters the account switching prompt mode can be selected through the control, so that an account switching prompt mode instruction is sent to the controller 250, and the controller 250 can control the display device to enter the account switching prompt mode.
In some embodiments, the user may further set an account switching prompt mode option in the UI interface of the display device, and when the user clicks the option, the user may control the display device to enter or exit the account switching prompt mode.
In some embodiments, to prevent the user from false triggering the account switching prompt mode, when the controller 250 receives the account switching prompt mode instruction, the display 260 may be controlled to display account switching prompt mode confirmation information, so that the user performs secondary confirmation, and whether to control the display device to enter the account switching prompt mode. Fig. 9 is a schematic diagram of an account switch prompt mode confirmation displayed in display 260 in some embodiments.
FIG. 10 illustrates an interactive flow diagram of components of a display device in some embodiments.
When a user wants to watch the payment media asset in the video playing platform, the user account currently logged in the display device can be utilized to purchase the member service provided by the corresponding video playing platform so as to open the member rights of the member service, so that the current user account has the playing rights of the payment media asset, and the payment media asset can be watched.
Accordingly, the display device can provide the user with a function of opening the member right of the member service. The user may purchase a member service in a user interface presented by the display device to open a member's rights.
In some embodiments, the user may choose to purchase a member service, also referred to herein as a member of the media asset, prior to viewing the media asset, so that the user may directly view the media asset after a subsequent search for paid media assets. The user purchases the member service directly in the system interface of the display device.
In some embodiments, while using the display device, the user may send a power-on instruction to the display device to turn on the display device. In response to a user's power-on instruction, the controller 250 may control the display device to enter a power-on state. After the display device is powered on, the controller 250 may control the display 260 to display a system recommendation page, which may display a system home page for default settings of the device, such as the user interface shown in FIG. 5. The user may select a control in the first navigation bar 500 in the user interface to control the display device to display the interface of the corresponding channel. In some embodiments, the default page after startup may not be a system recommendation interface, but may be switched to a system recommendation page according to other operations of the user.
When the user wants to view the related situation of the media resource member, for example, when the user has a requirement of purchasing the media resource member, the user interface can be clicked on the "VIP" control, so that the display device displays the related interface corresponding to the VIP channel. Accordingly, when the user clicks the "VIP" control, the controller 250 may control the display 260 to display a member channel interface to enable the user to perform operations such as purchasing a member of a media asset.
Fig. 11 illustrates a schematic diagram of a member channel interface in some embodiments. As shown in fig. 11, the member channel interface includes a media resource member purchase control and a paid media resource recommendation area. The media resource member purchasing control can provide a channel for purchasing media resource members for users, and the paid media resource recommending area provides a paid media resource list containing a plurality of paid media resources for the users. Considering the size of the display 260, a plurality of pay media assets may be displayed in the pay media asset recommendation area, and the user may slide the pay media asset list left and right to view other pay media assets.
In some embodiments, the user may also customize the system recommendation page, for example, to set the member channel interface shown in fig. 11 as the system recommendation page. After the controller 250 controls the display device to be turned on, the controller may control the display 260 to display a system recommendation page, that is, control the display 260 to directly display the member channel interface. At this time, the system recommendation page includes the media resource member purchase control. The user may click directly on the media asset member purchase control to purchase the media asset member.
In some embodiments, when the user has a need to purchase the media resource member, the media resource member purchase control in the member channel interface may be clicked to cause the display device to display the relevant interface corresponding to the purchase of the media resource member, thereby purchasing the media resource member. Accordingly, when the user clicks the media asset member purchase control, the controller 250 may consider that the user needs to purchase the media asset member, i.e., the user inputs an instruction indicating that the media asset member is purchased. In response to a user's selection of the media asset member purchase control, i.e., in response to a user's instruction to purchase a media asset member, the controller 250 may control the display 260 to display a media asset member recommendation interface. FIG. 12 is a schematic diagram of a media asset member recommendation interface in some embodiments. As shown in FIG. 12, the media asset member recommendation interface includes a plurality of media asset member controls. It should be noted that, there are multiple video playing platforms in the network, each video playing platform can provide a media resource member, and all media resource members are not mutually communicated and are mutually independent. Therefore, a media resource member control can be set for each media resource member so that the user can choose to purchase any one of the media resource members.
