The attribute information refers to information carried by the live broadcasting room, and can distinguish the live broadcasting rooms, including an ID of the live broadcasting room, an ID of a host broadcasting of the live broadcasting room, a grade and the like, and the attribute information is specifically selected according to actual conditions, and the embodiment of the application does not limit the attribute information. The room information is information that uniquely identifies the live room function. The method comprises the step of judging whether the live broadcasting room is a room identifier of a time-shifting live broadcasting room or not and judging whether a time shifting function of the time-shifting live broadcasting room is started or not.
In practical application, after the live client obtains the room information of the target live room, the room information of the target live room can be displayed, so that a user can know the room information change of the target live room in real time, and the user experience is further improved.

And under the condition that the time shift configuration is successful, notifying the server, and sending the notification to the live client by the server, so that a user of the live broadcasting room can know the change state of the live broadcasting room in real time.
In a possible implementation, the live room may also be set to be a time-shifted live room by a timed task. For example, after 4 hours, there is an important live game, and the configuration end can set 4 hours later, designate the live room to start the time shift function.
Showing the configuration: the server receives configuration information which is sent by the configuration end and comprises room information of the live broadcasting room, identifies a room identifier and a time shift identifier carried by the room information, and determines the live broadcasting room with the time shift identifier corresponding to the room identifier for starting the time shift function as a target live broadcasting room. In a possible implementation manner, a server receives an access request sent by a live client newly entering the target live broadcasting room, obtains history display information aiming at a target moment corresponding to specified content in the target live broadcasting room, and sends the history display information to the live client.