In the media resource member recommendation interface, the focus defaults to selecting a media resource member control. The media resource member recommendation interface can also display the purchase information condition of the media resource member corresponding to the media resource member control. The user may also select other media member controls. As shown in fig. 12, purchase information of the media resource member a may be displayed by default in the media resource member recommendation interface.
In some embodiments, a user may select a media asset member control in the media asset member recommendation interface to purchase a corresponding media asset member.
The user can control the focus to move among the plurality of media resource member controls and select a certain media resource member control. The controller 250 may detect the user's operation of the focus, thereby controlling the focus to move in the media member recommendation interface to select the corresponding media member control.
When a user selects a certain media resource member control, which is referred to as a target media resource member control in the embodiment of the present application, the controller 250 may detect the target media resource member control where the focus of the user control is currently located, thereby detecting the media resource member control selected by the user. The controller 250 may determine a target member corresponding to the target member control, thereby determining that the user currently wants to open the member interests of the target member.
In some embodiments, the controller 250 may detect whether the user purchased the target member, considering that the user may or may not have purchased the target member.
In some embodiments, the controller 250 may determine a user account currently logged in to the display device, referred to herein as a current user account.
The controller 250 may detect whether the current user account purchases the target member, i.e., whether the current user account opens the member rights of the target member.
If the fact that the current user account number has opened the member rights and interests of the target media resource member is detected, the fact that the user can directly watch paid media resources corresponding to the target media resource member is indicated, and the user does not need to purchase the target media resource member again. The controller 250 may prompt the user for a related interface to renew the target media asset member in view of the user's use experience. The controller 250 may control the display 260 to display a member renewal interface of the target member.
FIG. 13 illustrates a schematic diagram of a member renewal interface in some embodiments. As shown in fig. 13, the user selects the media resource member B, and the member renewal interface of the media resource member B includes an introduction control and a renewal payment portal. The introduction control is used for displaying the renewal package information of the target media resource member, wherein the renewal package information comprises the price of the renewal package, the current valid period of the member rights and interests and the valid period after renewal. The renewal payment portal is a portal for providing a renewal package for a user, and can be a two-dimension code. The user can use the terminal equipment to scan and pay the two-dimension code so as to renew the fee of the target media resource member. The member renewal interface can also include user agreement controls and management automatic renewal controls. The user agreement control is used for showing the related user agreement of the media resource member for the user, and the management automatic fee renewal control is used for providing the function of automatically renewing the media resource member for the user.
In some embodiments, if it is detected that the current user account does not open the member interests of the target member, it is indicated that the user is currently unable to view the associated paid media assets, and the user is required to purchase the target member using the current user account before viewing the paid media assets. In the embodiment of the application, considering that the user may log in a plurality of user accounts in the display device, there may be user accounts in which the target media resource member has been purchased, so that continuing to purchase the target media resource member by using the current user account may result in unnecessary economic expenditure of the user, and affect the use experience of the user. To this end, the controller 250 may first obtain all historical user account numbers that the user logged in to the display device.
The controller 250 may sequentially detect whether each of the historical user accounts has opened the member rights and interests of the target media member.
After all the historical user accounts are detected, the controller 250 may count the historical user accounts that have opened the member rights and interests of the target media member.
If the historical user account number does not exist and the member rights of the target media resource member are opened, namely, all the historical user account numbers do not open the member rights of the target media resource member, the fact that the user cannot watch the paid media resource even if the user account number is switched is indicated, and at the moment, the user still needs to watch the paid media resource after buying the target media resource member.
To this end, the controller 250 may prompt the user to purchase the target media asset member to open the member interest of the target media asset member. The controller 250 may control the display 260 to display a member purchase interface of the target member. FIG. 14 illustrates a schematic diagram of a member purchase interface in some embodiments. As shown in fig. 14, the member purchase interface includes an introduction control and a purchase payment portal. The introduction control is used for displaying purchase package information of the target media resource member, including the price of the purchase package and the effective period of the member rights and interests. The purchase payment portal is a portal for providing payment purchase packages for users, and can be a payment two-dimensional code. The user can use the terminal device to scan the payment two-dimensional code to purchase the target media resource member. The member purchase interface may also include a user agreement control for exposing the user to the associated user agreement of the renewing media resource member.
The user can determine the purchase package condition of the target media resource member according to the member purchase interface and purchase the target media resource member so as to open the member rights and interests of the target media resource member. After the user opens the member rights and interests of the target member with the current user account, the user can watch the paid member corresponding to the target member.
In some embodiments, if the historical user account opens the member rights of the target media resource member in all the historical accounts logged in the display device, it is indicated that a certain user account of the user already has the playing authority of the paid media resource, and the user can watch the paid media resource by switching to the historical user account without using the current user account to continue to purchase the target media resource member, so that unnecessary economic expenditure is reduced.
The controller 250 may determine that the historical user account number of the member rights of the target media resource member has been opened, and the controller 250 may generate account switching prompt information, where the account switching prompt information is used to prompt the user to switch the current user account number into the historical user account number. The controller 250 may control the display 260 to display account switching prompt information, so that the user decides whether to switch the current user account.
The controller 250 may generate an account switching prompt interface, which may include account switching prompt information. The account number switching prompt interface can also comprise a switching confirming control and a switching cancelling control. The user may select to switch the user account or not switch the user account according to the confirm switch control and the cancel switch control.
In some embodiments, it is contemplated that the historical user account number that opens the member's rights to the target media member may be one or more. For different situations, the controller 250 may generate different account switching prompt interfaces and account switching prompt messages.
Controller 250 may first detect whether the historical user account number that opened the member's rights to the target media member is one or more.
If detecting that only one historical user account opens the member rights, the user can directly watch the paid media only after switching the current user account to the historical user account. Thus, the controller 250 may generate a first account switching prompt message, where the first account switching prompt message is used to prompt the user: and switching the current user account to the one historical user account.
The controller 250 may generate a first account switching prompt interface according to the first account switching prompt information. Fig. 15 is a schematic diagram of a first account switching prompt interface in some embodiments. As shown in fig. 15, the first account switching prompt interface includes a first account switching prompt message, a confirmation switching control and a cancellation switching control.
If detecting that a plurality of historical user accounts exist and the membership benefits are opened, the method indicates that the user can directly watch the paid media resources by switching the current user account to any one of the historical user accounts. At this time, the controller 250 may display the historical user account with the membership benefit opened to the user, so that the user selects one historical user account for switching. The controller 250 may generate a history user account list including all history user accounts for which membership rights are opened. The controller 250 may generate a second account switching prompt message, where the second account switching prompt message is used to prompt the user to select one historical user account from the historical user account list for switching.
The controller 250 may generate a second account switching prompt interface according to the historical user account list and the second account switching prompt information. Fig. 16 is a schematic diagram of a second account switching prompt interface in some embodiments. As shown in fig. 16, the second account switching prompt interface includes a second account switching prompt message, a historical user account list, a confirmation switching control and a cancellation switching control.
In some embodiments, when there are multiple historical user accounts opening the member's rights and interests for the target member, the controller 250 may also select one of the historical user accounts to prompt the user for a switch.
The controller 250 may sequentially obtain the remaining right duration corresponding to the member rights opened by the historical user accounts, and determine the historical user account with the longest right duration of the member rights as the target historical user account.
The controller 250 may generate third account switching prompt information for prompting the user: and switching the current user account to a target historical user account. The controller 250 may generate a third account switching prompt interface according to the third account switching prompt information, where the third account switching prompt interface includes the third account switching prompt information, the confirm switching control, and the cancel switching control. The controller 250 may control the display 260 to display a third account switching prompt interface.
The controller 250 may also randomly select a historical user account that has opened the member's rights and interests for the target member as the target historical user account.
In some embodiments, when the user selects the confirm switch control, the controller 250 may switch the current user account in the display device to a historical user account. When the user selects the cancel switch control, which indicates that the user does not need to switch the user account, and may need to purchase the target member using the current user account, the controller 250 may control the display 260 to display the member purchase interface of the target member.
In some embodiments, when the user selects the media asset member purchase control in the system recommendation page, the controller 250 controls the display 260 to display the media asset member recommendation interface. Because the media resource member recommendation interface comprises a plurality of media resource member controls, the focus can default to select a certain media resource member control. When the user can customize the display device to open the media resource member recommendation interface, the focus defaults to select which media resource member control.
When the display 260 displays the media resource member recommendation interface, the member purchase interface of the default media resource member control may be displayed first, and the controller 250 may directly detect the target media resource member corresponding to the media resource member control, and execute the steps of determining whether the current user account opens the member rights of the target media resource member, and detecting the historical user account when the current user account is not opened. Thus, the display 260 may update the display account switch prompt interface after briefly displaying the member purchase interface of the default media asset member control. The account switching prompt interface may be displayed to cover the member purchase interface.
In some embodiments, the user may also choose whether to purchase the member of the media asset after searching for paid media assets.
After the user controls the display device to power on, the controller 250 may control the display 260 to display a system recommendation page. The system recommendation page can be a user-defined media resource recommendation page, and the system recommendation page can comprise a plurality of media resource controls. The user may select the media asset control to control the display device to play the corresponding media asset.
When detecting that a user selects a certain media resource control, which is referred to as a target media resource control in the embodiment of the present application, the controller 250 may determine a target media resource corresponding to the target media resource control, and the controller 250 may determine a media resource member corresponding to the target media resource to be played, which is referred to as a first media resource member in the embodiment of the present application.
The controller 250 may detect whether the current user account currently logged in by the user opens the member rights of the first media asset member, so as to determine whether the current user account currently has the playing rights of the target media asset.
If the current user account has opened the member's rights to the first media asset member, the controller 250 may control the display 260 to directly display the target media asset so that the user directly views the target media asset.
If the current user account does not open the member rights of the first media asset member, indicating that the current user account does not have the play rights of the target media asset, the controller 250 may control the display 260 to display the member purchase prompt interface. The member purchase prompt interface may include a confirm purchase control, a cancel purchase control, and member purchase prompt information. The member purchase prompt information is used for prompting whether the user purchases the media resource member.
Upon detecting a user's selection of the confirm purchase control, the controller 250 may control the display 260 to display a media member recommendation interface so that the user selects a media member to purchase in the media member recommendation interface. It should be noted that, after the display 260 displays the media resource member recommendation interface, the controller 250 may continuously detect the target media resource member control with the focus in order to detect the target media resource member corresponding to the media resource member control, and execute the steps of judging whether the current user account opens the member rights of the target media resource member, and detecting the historical user account when not opening, so as to prompt the user whether to switch to the historical user account with the member rights opened, so as to avoid the user from repeatedly purchasing the same media resource member by using different accounts.
In some embodiments, upon selection of a purchase control in the member purchase prompt interface by the user, controller 250 may control display 260 the media member recommendation interface. Meanwhile, the controller 250 may set the focus at a preset media member control, for example, a default media member control of the system.
In consideration of the user experience, the controller 250 may also directly set the focus at the first media resource member control corresponding to the first media resource member, so as to directly detect whether there is a member benefit that the historical user account opens the first media resource member.
The user can also select other media resource member controls in the media resource member recommendation interface. Based on the user's operation of the focus, the controller 250 may control the focus to move in the media member recommendation interface to select the corresponding media member control.
In some embodiments, considering that the paid media asset has a free viewing section for a certain period of time, when the user selects to play the paid media asset, the controller 250 may control the display 260 to display the free viewing section first, and when the free viewing section is played, the controller 250 may control the display 260 to display the member purchase prompt interface.
In some embodiments, after the user selects the purchase control in the member purchase prompt interface, the controller 250 may also detect whether there is a user account in the historical user account that has opened the member interests of the first media member, and may directly display the account switching prompt interface when there is a user account.
If there is no member interest of the first media member opened by the historical user account, or the user chooses not to switch the user account, the controller 250 may control the display 260 to display the media member recommendation interface.
In some embodiments, after the controller 250 controls the display 260 to display the member purchase interface of the target media asset member, the user may pay for the purchase package according to the purchase payment portal in the member purchase interface to purchase the target media asset member.
